Tonight is the night we become great!The Stars will show us the way! Hey there, folks. It's me again. This time, I'm bringing this up for the sake of those who wonder.
Custom weapons
Should we limit this to the weapons class? Or perhaps it should be left open?
The final bit to this would be... Should we require applications for these custom weapons, for the sake of keeping watch on these? Tonight is the night we become Great! The Stars are what gave us away!

We should keep it to the Weapon's Class and have a form for their weapon to be explained completely.

Tonight is the night we become great!The Stars will show us the way! That was my general idea for it as well, considering they are limited in the kinds of jutsu they may learn.
It's all red tape though, so there needs to be some kind of brief discussion. Tonight is the night we become Great! The Stars are what gave us away!

Tonight is the night we become great!The Stars will show us the way! It's been bothering me since I was just a normal member. No offense to Von, but his weapon seemed a little much for a ninjutsu class.
Custom weapons should be left to those who are limited in what they can learn for skills. And some kind of process needs to be run properly, so that we don't get something which can counter pretty much everyone. Tonight is the night we become Great! The Stars are what gave us away!

I actually don't think weaponry should be it's own class, I think it should be a subclass you could learn down the line.
Kisame is a prime example. He is definately a ninjutsu class and is classified as having as much chakra as any Jinchuuriki, but then he also knows how to use a sword. I think they should be something you could earn through guild competitions and such. Like we have people make a weapon and then we hold a contest and it is bestowed upon one shinobi. Maybe a maximum of five at any one time, once we get the numbers back up, and monitoring the usage and such. Really if you look at any major weapon user in Naruto besides Ten Ten who is utterly useless it is more of a passion rather than their greatest ability.
Zabuza the fourth hokage, the third Hokage, and even Orochimaru fall into this category. They all have legendary weapons but none of them were really weapon class, it was just an extra tool of the trade. I mean seriously do we want a horde of Ten Ten's running around? I think I might commit suicide, lol.
