Kazu phased into a dense part of the forest outside Konoha. He looked back at Konoha and smiled. He was done with Konoha for a little while, he was going off to have a little time of introversion. Kazu headed North East towards the Land of Sound. He walked through the forest a bit.
Kazu never really indulged in nature too much. He smiled a bit. He never really took notice of it, but it truly was majestic. Kazu walked through the forest with ease. It was a nice walk. Kazu had spent almost the entire day just walking on off beat trails just for fun. He enjoyed the time he spent doing this seeing unusual wild life and plants. Kazu noticed that the forest became denser with foliage and plants in general. He also took note of the wild life. As the forest became wetter and more tropical, the animals started to follow a trend, they all were becoming mostly cold blooded. In particular, serpents were quite a common thing for him to spot.
He wandered around all day walking in circles commonly. He smiled, he enjoyed the labyrinth like forest. It was like it was intentionally a maze. Finally coming to a clearing Kazu found a large pond. It was covered with algae and the croaks of frogs and other wild life. Kazu went over to a clear portion and filled up his flask with water. As he dipped his hands in to wash his face, a snake came up under the algae and tried to strike at him. Kazu caught the snake by the neck. He threw it off into the middle of the lake. Kazu laughed a little but he noticed that the sun was going down again. Kazu awoke by the pond. He got up and cleaned up his campsite. Looking out across the pond, he smiled. Kazu started to walk across the pond. He could look down and see the wild life swim and scurry away from his foot steps. After walking for what seemed like an hour, Kazu finally crossed the pond. He found on the other side of the pond it was incredibly tropical, almost like a complete shift in the climate. It was wet and hot.
Kazu took off his jacket to reveal all the seals that covered his body. He tied his hoodie around his waste. It was a special jacket though, it was heavy. The jacket was made out of weaved metal wire with rubber insolation. This gave the jacket an interesting effect. It made it resilient to most weapons, of course the sharpest of weapons would cut through it, but most kunai and shuriken are kept in poor condition which made them, in most cases, not pierce the jacket which meant they didn't pierce Kazu's skin. The downside to this is the jacket conducted heat and electricity, but the rubber took care of the electricity, the heat is what was the problem. That and it was heavy.
Kazu continued to march through the what was now a jungle for the rest of the day noticing the increasing amount of snakes. Kazu walked through the jungle more for the day. As he came to what was another clearing he saw something that he had never seen before. It was a large, large serpent. As Kazu made it out through the brush it's eye's opened. A brilliant yellow filled it's eyes. Its thin pupils stared at Kazu. It hissed at him. Kazu smiled sadistically as his eyes changed color as well activating the sharingan. The snake must of been fifty meters in length as it sat there coiled staring at Kazu.
Kazu charged at the snake, it tried to strike at him, but Kazu slid to the right narrowly dodging its attack. As its head passed Kazu, he made a seal. Nehan Shouja No Jutsu (Salvation Temple Technique). Feather's flourished into the area as the chakra sank in on the snake. It fell straight down into a deep slumber. Kazu laughed as he walked off deactivating his Sharingan.
Kazu spent the rest of the day walking around the jungle, he commonly passed the snake he put to sleep. Kazu realized this jungle was indeed a maze and he was incredibly curious to find what was at the end of it.
Kazu walked back to the lake side and set up camp once again. Today he ate some wild mushrooms he had found by a tree. He had known they were poisonous from his previous trips and wandering, he had recognized the species of mushroom. After eating Kazu retired for the night.

He walked right back into the jungle, this time, making sure to sneak around the giant snake. Kazu climbed up the trees to get to the top to do some site seeing and to see what was in the jungle.
At the top Kazu found that there was a large mountain in the center of this jungle, one that plateaued at the top. He found that interesting. Looking around else where it just seemed to be an endless spread of green foliage atop the canvas of the Jungle.
Kazu hopped down and continued his walk, this time with a destination. Kazu made his way through the forest until he came to another clearing. This time there was no snake, but a cliff face. There was about a three hundred meter drop down that lead to a river. The spread in the chasm was easily fifty feet. Kazu had no idea how he was going to get across as there was no bridge.
