my step mom used to practice witchcraft but now she is a buiddist. while we where moving she found her athame, and she passed it down to me. i'm so excited i just can't wait till I get to use.

yeah i know. she is a nice lady and i don't think that she would have done anything bad with it. she said that it had been blessed and had been used to call the four corners. but just to be safe i'm still gonna cleanse and bless it again before use. This is also a special item to me because she used it when my dad got clean and they found out that they moved into the same apartment that me, my sister, my mom, and my dad had lived in about 14 years before. So with his permission she bound him to the apartment until whatever brought him back to this place was resolved and it had been because another bigger and better apartment opened up where my dad works. So this does have some sentimental value for me as well as the fact that I am so excited to finnaly have one. I could never find one that fit into my price range so i waited and waited knowing that one would eventually come to me.
