--- The Waterfall Grove --- A peaceful area, serene in every way, nestled in the center of a large forest, the Waterfall Grove could just as well be a vacation spot as much as it could be a battle arena. The waters of this small waterfall created area are about 10 feet deep at the falls, but rise up the further you go away from them, yet always remaining about 2 feet deep at all points. the water is moving, but generally still and easy to walk on, so long as the ninja has trained with the appropriate techniques required to walk on water. Suiton users thrive here with water all around them, but Doton users are fresh out of luck with the low amount of earth present in the area.
What could there be to fear in such a serene place as all the other Arena's have their threats?... MONKEYS. That's right, Monkeys. Those damn dirty apes don't like Genin spoiling their peace and quite within the forests. Every round, you'll have to dodge an assortment of bananas, rocks, tropical fruits, and some not so tropical fruits (yes, I'm talking about feces) which are thrown from the heights in an attempt to shoo you away. (No, you cannot kill the monkeys to make them stop throwing fruit. These monkeys are surprisingly ninja and cannot be seen.)

In a flash of light, the scenery quickly changes, each genin barely even aware of what happened during the teleportation. Sure, your skin still tingles a little, but otherwise, everything else is the same. Well, except for the fact that you find yourself about a foot above the water's surface in the middle of a small grove dug out by a waterfall and the pool of water it filters into. The Jounin proctors lands easily on the surface of water, balancing on it as if it were child's play and waits to see how you'll react. Of course, the water itself is only 2 feet deep, but you as Genin have no way of knowing that.
Aside from that panicked moment however, the entire surroundings are incredibly peaceful. The air is warm, and heavy laden with humidity as you might assume a rainforest might be. The sounds of the jungle echo throughout the trees as does the sound of the running water from the small waterfall nearby, but all else is incredibly peaceful. "No rules gentlemen... excepting I will step in to stop either of you from killing each other. We're here to find future Chuunin, not kill off all the hopefuls. Represent yourselves and your countries well...HAJIME!" With those words the instructor jumps back and prepares to proctor the fight.

Upon arrival of his scerene arena, Zin's slitted pupils narrowed more as the eyes tried to re-adjust from the luminous lighting of the arena to the more subtle and dimmer lighting of the jungle. Not only that, but Zin now felt his little feet now incased in water as the child sighed. How he distasted it so! Mostly because he didn't take the time in learning the water walking technique;the Naga prince believed he had already enough high leveled techniques to last him for a while.
Once he looked about his new surroundings, the picture wasn't far from what he was seeing except it didn't, show some of the many tree's that surrounded the place. That....might be used to his advantages if in fact this water becomes too troublesome for him. Then again,to get to those tree's it would take a while to get out of his water bowl. Trying to think of a method to best attack,Zin took his respective position of twenty-five feet away. But,during his departure away from Yamatano,Zin felt a......large dip in the mist of his stroll. Smirking at this,Zin hissed something softly to Nagi and his....companions before continuing towards his spot in which he faced Yamatano. What he was thinking was indeed a gamble but it was a gamble he needed to take it he'd stand a chance in a place that was naturally against his element.
Upon hearing the announcement to start in japanese,Zin crouched in a light, standing battojutsu stance while his right foot remained on his tippy toes, lightly tapping, and left hand lightly hovering over the pearl hilt of 'Amaterasu'. He was waiting to see if Yamatano would make the first move,or he;in which he'll start syncronizing his plan in this disadvantaged area. But during this wait,Zin heard a sharp his from Nagi to 'look up' in which he saw a fist sized rock being slung to down to his cranium. The child did a light shuffle step backwards,to avoid the projectile while keeping his eyes locked on Yamatano but he did hiss,"What was that Nagi-san......Tell me!" The serpent flicked out his tounge rapidly before hissing that he didn't know but he and his opponent were not alone;not by a long shot. That brought a little hinge in Zin's thoughts but he knew he had to keep his mind straight if he was to become victor in his battle.Chakra: 31 E Ranked Techniques: 16 D Ranked Techniques: 11 C Ranked Techniques: 8 B Ranked Techniques: 3 A Ranked Techniques: 1 S Ranked Techniques: 0 Equipment*Amaterasu sad Sheathed) *20 feet of String *2x Kunai's *3x Smoke Bombs

Desperately, he attempted to send chakra to his feet the way one would for the tree walking technique, but this was water, and he was too close, so he ended up splashing in, about two feet down. At first Yamatano was sorely disappointed to be fighting in an arena where he could not stand, but soon realized the obvious advantages. This was nothing but water, his element, that he could shape to his own needs.
