This is a temporary prison. A criminal brought here is in a temporary prison. After the estimated time ends the criminal will be punished accordingly to the crimes that were commited or released if the punishment was temporary prison. The Kage is the one in charge of the punishment so only the Kage can decide what will happen to the prisoner. Though it is just temporary it is underground and has a sources of light inside, it is never dark unless the ANBU guards or the Kage turns off the lights. The walls are made of the same material of the other prison, they drain the chakra of the prisoners in order to make them unable to escape using jutsus.

Arriving at the underground prison, she opens one of the cells so the ANBU could take Kai in. Kiyoko would lock Kai in the cell as soon as she was taken in and the ANBU left the cell.
The ANBU bring Kai along and would take her in the cell Kiyoko opened and leave so Kiyoko can lock it.

Kai sat down after the guards left and looked at Kiyoko.

Kiyoko locks the cell as the ANBU leave. "I hope you can think things over while you are here. Maybe think about the reason you were brought here instead of being taken to Underground Hell." she said walked towards a table with a box on it . The box had some medical kits in case someone who was brought here was hurt. She opened the box and picked up a medical kit that had some healing herbs that can help minor wounds. "Though you aren't a medical ninja, I believe you know how to use a medical kit." she threw the medical kit to Kai. It didn't have any kind of blades or needles in that kit but it had a kind of medicine made with herbs that when applied on a minor wound would help to heal it. Though she heartlessly brought Kai here without hesitating when she needed to harm Kai, Kiyoko wouldn't let a shinobi of her village die without a reason.
(Still thinking about the time, but at least untill Saturday or Sunday morning, be sure to post at least 3 times a day in here. And I'm also thinking about a final punishment for: treason+refusing to accept your punishment+insulting the kage+resisting arrest+possible attempt of leaving the village)

When instead of going where you said you would be you went off to play? You did everything but your punishment. And when you got called on it, you tried to flee.))

little mintchan "Hmph...can I go get rest first? I haven't slept in a week!" Journey here and to leaf took awhile... (In that post you asked to just sleep first, no training, no short trips, nothing else, meaning you were supposed to go back to the office after you rested.)
