Ah come on; gearscore don't matter at all. Really; It's nothing but some crap a guy found out he'd start posting so he could boast and brief around just to feel a bit good about himself after doing s**t dps/heals/tanking in a raid or something. It only shows off how much time you've wasted on WoW (and after all, haha, it won't matter in 2-3 months, when cata comes out and GREENS are better than your top pvp/raid gear) Also, it says nothing about how good you are at playing your character. DPS/HPS on the other hand, shows more of what you can do. Or how good you're at keeping aggro, as a tank. You can't read that out through GS.
Anyways, these things only matter if you're a raider or HC PVP'er.. smile

gearscore always help believe me.
for me the vancleef set is now complete is one of the best PvE set for rogue =P
GS is not all that important but still, your 2k gs wont beat a paladin with 6k gs, even if youre good xD

Strange that it's so important, if it didn't appear before like, 2-3 weeks before ICC came live, just before TOC became unpopular. Before that, no one had even heard of GS. wink GS is there only for confusing; if people just go for gearscore, noobs will start going for gear with highest score, even though it's not their spec. Or like, a huntard will go for cloth and s**t. And that isnt rare nowadays, hahahah.

nah the version i used is improved, like, a good clith with high gs
will decrease my over all gs on my rogue, because it has nothing to do with my spec.
anyway, if your not a noob, youll simply inspect the person with a high gs -_-
IT HELPS, thats all im saying. having good gear IS important lol

I'm just saying high GS is used merely for the purpose of bragging, and sadly, it's the only way to get into a PUG raid nowadays. Good gear and good skills, plus a portion of humbleness, now that's a good player smile
