okay guy i been asking the member of our guild (what do they thing about this guild and what should we do to make it better?)

one of them say that "we should do like naruto in the future, when everyone have kids.

other one say that "organize... god so messy".
i ask him what he mean by that.
he say "I mean it seems to disorganized to me".

another one say that "i think that the leaders should kinda elect a hokage and we should like establish a shinobi bio for example:

A ranks completed: 1
B ranks comlpeted: 2
C ranks comlpeted: 5
D ranks competed: 14
you know some one should really keep track of these things ^.^ it'll be kool".

so what do u guys think we should do?

Sorry to butt in...but like if you want to make a chat guild make it focus on that...but if you want it to be an RP guild the focus on that...sorry...i'll take my leave...
note: i sugjested the organize...and that is what i meant...i have plenty of ideas if you'd want to talk about it...i really don't feel like haveing to run another guild for that idea...i am currently trying to run a pokemon RP guild...if you want to join...i have a link in my sig...sorry...i ramble on...i'll leave even thought i have more to say...
