This is called the transfield. It has five areas. The center is a large grassland that is completely flat and gives no bonuses. To the North, a large lake takes its place. It is massive and extremely deep. All Suiton and Raiton Ninjutsu gain more power there. (50% Bonus to Effectiveness) Although, Katon Ninjutsu seem to weaken. (50% Deduction to Katon Effectiveness) To the East, a desert engulfs the land. It is a harsh terrain and not suited for Taijutsu Fighters that don't practice the Sabaku Kenfu. Fuuton Jutsu are much more powerful there. (50% Bonus to Effectiveness) To the West, a thick forest is rooted in the earth. The tree seem to not be able to die through fire, but are still flamable. This phenomenon seems to allow better usage of Katon Jutsu. (50% Bonus to Effectiveness) To the South, mountains rise up so high to break a layer of clouds. Here, the earth is rich and is easily manipulated and this allows Doton Ninjutsu greater power. (50% Bonus to Effectiveness)

Personality: As a civilian: Seleste is a soft spoken person who thinks before she acts, but talks before she thinks. She’s soft and persuasive, but persistent in her beliefs. She respect’s people’s opinions, even if she doesn’t agree with them. She’s set in her mind’s view in what she believes in, and no one, not even her husband, can persuade her otherwise.
As a kunoichi: Seleste is quiet and calculating, always watching her surroundings. Even when she’s talking to somebody, her eyes never stop wandering in the surroundings around her. She’s cold and reserved, believing that the less people know about her personal life while she’s on the job, the less trouble might come. She’s never one to open up to other people [Aeldevera being the only one exempt from that]

╫Background Information╫
Seleste was born from a runaway Red-light district slave. Her earliest memories were of her living on the street in the slums of a small village in Earth Country. She grew up around drunks, prostitutes, criminals, bandits, S-class ninja, and people who liked to pick fights. She learned how to street fight at an early age to survive, and caught the eye of a Chunnin who saw her fighting one day, and offered to send her to the ninja Academy to hone her abilities. She accepted, if only to leave the small village behind.
Seleste excelled in the ninja arts, but grew to dislike fighting, and learned how to fight blind folded, so she didn’t have to see her opponents in pain, or the people that she killed. She completed the Chunnin exams blinded folded the entire time (minus the written exam) and made her name known for that.
Every time she fights, she fights blind folded, and seems to like it better that way; having to rely on air movements, vibrations in the Earth, and sounds rather than sight which she finds can be very deceiving.
It was because of her status that she was picked to go on an A-ranked mission with on a few others, when their team was ambushed. She saw the attack too late, but managed to escape with Aeldevera Mistalune. They would retreat and redo their attack plan. During that night, she got to know the man she would later fall in love with.
She attacked head-on without much thought for her own safety and using the bloodline limit she shared with Aeldevera, the two of them divided and conquered, and eventually freed their squads. The mission was completed and after a lengthy farewell, the groups parted. They would only fight two more times.
It was during the last mission that Seleste began to have feelings for Aeldevera, but hid it well. The two’s relationship developed after the missions ended, and hung out together, occasionally going on missions by themselves. That’s when she finally realized she was in love with him.
Seleste stopped taking dangerous A-class and S-class missions, and began to focus more on supporting the man she loved.
Eventually she went back to the slums she grew up in, and found her mother on her death bed. Her and her mother talked during the last few moments of her life, but not before her mother apologized. She died hugging Seleste.

Suou was walking through the forest. He knew that he'd been followed by someone so he dropped a smoke bomb that filledeverything around him. He quickly hid in a tree and summoned his Shinsui Suou Mark II Puppet. It looked exactly like him and nobody wouldn't be able to figure out where he was or if that puppet was him or not. Suou then performed some handsigns and used toi Jigoku no Mimi technique. He could hear everything in the area now and would be able to easily catch the attacker.

Seleste sighed. Who in their right mind, sent a frigging Chunnin, so assassinate a jounin. Oh... she was having words with the kage when she returned home. She pulled her katana out of the sheath and moved forward, towards Shinsui and jumped toward him silently, hoping to catch him off guard. That was before, he dropped a smoke bomb in the area. 'Damn it.' she silently cursed, circling backwards, and around the trees. There were two of them now. 'A clone'? she wondered, moving towards the closest one. If it was her target, that worked for her; if it was the clone, that still worked for her. She lowered herself close down to the ground and dashed forward, nearing the clone(?) Shinsui(?). When she reached him/it, she slid her katana upward in a fast motion, and cut in towards the middle of his back.((Where do you find the chakra point thingies again?))

The puppet was stuck, but it barely budged. Instead, the head spun around and shot a couple senbon toward her neck. They were laced with the Maki Yokai. A poison that would disable her senses over time and was best used to capturing enemies and later interrogating them.
