The new area was somewhat strange and exciting, though the sky hung over the world as a constant. One creature sat with her eyes turned to the expansive sky in wonderment. She had been thinking about the sky a lot lately, but she sighed.
"Gods," she mumbled with a smile, breathing in the fresh air that seemed to embrace her soul. It made her want to just run and jump with the wind, but she refrained. Slowly, Asha made her way forward, looking interestedly, now, down at herbs that grew in the area in a vain attempt to recall their names.

Ash watched the ground for a few more seconds, ears flicking to the off pace of footstepts that distrupted the serene atmosphere. The golden orbs blinked up at an approaching figure, like the sky during mid-morning, when the world was still warming, but the sun was well into the sky.
"Hello," she called, slightly in confusion, ears swiveling in attempt to hear the footfalls better.

Stopping just a few yards out, Yu looked quite confused. It talked? Blinking rapidly, he slowly backed out of his imaginary world, the colors draining into an imaginary pocket for later. Buzzing his head, he focused on what called out to him. Oh. It was just a leopard. At least her coat wasn't ugly. His pace was slow as he neared her, ears flicking up. "Hey." Looking over her shoulder, he smiled as he saw the familiar giant blue rabbits in the background, a nice distraction to keep his subconscious distracted and out of the way.

Asha shifted a little, watching him for a moment. "You from around her, stranger?" she asked kindly, though she still sounded a bit guarded. She frowned at herself. Maybe it was because his reaction wasn't one she had expected.
He wasn't even looking at her as he spoke. She looked back in wonderment, trying to see what he saw. A brow arched in confusion and she qurked a confused smile before looking back at the brightly colored male.

"I'm just....out and about, I guess." His eyes slid to the side, thinking of what he was going to do after this. He was really out looking for food for a female, but he got distracted quite easily. He was concerned about her health, but that was about it. Someone had brought it to his attention that she might be pregnant, and the 'noble' thing for him to do was to be there for her while the cubs grow.
How. Lame. There was no way he'd stay that long, but he'd stay at least until they were born, if only to prove to himself that he'd matured some since his mother left.

"Sounds lovely," Asha replied in kind, shifting about to catch the breeze again, but looking towards the ground at the herb once again. She recognized it from her times as a student and frowned. All students had medical knowledge, but herbs escaped her.
She wondered briefly if it was poisoness.

"It can be." He smiled, briefly flicking his eyes back up to see what the giant blue rabbits were up to now. "It lets me see all the colors of the world." He ran his tail along the ground, making a disgusted face at the ugly color of brown that spread across it. "Of course, not all things are beautiful....but luckily, you are." He looked back up at her, his expression changing rapidly. Pretty things always made him smile.
