Behaviour: To put it simply, she's not very clever and she's not really all there. Almost all the time she acts like an idiot and just spins around. She's by no means a clumsy girl however and her spinning is near perfect.
She's caring however and helpful and often puts others before herself in certain situations. She's too young though to put someone elses' life before her own and if it was a life and death situation she would pick herself.
She appears to know no sadness and usually she's seen with a smile on her face.
Personality: Young and rather naive. She doesn't know too much about the world and so although she's happy she doesn't speak a lot, considering it not her duty to do so.
It is her belief that she must protect other people from misfortune if at all possible and that everyone has a right to life.
This is why she is against killing people. She would probably never kill anyone on a mission and so, is a rather useless ninja.

Detailed Biography: For most of her life, Saiomao had been living on a mountain with her grandfather, an old retired Ninja who had grown too old to do what Ninjas do best.
Her parents had died in a recent conflict and her grandmother had been dead also by the time she was born. In basic, everyone related to her apart from her grandfather who lived on the mountain with her, was dead.
For seven years, from when she was two, she lived on the mountain with her grandfather. Her grandfather was a large, gruff and serious man but he was also very caring and very gentle. He knew that he was all she had left even if she didn't.
As the years passed, her grandfather became weaker and weaker although he would never have admitted to it and his health slowly deteriorated. He however, fought on for the sake of his granddaughter.
One day, he was unfortunate enough to fall off a cliff and badly hurt himself. The wound itself was treatable however, up on the mountain, they did not have the supplies or the knowledge to do so. All they had was one medical ninja book on how to treat such wounds.
Her Grandfather was in no state to learn these new skills with his wounds and the wounds getting more and more infected. Only Saiōmaō had the time and ability to learn these skills.
She was barely able to save her grandfather and he was disabled now, she didn't like it, he was not the man she had known and so she made a pledge.
She left him a note and ventured down to the village of Kumogakure, she had decided that she was going to learn further and hopefully one day, she would fix his entire body.