As he headed his 25 feet away from the starting point, Yamatano made careful notes of the entire arena. The entire area was covered by trees, except for the cliff where the waterfall came from, perfect for his wall walking technique. Around the waterfall the water was much deeper and bluer, probably denoting deep water. If worst came to worst, Yamatano might have to force Zin into a corner, and that place seemed to be the best option.
Yamatano paused when he got to his side of the arena, but didnt even get a chance to completely stand still before a small red berry hit him in the side of the head, not really harmful, but annoying. "What the.....where in the world did that come from?" Yamatano said as he looked down to his shoulder to see Kuro eating the raspberry, for it was a raspberry, that had bounced off his head. "Yo Yama, I like this place already!" "Oh shut it, Kuro, just watch my back, and watch his little pet."
As the proctor yelled to start, Yamatano sprang into action, not towards his opponent as most would expect, but running backwards away from Zin, his incredible speed only slightly inhibited by the water he was standing in. the first thing he did was, to the shock of all the bystanders, pull out a makibishi and squeeze it between the thumb and forefinger of his left hand, the tip poking into the thumb and drawing blood. As he put the Makibishi away, Yamatano then swept his hand in an arcing motion, saying "Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu!", creating two water clones without even using handseals. Both clones pulled out the two red daggers they wore on their sides, identical to yamatano's, while Yamatano himself stood back, the clones flanking his either side. He would wait to see what Zin would do, hopefully according to his strategy.

Zin giggled as the child saw Yamatano run. He,admittedly was quick. Something he expected from a person who learned some of the secrets of the snake;but then again,Zin himself hadn't showed his abilites yet. Which thankfully would play out on his part even though their fight was now being broadcasted for a stadium full of the people from five nations.Hissing softly to Nagi in that thick ancient language,Zin spoke,"Keep an eye out of his movements Nagi-san......As well as you guys." He said softly to 'everyone' that had been prepared for this little battle between snake users.
As he saw the little performance by Yamatano in bringing up clones,he instantly took note that Yamatano must be of the water element;mostly because of his abilites to manipulate the water,as well as,when he said the main word....'Mizu'. This would mean Zin would have to be on-top of his game if he chooses to come out the victor in this battle, when his opponent is a Suiton user. Narrowing his eyes,Zin started to run towards the edge to start his own plan,"You underestimate me Yamata-......."That instant Zin 'slipped' and fell into the deepest portion of the waterfall's basin just as a orange was thrown at the child. Zin took this time to immediately initate his own plan as he locked eyes on the real Yamatano before sinking he disappeared behind the edge.
The main reason the child was sinking like a stone was because of all the weights the child held on his ankles and wrists;sixty pounds worth in fact. During that moment,Zin moved his mask over his face enabling one of the abilities that the mask held. Once he reached the bottom,Zin started to quickly formulate his plans by disrupting the dirt that laid at the bottom by shuffling his feet;providing coverage and a mist of murky brown water surrounding the child and keeping him hidden. As well as the four snakes that were wrapped on either arm who followed Nagi up to a point and split up. Nagi moved towards the waterfall on a grassy portion where he hide to keep watch, while the two pairs of snakes took a pincer movement and headed towards the real Yamatano stealthfully.Using this chance,Zin pulled out some of his ninja string which he tied ten feet to either end of the kunai while within his muddy surroundings and wrapped them around his wrists. Hopefully, his plan would better counter-act Yamatano's.

Zin had seemingly fallen into the water, where he would be most vulnerable, but wasnt coming up for air. "So much for him charging forward....." Yamatano thought as he observed, waiting to see what would happen. The water remained still, blue, and.......wait, not blue. Bits of grey and dark brown began to mix in with the surface of the blue. "Wha? Thats dust! He's kicking up dust!" Yamatano thought as he watched the dust, preparing for anything that was to come. "Alright lets see. From what he told me and from my file on him, he uses snakes to fight. But why is he underwater? Is this a distraction? Is he transforming?"