Kazu smiled as he decided to chance it. He turned around and walked back about fifteen feet. He got low, and began to rush the edge. Kazu was a pretty fast runner, by no means faster than one who dedicated their life to their body, but Kazu kept his body nimble with his heavy jacket that worked like a fifty pound weight at all times. Kazu charged and jumped, he flew maybe twenty feet before he hid the peak of his jump and began to descend. Flying almost what seemed like a hundred meters down ward, Kazu finally landed on the cliff face leading up to the other side.
One thing Kazu didn't notice was all the wholes in the cliff face, and they weren't shallow, they were deep. As Kazu began walking up the side of the cliff face, he saw snakes beginning to pop their heads out of the holes. Kazu was going to be careful where he put his feet. Kazu spent about half an hour walking up the wall. The heat was ridiculous and it was getting to Kazu. Kazu finally made it to the top of the cliff face and he sat down. It was nearly dusk and Kazu decided to call it an early day. He hadn't been eating properly for a while and he decided today he needed to find food as he was getting close to the mountain. Kazu cleaned up his camp and walked into the forest. He looked at the ground for mushrooms or berry bushes or something he could kill and cook. Kazu approached another clearing. He didn't like the look of this at all.
Another snake was in the clearing but this time it was larger and awake. It had two horns and its scales were sharp. Kazu activated his Sharingan. And stared at the snake as it stared back at him. The snake charged at Kazu as his eyes flashed. Kouchi no Jutsu (Slow Down Skill). Kazu side stepped the snake with ease and jumped up on top of its head. Kazu reached up and through a punch square straight in the middle of the snake's forehead. It cried out in pain. It flung its body as it through Kazu what seemed like fifty meters back into the Jungle. Seemed like that snake was going to be difficult to get past.
Strangely enough though Kazu landed in another pond. As he was underwater he spotted something. Fish. Lots of them. Kazu out his Kunai chain and used it like a harpoon. Using his sharingan he was able to impale two fish at once with no problem. Bringing them back to him he got up out of the water and set up camp for the day. He found two smalle sticks to stick into the fish as splits. Kazu built a camp fire. He made a tiger seal and blew out a small premature Katon Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Fire Release: Powerful Fireball Technique) lighting the camp fire ablaze. Kazu sat drying off by the fire as the fish roasted. Kazu awoke, and he walked a little bit through the brush to finally arrive at another clearing. Looking around the clearing Kazu noticed some stone steps that were covered in vines. He walked over to them. The railings along the sides had stone snakes one either end that led up to a large stone face temple. Kazu was curious. He began to walk up the steps at a leisurely pace. Once he reached the top he walked through the stone doorways. It was dark, Kazu activated his sharingan. His sight became better and he saw things slithering around. The rattling tails and hissing tongues of snakes were all around him.
Kazu smirked as he continued out the other end. He found that inside this temple was a large lake. He gave a curious smile. He walked forward to where a stone bridge once was but had fallen to pieces long ago. Kazu stepped onto the water focusing chakra into his feet. He looked down into the mucky water seeing snakes swim away as he took each step. He approached the center of the lake. A small temple resided there. Kazu walked off the water onto the stone.
He noticed a small doorway that had steps leading down. Kazu's interest was peaked as he followed these steps down. It was incredibly dark down in the depth of the walk way. Kazu Broke off a piece of the trunk of a tree that had grown into the stone temple. He made a tiger seal and blew out a small premature Katon Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Fire Release: Powerful Fireball Technique) at the end of the piece of wood lighting it aflame. Kazu held it forward as he walked deeper and deeper down into the old temple until he reached a great open room. He walked forward into the room, with his red eyes glowing brilliantly. He found two Brazers sitting unlit.
