When it comes to battles Sumiteru has a tendency to rashly jump in but his rashness hides a intuitive and strategical mind and his rashness also makes many people underestimate what he can.

Detailed Biography:
Sumiteru's story is like most he grew up in a world of strive filled with hatred and sorrow and at a young age he lost both of his parents to war but he was to young to remember them and grew up in the Villages orphanage were he became one of the biggest trouble makers the Village had ever seen.
And for some reason they allowed him to enter the Academy if letting him in was a good choice has yet to be seen as upon entering his long history of trouble followed with him and he became known for his ingenious pranks and was also known for picking random fights when ever a Kid looked at him the wrong way.
Though something not many people knew about Sumiteru was that he worked constantly for money doing what ever job he could get and not one cent did he use on him instead helping kids who were orphans like him buying them food , and toys and was constantly helping out around the orphanage only those he helped and saw him at the orphanage knew how much of a good kid he was and that probably why they actually let him enter the academy.
He graduated with top marks becoming a Genin and with the money he gained from missions and odd jobs he continued to help out those like him and the orphanage also the moment he became a Genin his trouble making scaled up to knew height though nothing life threatening or really dangerous was ever attempted.
And after years of being a Genin he is still one for the sole reason that he had absolutely little respect for authority and was punished constantly for it but he didn't mind messing with his higher ups was so much fun.