Yamatano decided to not overthink this battle, and just fight to reveal Zin. He would not use THAT yet, but he was very afraid that he would have to very soon. Raising an arm toward the pool of water that Zin was hiding himself in, Yamatano yelled "Mizu Soujuu!" Yamatano used the power of water manipulation to heat the water within the basin, slowly but surely. Of course it wasnt rising fast enough to be noticed off the bat, but thats just what Yamatano wanted. After all, throw a toad in hot water and he jumps out, but throw a toad in slowly heating water, he wont have the sense to jump out until its too late.
Upon his shoulder, Kuro kept a vigilant eye for anyone coming up to attack Yamatano from behind.

(( Hey mon ami.....Ya might want to re-check your chakra after using those two moves. ^^)) Zin kept an eagle eye....or at least a serpent eye to see if Yamatano would stick his head over the edge. That would be all Zin needed to utilize the speed of a serpents strike to finish him off;or at least bring him closer for a final blow. Unfortunately though, his opponent was intelligent enough not to stick his hand too far into a serpents nest. That, indeed, did irritate Zin but he was rather happy that it wouldn't be a quick match. After all,Yamatano wouldn't have made it this far if he fell prey so easily into Zin's traps. As Zin continued to shuffle his feet about, the child noticed that the water took a small......change in temperature. It felt good to be honest, but then again,Zin had to wonder a little why a pool of water felt so wonderful at first and now was taking a change in heat.Extremely light tinge in heat,but......it was heat, and Zin surely didn't release wind from his hind-quarters. Interesting.......Zin may have to keep his guard up as he did remember Yamatano's innate abilities with water.
Nagi, who was observing from atop, noticed the silver headed boy wasn't taking Zin's bait. That was fine,he'd just have to take over until his master re-surfaced.The serpent raised his head lightly to see the two pairs of snakes, that had been released earlier, now in their respective place. With a curt hiss, the snakes charged at Yamatano in a pincher motion in which they strategically took to a different form of the movement. On the right, one snake slithered it's way over to take a bite of Yamatono's Achilles Tendon, while the snake on the left did vice versa. Where were the other two snakes you ask? Shadowing the snakes that slithered on the surface of course! Keeping in sync with it's brethren, the serpents would attempt to launch themselves higher upon Yamatano in case the first assault didn't make it. They'd have a better chance, since they so stealthfully stayed in the shadows. And better yet, underneath the water slithering upon the bottom which also provided even more kick up of debris and dirt.
Nagi, seeing his team work in-sync with each other, watched as he moved to a different position and on another patch of grass. One reason was because Nagi was pelted with a small branch from above, making him need to take evasive maneuvers.Secondly was because the second-warrior of the Naga prince was far too intelligent to keep the same position after letting out a hiss to,not only order the snakes to attack, but also to provide a distraction to Yamatano.Surely, with a person not seeing his opponent would get apprehensive if even a little. With the new surroundings of an angry monkey infested jungle plus the stress of wanting to turn out victor would have to make him snap to any loud sound;it was only human unless one trained their mind to truly block out such things.
After insuring his safety,as well as making sure the pawns did their jobs and keeping watch for any sneaky antics from the silver-haired one,Nagi dipped his head briefly into the water and hissed to Zin. To tell him that very soon he should take his assault before pulling his head out and continuing to oversee his serpents;and to make sure his new position was in danger. Zin,after feeling the vibrating and disruption of the water from above looked up and saw the silver head of Nagi from the eye holes of his mask. Zin grinned as his fangs ejected lightly, before the child started to bounce on his right toe;slowly building up chakra as he started to supress his emotions. Pushing in the excitement of fighting, the fear of losing in-front of his family, and even withdrawing his pride all into that little black box that darken even more within the pits of Zin's shattered soul. For now....It was time to attack...very,very soon.Chakra: 31 E Ranked Techniques: 16 D Ranked Techniques: 11 C Ranked Techniques: 8 B Ranked Techniques: 3 A Ranked Techniques: 1 S Ranked Techniques: 0 Equipment *Amaterasu sad Sheathed) *10 Feet feet of String. At the sound of a hiss Kuro looked down to see, not Zin, but a snake, ready to sink it's fangs into Yamatano's leg, with Yamatano, his attention focused on heating the basin to a boiling point, unaware. But that all changed with a quick "Jump!" from Kuro as Yamatano's leg muscles reacted, launching him into the air, but forcing him to cancel the Jutsu. He lept backward onto the trunk of a tree, using the Tree walking (too lazy to type the Japanese) technique to stick his feet to the tree like a suction cup. As he looked down below him his eyes met with his two assailants: a pair of snakes, each now glowering at him venemously. "Snakes? So Zin wasnt kidding, he CAN utilize snakes in combat......just like me......" Yamatano thought, reflecting on what he should do.