As he moved to light one, two giant yellow eyes opened up before him. "What do you want human?" A voice asked in with a deep lisp. Kazu smiled as he continued to light the brazer. "I am just a curious traveler, where exactly is this place?" Kazu said as he lit the other brazer revealing a giant purple snake head. It had horns on either side of its head and it was easily over five hundered meters long uncoiled, what it was doing at the bottom of a lake Kazu had no idea.
"You mussst be a daft one, traveling into the temple of the Orochi. I am Manda, who are you Human..." Manda said as his eyes thinned looking into Kazu's. "Ah... An Uchiha I sssee. What isss your name human?" Manda demanded. Kazu gave a small cackle as Manda had recognized his eyes. "Uchiha Kazu, just a ghost of a dead man." Kazu said as he looked up to stare at Manda face to face. "Now you never told me, what is this place for?" Kazu inquired.
Manda gave a slight chuckle. He found it amusing that the boy was demanding answers from him, of all things. Manda returned Kazu's question with another. "Thisss isss the Orochi Sssanctuary, where my kin and I ressside, why do you want to know?" Kazu chuckled a little as he bent over picking up a small snake, it began to coil around his hand and up his shoulder. As he stared at it, it drew back to try to bite Kazu. Kazu's hand's being famously quick, he grabbed the snake in mid bite, shoving his thumb in its mouth, to where it could neither bite him, nor retract. "I've always found snakes interesting and I just happened to come here by chance, I've heard of Ninja and Animal working together, and you seem to be quite the sentient being. I just happened to have an idea the moment you started to speak..." Kazu turned his head to Manda, he had his normal chaotic face on. "Why don't we work together?" Kazu asked with a sadistic grin on his face.
Manda chuckled a little. He respected the boy's attitude, all too many a time, Manda ran into subservient humans that begged for his favor, not once did he have one offer it as if it were a bargain. "And why ssshould I work with you? I could easssily kill you right now." Manda said with a hiss. Kazu gave out a loud chuckle. "I wouldn't be so sure of that." Kazu said staring Manda in the eyes as his Mangekyou formed. The Three Tomoe Sharingan was known for its ability to mentally suggest ideas into peoples minds, but the Mangekyou was even more adapt at this ability. It was once said that the Mangekyou was able to control the beasts the Sage of the Six Paths once created, Kazu thought this would be more than enough on a simple snake.
Manda felt Kazu entering his mind. In a split second, a feeling of pain arose over Manda. His eyes thinned as Kazu's Mangekyou glowed brightly. "I sssee..." Manda said. "It is not as easssy as it ssseems to summon the Orochi, it requiresss training. Would one asss adapt asss yourssself be willing to ssspend the time it takesss to learn?" Manda asked. "I believe that answer is obvious." Kazu said as his Mangekyou deactivated.
Manda hissed. "I will move to the ssside, behind me isss a room, inssside it are ssseven ssscrollsss. Retrieve them." Manda said as he coiled against the wall to his right. Kazu could see it in the distance, there was indeed a room behind Manda with a Door on it with the portrail of seven different snakes. Kazu approached it. He could see that it required some outside effort to get in. He sat and thought for a second as he chuckled to himself. He made a simple snake seal to focus his chakra. He focused his chakra around him. He glowed indigo with chakra from focusing through the snake seal. The door opened. Kazu walked inside with the torch in hand.
Waving it forward he found a seven large scrolls bound by two belts and a third one that was obviously used for carrying. Cause picked it up and slung it over his back. The scrolls were light and easy to carry. Kazu walked forward out of the room. The door closed behind him. Walking back to the two brazers, Manda uncoiled. He began his explanation. "Thessse ssseven ssscrollsss contain the sssecretsss of the Orochi sssumoning ssstyle. The firssst of which isss the contract. There you mussst sssign your name in blood. Thisss will contract your to the Orochi. The ressst are detailsss on the fighting ssstyle we taught to the humansss who ssserved usss." Kazu smiled. "So do I have to learn in this dark space or what?" Kazu asked cockily. Manda hissed. "It wasss once tradition to do ssso, but I feel you are not one for sssuch thingsss." Manda said it coiled back and shot up. The lake began to flood down through the hole.
