Please pray for my father. He is in a nursing home. He has breathing problems and was battening pneumonia. He lives in FL and I am in OH. I don't know how much longer he will be with us and I do not know how I will make it to FL to visit him as I am about to enter Capstone and Extern-ship for my degree program. I do not know how missing classes will effect that. I can only miss 2 classes. My father and I have a very strained relationship and I do not want him to leave this world with out him knowing that I do love him. Additionally my sister wishes to visit and she harbors even more resentment over past family problems. Please just pray for my Father George, for healing and my sister Sarah, for a spirit of forgiveness to touch her heart, as well as an opportunity to get to FL to visit before my father is no longer with us.
Until then Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

I think my Dad is saved. He sent out an e-mail asking for prayers and speaking of "better times to come" but I do not know for certain. He did however raise me as a Christian growing up, until our family started to split apart.

No news. He and his wife tell me nothing. I have to rely on my nosy uncle for info.

Update: sorry it has been a while. It's hard to get a hold of my father and I am super busy with school.
My father is sounding worlds better on the phone, but he is now trying to give away a bunch of his heirlooms and stuff. I don't know what to think of that. He sounded up beat but his actions speak the opposite.
