Skye was heading to the stables. She had agreed to meet CJ for a ride on their horses and Choci could do with being brushed down at some point as well but she decided it would be worth doing that after the ride. After all what would be the point in brushing him before and after the ride? Okay there would be a point but she couldn't bothered today.
She reached the stables quick enough and went in to get Choci's tack. She would at least have him saddled and ready to go before CJ arrived, or at least have him out. She put his tack on the side as she entered his stall and led him out.
"Come on boy..." She spoke softly as she called the only animal she liked out of his nice warm stall. He really did need a brushing and as CJ hadn't arrived yet Skye tied him up and grabbed his brush. It wouldn't take long to tack him up once CJ arrived then they could go out on one of the trails.

Claudia was running late, she had gotten caught up in playing Harvest Moon again and nearly forgotten she had said she'd meet Skye at the stables. Luckily she did remember and after changing into suitable riding clothes she hurried down to the stables hoping that Skye wasn't getting too impatient.
She slowed down when she reached the stables, it wasn't proper to just rush inside. Smoothing her clothes she stepped inside smiling at Skye. "Hey Skye! Sorry I'm late, got caught up." Heading over to Liam's stall, petting the gelding on the nose before she lead him out. She'd just give him a quick brushing before saddling him. "Hopefully you haven't been waiting too long?" Tying him up next to Choci, but not too close, she grabbed a brush and began brushing him.
