i have soulsilver and i transfered my shaymin over from diamond and i want to get the shaymin sky form,i've tried going to the golden rod flower shop to get the flower but it didnt work,help please?

You need to have the Gracidea. Shaymin will be in sky forme for 5 A.M. to 8 P.M.The gracidea is in Floroama Town.
Shaymin-Sky does not work in wifi.