He was now, without a doubt, faced with an opponent who would kill him given the chance, and he still had no knowledge of where that opponent was. Yamatano glanced at his still bleeding thumb, wondering if he really would need to reveal THAT ability in this match. He now knew, sooner or later, that that would happen, but for now.......Yamatano would keep a few secrets. Instead, Yamatano reached behind his left shoulder into his kunai pouch, taking out a Kunai, a folded up explosive tag, and a small section of ninja wire. Wrapping one end of the wire around the ring of the kunai, and making a knot over the tag, Yamatano threw the note at the rock behind the waterfall, creating an explosion that would surely knock a few rocks loose, and reveal, if not crush, anyone hiding within the basin.
Yamatano was thinking himself extremely clever and perceptive, when out of the blue, something squishy hit the back of his head. Putting his finger in the smushy mess, Yamatano brought it to his face, fearing the worst, when he opened his eyes and found, stuck to his fingers, was......a half chewed piece of banana.

Zin blinked as he didn't hear the yell of anguish that would be the symbol of his serpants success. Unofortunately, with this silence,it meant that his first round of assault indeed had missed. The snakes themselves hissed in anger of missing their target,as they moved to slither up the tree's;slowly. Mostly because of the barrage of fruit that was now being tossed at them. Nagi, slithered about the middle of the pool to await for his master to arise and re-join his side.
Zin shook his head and started to store the chakra into his legs before he felt another disrupting vibration from the water. Looking back up to his serpant,Zin saw the fear in Nagi with how he was shaking his head in the water in which he'd soon notice what brought his friend such distress. Not moments after the warning,a thundering boom was heard above the prince of the rice, as his slitted eyes looked through the holes of his mask and up to see rocks now starting the shower down the area.Or more like boulders moving to crush him in the depths of the pool. Tch.....Trying to flush me out huh? Then.....I guess I should accomendate him now. He thought as Zin closed his eyes briefly and concentrate on his ankle weights and wrist weights in which he yelled out,"Kai!!"With that, immediately,Zin felt the weights release their grasp from his little form. Slipping out from underneath his baggy clothing as Zin pushed off from the basin's bottom to meet the rocks above. And with his weights now released, the child was breaching about the speeds of a speed-oriented ninja;which it should, with how long Zin has worn those heavy contrapments given to his sensei.
As Zin rose out of the water, utilizing the rocks which fell down to bounce of off,he performed his first technique of his own style. With the chakra he had stored below and the rock that was just about to submerge into the water,Zin performed Shukuchi just as Nagi attached himself to his master. By performing 'Three Steps Under Shukuchi' and pushing off with his right foot,Zin fired off from the rock showing speeds that were now lightly exceeding that of a Genin;with the speeds of this rate,Zin was capable of 'skipping' across the depths of the waterfall's bowl,in which, his speed seemed to increase once he came to the shallow portion of the arena. Why was that you ask? Mostly, because Zin was skipping across the water, utilizing his speed to keep him afloat;but, upon entering the water with less height, the child's speed would take over and the power of shukuchi would seemingly cut through the water which in which Zin charged at Yamatano in a surpeme blur of speed. Not only that, but if Yamatano looked carefully,it would seem like the child had 'something' following on either side of him. Like some sort of fish or 'shark' spearing along side of Zin. If this and his newfound speed didn't trip Yamatano up,Zin's emotionless nature would. It would almost be like a ghost was charging at Yamatono. There was no emotion to guage what it might do exceot give only fear to thinking what attack would impose on them as the victim. This, was simply one of the many beauties of Shukuchi;and now Yamatano was the victim of it's elegance.