Kazu chucked a little as he walked back to the steps and leisurely walked up them as the water followed him slowly behind. Once Kazu arose to the top of the stone entrance again he gave a faint smile as he tossed the torch into the water. The large water fall pouring out of the stone face shaped like a snake seemed to be an unending source of water. Kazu could only imagine where it came from. Manda sat in the water waiting for Kazu. "You will take thossse ssscrollsss with you where ever you venture, Kazu. They have thingsss inssside of them that are indepensssible to you to keep." Manda said with a hiss. "Like what?" Kazu asked with a chaotic smile. "You'll learn in sssoon time." Manda said. "Now open up the firssst ssscroll it ssshould be purple with a gold trim." Manda said.
Kazu took the satchel off his back and set it on the ground. He pulled up a purple scroll. It was about a meter long and a sixth of a meter in diameter. It was large. Kazu unrolled it. Rectangles upon rectangles took up the parchments spaces. Finally they stopped being empty. Names were written within these spaces in blood. Kazu smirked. He knew what to do without being told. He unsheathed his katana a little and ran his right hand's thumb down along the blade. It began to bleed. Almost immediately Kazu signed his named in the oldest blank space he could find. "Good, good. Now form a sssnake ssseal, and the contract isss complete." Manda said with a hiss, Kazu smiled as he indulged him forming a snake seal once again. Kazu's body began to grow a purple outline of chakra as it receded right back into him.
Kazu rolled the scroll back up and stuck it back in the sack. "What's the second scroll so I can begin?" Kazu inquired. "Hasssty aren't we, Kazu..." Manda said with a hiss. "The inssstructionsss for the Kuchiyossse No Jutsssu are within the Green Ssscroll outlined with the purple trim." Manda said. Kazu smiled as he pulled it out. "The order in which the ssscrollsss go are as followsss, the ssscroll with the trim of the color of the ssscroll'sss main body is the one that followsss it." Kazu smiled. Simple enough. He unraveled the scroll and looked through it, it seemed like the technique was quite simple. The biggest pain about the technique was the blood sacrifice to summon, but that was never really a large concern for Kazu.
Kazu mimicked the seals in the scroll and placed his hand to the ground. Kuchiyose No Jutsu: Orochi [Summoning Art: Snake]. Kanji shot out from where his hand was a medium sized snake appeared. It was a brilliantly colored snake, scales that changed color in the light going between Indigo and Red. Kazu found it interesting as he extended his hand. The snake wrapped around his hand and slid into his sleeve. Kazu decided to take off his jacket, it was hot after all, he was in the jungle. Kazu normally didn't wear anything under his jacket, it was made of weaved wire, making it heavy and resistant to slashing weapons. The only bad thing was it conducted heat like crazy. The snake remained coiled around his bicep. Kazu gave a faint smile. "Good, you did alright on your firssst try. Now put more chakra into it, the more chakra you usse, the bigger the sssnake." Manda said with a slight hiss.
Kazu cackled a little. He made the seals again, but this time incredibly fast. Kuchiyose No Jutsu: Orochi - Summoning Art: Snake. Kazu put a considerable amount of chakra into this summon. Kazu had summoned a giant snake. This one had scales the size of his fist and it was jet black. It must of stood over thirty meters high when it was still coiled. It turned its head towards Kazu and hissed. Kazu looked up at it with his eyes still glowing with the sharingan. It nodded its head in approval. It slid off into the lake. "How was that?" Kazu said with a cocky voice. "Good, good..." Manda said with a hiss. "Keep going, keep trying varying levelsss of chakra to sssee the different sssnakesss you can sssumon." Manda said hissing at Kazu.
