Residents of the Rain Village live here in hundreds of homes that make up a good part of the Village. The Ninja Academy is located nearby, along with the shops and booths that line the roads. Be considerate of others: Do not liter (No Spam), No violence (Fighting is not recommended here), and No inappropiate language (Don't swear in every single sentence, and don't load the place with OCC). Thank you, and have a nice day.

Akira wandered through the overactive neiborhood of the RAIN village. Many people stopped to look at him as he passed by with his Akatsuki Cloak flapping in the wind. his large cap kept him dry in the rain. This Rain pours on my fire, it is exausting. Akira Thought to himself, obviously exaggerating. He walked slowly through the city, His Sharingan always active, watching for trouble that may occur.

(I'll act as the Villagers here to 'liven' up this thing)
Quiet whispers passed along the Villagers of the Rain as they watched a stranger walk down the streets. They whispered not about the fact that a stranger was here, but rather because this stranger wore the Akatsuki cloak. To the Rain Village, Akatsuki was a well respected organization, afterall, Akatsuki's ideals were born from the Rain Village itself. Children would stop their play as the red clouds approached, but once the stranger passed, they would giggle and pretend they wore the cloak themselves. The rebuilding of Akatsuki was a small breath of hope for the Village, expecially since the death of the last Kage. Perhaps peace would come at last... but for now, violence awaited around every corner.

Akira stopped before some little kids, he had always loved kids, even after he became a criminal, he would not harm children. he crouched before the little kids and blew a small wheel of fire into his hands and let it dance around before the kids before going out. He rubbed his hand on a kids head before standing back up. "Now... I must find out leader." He said, looking up to the tallest tower of the Rain village, able to see the immense chakra inside. "Well... that was easy."

(Ah that reminds me, I would ask that you should enter through the gate from now on. So that you don't appear out of mid-air... unless you do. You can exit into the Office Building from here. Sorry, I'm a perfectionist.)
'Ooes' and 'Ahhhs' could be heard as the children marveled over the Akatsuki's fire, and as he lay his very hand on one of their heads. The kids waved goodbye to the kind Akatsuki, and ran off to play ninja. With some farewell glances from a few villagers, they too, went their own way. The street suddenly became empty, only one person stood where a crowd once stirred only a few seconds ago. The person was a Amegakure ninja, who had appeared to escort the stranger. With a bow, the shinobi said, "Right this way," and turned to lead the stranger away from the Neighborhood.

Akira grabbed the man by the collar before he could go off any further. He looked him in the eye and his Mangekyou Sharingan swirled within. "No Funny Business, straight there, that is all." Akira said as he kept staring directly into the ninja's eyes. Akira let go and the Ninja led Akira out of the Neiborhood, as if in a trance.
((You can still control him))