When Zin hit the tree trunk, the power of the attack would make the tree tremble lightly to how hard the boy hit it.The child would appear only briefly to show the little skip he did to re-adjust the new angle he was now running at,before going once more into a blurr,if not lightly invisible,of speed. In which only his feet would be barraging the bark of the tree's trunk. Zin utilized his own tree walking technique in fusion with the blurring speed of Shukuchi in which he continued the emotionless movement towards Yamatano. The child's hand hovered over the beautiful pearl hilt of Amaterasu which was unsheathed when he heard Nagi's hiss of 'right'. The child didn't even look as he unsheathed his blade quickly and cut to his right which sliced a tango in half. During the movement of his left hand swinging quickly over to his right hip grab his blade,Yamatano might be sliced if he indeed wasn't careful. Reason? This would be because Zin had attached ten feet of ninja string on his wrist, which had a kunai on the other end. With the string being barely visible,it might pose as a good pre-strike to Yamatano while the child continued barging forwards. Now with his blade unsheathed,as well taking into consideration that Yamatano might be looking directly at the child,Zin gave a quick tilt of his blade and utilized the light that beamed through the jungle's tree tops to give his opponent a flash of luminous light before whipping the blade back to the side of the sheath;but not re-sheathing it at all. Instead,Zin held in his battojutsu stance as his masked, emotionless body approached closer and closer to Yamatano making his opponent have to wonder if Zin was going to hit him from the right or left.Or even hit him at all;but then again, that option should be removed with the stipulations they are in. The wood of the tree was ripped and shredded to the deadly power of Shukuchi in which Zin would attempt to close the distance on his opponent unless he had a very good method of reducing the distance to a technique that indeed makes you feel like you like distance was rapidly decreasing. When in fact,Zin does get close, the child would strike to the......left? Right? No.......The left! A fiercesome strike of power from a Taijutsu-ist and a wonderous speed of swordsmen ship from the training his hands went through from having the weights on his wrists. Not only that, but with the ninja wire that was attached to his wrist,it would sling back around to hit Yamatano.Zin hopped the wires would work the way he assumed they would be with his adaptive method of fighting. With the wires slinging along with the blade, not only would he be covering close-distance but also long distance;at least ten feet of it! In which,Zin's technique might not only cut Yamatano in his rib-chest to shoulder area in which he was aiming, his wire might coil around his opponent like a snake would constrict it's prey to hold him until the finishing blow occurs.Chakra: 27E Ranked Techniques: 16 D Ranked Techniques: 10 C Ranked Techniques: 8 B Ranked Techniques: 3 A Ranked Techniques: 1 S Ranked Techniques: 0 Equipment *Amaterasu sad Un-Sheathed) *10 Feet feet of String. Also, let me commend you on your fighting, and thank you for not going easy on me just cause I'm a VC) xxxxTo say Yamatano was excited would be an understatment. Here was his opponent, escaping from his barrage of rocks, headed toward him with speed that matched even his own. "Fast.....but not fast enough!" Yamatano thought as he analyze the boy with the precious little time he had. Of the many things to be noticed, Yamatano did see one key thing: small objects, skating along the water as Zin ran, matching his own speed. The speed they were moving at made it unclear what they were, but Yamatano could probably guess that they were meant to hurt him.
Yamatano barely had time to refocus on Zin as he hit the tree, causing it to shake, and causing the monkey with a very untropical fruit to miss Yamatano by a mile. As Zin unsheathed his blade, Yamatano barely had tome to register as the blade, flashed brilliantly, temporarily blinding his right eye. While the pain was distracting, it did not deter Yamatano, who had a very simple solution: using his right hand, he lifted his horned headband to reveal his left eye, completely unblinded, and just in time. For as he opened his eye, a small, flying object wizzed through the air, directly towards Yamatano's temple. Not only that, but Zin was now charging at him in a stance Yamatano knew all too well. "Thats.......the stance Kanzuki took when he hit me with the hilt of his katana! Thats a Battojutsu stance!" he thought, now more anxious than excited. Yamatano knew that Battojutsuists were the fastest of all swordsmen, and Yamatano had nothing but his daggers to defent himself, a poor defense agains such lightning fast swordsmanship. Furthermore, based on the way Zin hit the tree, he was physically stronger than most ninja. Facing him in one on one combat would be about the same as challenging the Mizukage to a battle of suiton ninjutsu. The only thing Yamatano had going for him was his natural speed, possibly even greater than Zin's but by a small margin. Yamatano knew that if he remained in this position, he could not win.