Kazu smiled and agreed. He spent the rest of the day until dark mastering the Kuchiyose No Jutsu: Orochi. He had learned the different sizes of snakes and the different types of snakes he could summon when using his varying amounts of chakra. When the sun was about to set his stomach growled and Kazu had nearly trained himself to a close death. He looked up at Manda. "I plan to stay here for a while to keep learning, is there anything around here you'd recommend me trying to hunt to eat?" Kazu asked. Manda chuckled. "We sssnakesss can go daysss without food, that isss one of the vital weaknesssesss of you humansss. There are fisssh in the lake here if you mussst." Manda said hissing at Kazu. Kazu smiled. He formed several seals and bit his thumb. Kuchiyose No Jutsu: Orochi. A medium sized snake appeared. Kazu stared at it.
"Get me a fish about this big." Kazu said shaping out the size with his hands. The snake nodded as it dove into the water. No less than a minute later it came back up on shore and slithered onto the stone center of the lake where Kazu was. It regurgitated several fish of the size Kazu asked for. Kazu laughed loudly. It was odd he hadn't laughed that loudly in a while, well that loudly in a while when he wasn't torturing people mentally.
The snake nodded as it swam back into the lake. Kazu made a small fire and used the same technique for lighting it as he did with the torch earlier. Katon Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Fire Release: Powerful Fireball Technique). Kazu roasted the fish on splints and ate late into the night talking with Manda about the different things he'd be learning. Kazu eventually fell asleep by the fire to find in the morning he was under a pile of small snakes. He lifted his head up yawning as looked at the yellow sun rising to illuminate the stone face snake pouring out the waterfall. They all slithered away as Kazu stood up. He looked at the sun rising. He gave a feint smile as he opened up the next scroll. It was a brilliantly yellow scroll with a green trim. It was an explanation on how to preform a summoning technique and quite the one Kazu took interest in. It was a technique that utilized genjutsu. Kazu read the name of the technique aloud. "Orochibe-ru [Snake Veil]." Kazu read. He read further on how the genjutsu worked. He found it quite interesting.
He made a snake seal and focused the chakra as the scroll dictated. His body broke apart as it turned black, like he was colored with a thick black ink. He broke apart into several medium size snakes that slid along the ground to other side of the shrine in the middle of the lake. They all piled onto one and other reforming to make the mold of Kazu. The color returned to him. Kazu found the technique rather amazing. It would be something he could utilize quite a bit. Manda could be heard in the background hissing showing his interest in Kazu's progression. Kazu put a knee on the ground and unraveled the scroll a bit further.
The next of the basic Orochi techniques was listed. It read as Dokuekitsuba [Venom Spit]. It seemed to be a basic offensive technique that utilized the conjuring of venom from the user's mouth. It seemed incredibly basic, but useful none the less. Kazu read through the scroll on how to preform the technique. It required no seals, but the ability to know how to use one's chakra to manipulate the Suiton element and turn it into an Acidic Poisonous liquid. Kazu read more about learning how to conjure this new found element to him. All it seemed to be was Suiton but conjured in such a way that Katon chakra was mixed with it. It seemed interesting and Kazu gave it a whirl.
Kazu focused his chakra in his throat. He felt the pressure of something building, and he pulled his head back and quickly brought it forward as he spit. A loogie was sent flying as it hit the stone. Nothing really happened, it just seemed to be a bit of warm boiling water that he spit. Nothing close. Kazu decided to add more Katon chakra. Kazu focused again and he felt the pressure, but as soon as he opened his mouth to spit, he felt a singe in the back of his throat.
Obviously too much Katon Chakra. This next time he tried a little less. He felt something really thick this time in his throat. He cocked his head back and shot it forward as this time a purple glob was shot out of his mouth. It landed on the stone floor, sizzling as it sat there. This seemed to be the Venom he was looking to create. Kazu smiled. "All of usss Orochi utilize venom." Manda stated as he watched Kazu. "Being able to ussse our venom isss a major tactic when usssing our abilitiesss in combat." Kazu simply nodded. It was already mid day and he hadn't noticed at all.
