Their home was a modest little den nestled in the forest where the trees were verdant and green this time of year. The pups were about to experience their first delicious taste of the outside world, luckily their first brush with the elements outside would be warm. Winter's grasp had passed some time ago and left the grass lush, streams flowing cool, and new scents and sounds all around. Birds sage from their nests above and not far from the den the forest broke into a wide clearing. Here small hills rolled out covered in sweet grass and flowers with hidden trenches and high spots for the pups to explore.

Minuet was normally a bit more reserved, then her sister at least, certainly no one could have more reserve then her dear brother. Normally she hovered beside him and if one glanced quickly at them they could almost be mistaken for twins. Naturally they were not twins, but they were both certainly a bit less enthusiastic then their sister. Yet the sight of the sudden open land ahead of them unleashed such a powerful desire in her. Her paws were always moving her in graceful twirls and leaps, sidesteps and twists. It wasn't hard for her to dance out from her parents and leap past her siblings up, up, up onto the top of a grassy hill. She danced in place for a moment before throwing her head back in a carefree yap of pure pleasure. This! This was a perfect place to sing, and dance, to play, and run!

She giggled and dashed back to her brothers side coyly smirking at him expecting him to easily forgive her enthusiasm. "Aren't you glad to be out?" She asked him her voice lilting slightly in what would no doubt become a soft more seductive sound when she grew, a sirens voice.
