You can create a family at any rank, but for a family to be official (aka approved by a mod), it must have:
-A proper name (not a stupid one like DARK RANGERS or something like that.)
-At least 4 members
-Members with reasonable good rping skills
To create a family, please include:
-The Family name (no names from the manga please)
-Family history (make it interesting)
-Family emblem
-Description of family
-Family members