He decided to just focus on the training. Kazu unraveled the last of the scroll. This was by far the most complicate technique he had seen thus far. It was a clone technique based on the Venom element. He looked at the explanation for the technique. Using the same balance of Katon and Suiton Chakras, one would form a clone out of those chakras that could fight for the user. The Clones would explode on contact shooting the acidic venom in the direction the strike came from. It seemed incredibly useful in Kazu's eyes.
This technique used the snake seal as the basis, which made sense to Kazu. He decided to start. He made a snake seal and focused his chakra. A glob of water began to arise out of in between the stone plates. The water stretched to fill the outline of Kazu, but it was acidic yet. Kazu focused his Katon chakra into it. A little swirl of fire could be seen inside of the water doppleganger. The color began to turn a dark indigo. The color spread throughout the clone, but it didn't change to the lifelike color that would resemble Kazu. It began to wobble as it fell to the side and exploded all over the stone. Kazu frowned a little.
He could feel that Manda was taking amusement in this. Kazu tried again, reforming the snake seal. This time almost instantly the clone reappeared indigo in color. The color began to change to match that of Kazu's skin and clothes. Kazu smiled a bit. But the technique wouldn't be of much use if he couldn't conjure the clones faster. Kazu spent what seemed like four or five hours perfecting the technique to where the clones were almost instantaneous in appearance.
Kazu rocked back onto the ground and sat down to watch the sunset. "You did good well today human." Manda said, Kazu felt it was strange how he had been so quiet today. "So what all do you know about me so far Manda?" Kazu asked scantly. Manda hissed a little. "I know you are an Uchiha, and that alone letsss me know you are not to be fully trusssted." Manda stated. Kazu cocked his head at Manda. "Why is that?" Kazu inquired. "Your clan isss one of ssself pressservation and ssselfissshnesssss. You are the only clan of humansss I know of that will willingly kill each other just for a boost in power." Kazu was absolutely puzzled. "What o you mean? I've never heard of Uchiha killing one and other." Kazu rebutted. Manda hissed and chuckled. "Itsss your eyesss, from what I've heard about the Uchiha isss that usssing the power of your eyesss degrades their eye sssight, and that taking the eyesss of a kinsssman will not only return your sssight to perfection, but increassse the ability of the eyesss asss well." Kazu was surprised that Manda knew more of his clan's ability than he did.
Kazu fancied the idea of increasing his sharingan's power, but he couldn't imagine killing someone for the eyes. But he would need to think about this information. Kazu was always striving to increase his power, to always reach the next step, he always thought the Mangekyou was it. But there seemed to be more, another level he could advance to. Kazu craved it. But he had work to do here. He would think about it as he trained. Kazu and Manda continued to discuss the Uchiha and other clans late into the night until Kazu had fallen asleep once again. This time the large snake he sent out to get the fish was also in the mix. Kazu chuckled a little to himself. He sat up pushing the snakes off of him. He walked over back to the makeshift fire pit. It was long burned out, but the scrolls still sat next to it. Kazu pulled up the next scroll. It was a red scroll with a yellow trim.
He laid it down and opened it up. There were a few techniques written on this Scroll as well. The first technique was another poison based one. Kazu read it to himself. "Enbudoku [Poison Waltz]." It seemed simple enough now that Kazu had learned how to mold Poison Chakra. He went through the handseals one by one and molded the chakra as the scroll entailed. Kazu's chest enlarged in a similar way when using Katon techniques. He opened his mouth and a large amount of vapor exited his mouth and nose. It was purple in color and it moved rapidly to expand around Kazu. Manda hissed in delight. He was amazed that Kazu was able to go right through all of these techniques. He reassured himself though its purely because he was an Uchiha and decided to just leave the credit with the Sharingan.
Kazu opened the scroll further. The next technique also seemed interesting. It entailed actually using a snake as a tool rather than an animal to attack with. Kazu read it to himself, this time not aloud. Soutou [Double Headed]. The technique was interesting. It was simply using a snake to extend as a grappling hook or a rope in a similar way. Kazu also learned through reading it, it did not require any seals, just the molding of chakra to preform a simple summon. Kazu read the molding technique in depth and decided to give it a go. Kazu molded the chakra and shot his arm forward. A large snake erupted from his sleeve towards a pillar. It wrapped around it and constricted on Kazu's arm, launching him forward towards the pillar. Kazu pulled back and landed firmly against the pillar feet first. "Well that works I suppose." Kazu said to himself jokingly. He let the snake uncoil around his arm and watched it slither off.
