RULES
- All battles will be Single, level 100. No exceptions.
- Evasion Clause
Moves increasing evasion (Double Team, Minimize, etc.) Are banned.
Items such as Brightpowder ARE ALLOWED however.
- Sleep Clause
Only one Pokemon may be asleep on either player's team at anytime.
Effect Spore does not count towards this.
- Only one of each Pokemon is allowed on a team.
- OHKO moves are banned.
- Ubers will not be allowed in battle
The following Pokemon are considered Uber:
Mewtwo
Mew
Ho-Oh
Lugia
Wobuffett
Celebi
Wynaut
Latias
Latios
Kyogre
Groudon
Rayquaza
Deoxys
Palkia
Dialga
Giratina
Darkrai
Arceus
Breaking any of these rules with result in disqualification.