Kazu slid down the pillar and walked back to the scroll. He looked down at it, it was another Snake based summoning attack. The technique seemed especially useful due to its nature. Fuiuchi [Surprise Attack]. Kazu read the description of the technique. It seemed the technique when used correctly would cause a snake to erupt out of the ground and have it try to bite the opponent. The snake would have a venom that acted as a paralysis agent. Kazu thought this would an excellent technique to have since he didn't fair too well against other shinobi that focused on Taijutsu. Kazu read that the chakra molding was the same for this technique but it required contact with the ground.
Kazu decided to give it a go. Kazu molded his chakra as he did previously and slammed his right hand to the ground. His target was a dragonfly that kept buzzing around. Almost as soon as his hand touched the ground a medium sized snake shot its head up through the stone ground and snatched the dragonfly out of the air. Kazu was amazed at the potency of this technique and the speed of its execution.
Kazu walked back to the scroll, it had a little bit left on it, it was for the final technique on the scroll. Kazu read the technique aloud. "Joushi [Double Love Suicide]" Kazu found it interesting in that it was another tool technique. The technique would summon two snakes within the sleeves of the user. The snakes would coil around their forearms. The snakes heads would rest on the user's wrists and these snakes would draw blades from their mouths to arm the user with two wrist blades on command. Kazu found this interesting and useful. He would give his first go at the technique.
He molded the chakra in both hands slunk his arms down. Immediately he felt pressure around his arms and heard a clink of a metal sound. He brought his hands up and looked down on them. two six inch blades were sticking out of his wrists. Kazu pulled up his sleeve a little to find that a green snake was wrapped around his arm. Its head was small and its eyes were beady, but the blade was an interesting color. It was metallic and shiny, but the metal was that of a indigo color. That made the blades somewhat mesmerizing to Kazu but found it interesting in its own way.
"Mossst all Orochi carry bladesss in our belliesss." Manda hissed. Kazu found that to be interesting, useful, and strange all at once. This time though he felt the snakes within his jacket. He laughed as he took off his jacket. Today felt like it was going to be hot anyways. He got up and walked over to the scrolls. Today's was an Orange Scroll with a Red Trim.
He opened it up to see the first technique. Orochiyoroi [Snake Armor]. The technique was apparently summoning a large snake that would coil around the user's body to protect them from outside attacks. It was a special type of the Kuchiyose. Kazu read the instructions, it was a specific summoning as it was summoning a specific breed of the Orochi. Up until now Kazu hadn't known how to summon the different breeds it was just by luck.
Kazu gave the technique a go. He made a quick snake seal and bit his thumb bringing his hand to the ground. In a poof of smoke the first attempt was made. Kazu summoned a large enough snake but it wasn't of the correct described breed. As soon as he brought his hand to the ground a large snake coiled around him. It was silver with horns. The scales were spiked and seemed metallic. Kazu smiled as it protected him almost instantly. This technique was going to see a lot of use.
Kazu motioned the snake away as it slithered off. It was time for the next technique. "Sune-Kudansu [Snake Dance]." Kazu read aloud. It was a simple genjutsu. Kazu was delighted at the chance of getting to learn another Genjutsu.
He read the scroll explaining how to mold the Chakra and Kazu followed along nodding. It seemed simple, it was managing the flow outwards of chakra that was going to be difficult. Kazu assumed a low stance and made a snake seal. He felt chakra emanating from his skin as he gave a visual aurora. Though the aurora was not as the Scroll explained. His aurora felt the same but this time the color was closer to what was described, it was a dark blue. Kazu was getting closer, he wanted to obtain this genjutsu as it would be a great weapon in his arsenal.