Thinking only along the lines of survival, Yamatano lept from the tree, while simultaneously drawing out a dagger and slicing at the flying Kunai, cutting the invisible string it was attached to. Normally one would have to be extremely close to cut a flying piece of ninja wire, and with a dagger no less, but Yamatano's was different: as he extended the dagger, a brilliant flash of pure white extended from the blade, slicing the wire and sending the Kunai off course. However, the Kunai was not set off enough, for as he was leaping Yamatano felt it graze his leg, drawing a fresh line in his skin. "Thats gonna scar..." Yamatano thought as he landed in a forward roll into the water, standing back up toface Zin, who was still attached to the tree.
"Alright Zin, looks like I have to be serious. Be honored that you forced me to reveal something I wouldve rather kept a secret." Yamatano yelled as he made five handseals, Boar, Dog, Rooster, Monkey, and Ram, for one of his only jutsus that still required them. He then took some of the blood from his bleeding leg, wiped it on the tattoo on his right shoulder which bore the Kanji for snake, and slammed his right palm on the ground, uttering three words that made even the proctor's eyes widen in suprise.
"Kuchiyose no Jutsu!"
Trees fell, Monkeys screeched, and the arena rumbled as Yamatano's jutsu was revealed: Yamatano had summoned a Kyodaija, a giant snake never seen in battle since the times of the Rokudaime Hokage, Naruto Uzumaki, and Yamatano stood upon its head. He could almost hear the crowd gasping back at the main ring, half in amazement and half in horror, and the judges staring at the screens, wondering if Mist had hacked their broadcasting system to project their own shinobi to have abilities they didnt really have. Back in the arena Yamatano looked down upon Zin, his grin evident underneath his mask. But the snake itself glared with hate filled eyes at Zin, not believing what it was seeing. All it saw was the reincarnation of Orochimaru, the hated summoner of snakes ages past, and had one thought on it's mind that Yamatano would most certainly not agree with: Kill this boy.
(Kyodaijas are B ranked summons, so for a summon specialist they require C ranked Chakra)

(( Hey,I everyone deserves a challenge. ^^ 'Tis will be boring if people fight in biased ways.))
Zin didn't show it,and even if his mask was removed he'd still wouldn't show it,but was quite surprised to see that Yamatano was able to dodge his 'Three Steps under Shukuchi.' It seemed Zin was still taking his opponent a little too easily and thought that next time he should take it to it's second level. But at the moment,he needed to adjust and get ready for any attacks that may occur do to his miss. The Naga prince looked to his wrist, noticing it was extremely light before seeing his kunai below submerged in the water. One of the snakes that lay below their master quickly retrieved the kunai for him and slithered back to it's respective place back in hiding zones until Zin required assistance. But at least, his other wrist still had his custom attachment which he'd utilize to it's fullest ability. It may be a little harder since he didn't utilize his right arm during his sword draw but at least he had one of his strategic attacks still intact;plus, upon the cut with his failed custom attachment,it at least brought about some sort of hit. He looked down at his opponent as he landed and started to bounce on his right toe delicately once more;building up the chakra slowly as he prepared to re-initiate his strike now that his target was on more even ground. But....to Zin's unfortunate dismay,it seemed that his opponent had something up his sleeve;something Zin particularly didn't like.
Upon hearing his opponent speak,Zin narrowed his eyes,"I am offended that you weren't already giving me your best Yamatano-san,"The child said softly as he continued to bounce on his toe, readying for his attack as he hissed to Nagi who tightened on Zin's shoulder a little. But,just as the child was about to charge;something caught him.Nagi, his snakes below, and possibly anyone else that was taking sight of his fight. When he heard the words 'Summoning' being exclaimed from Yamatano's mouth before feeling and seeing what was being summoned. At first,Zin thought it would have to be some form a trickery. A genin able to summon? It is rather ludicrous! The chakra it would take would be far to devastating for it to occur but Zin's slitted eyes looked up as his denial was sadly true.Yamatano indeed was able to summon, and that....brings this fight to a whole knew ball game.
As the plume of grey smoke rose, the child stumbled a little from the tree,in which he let gravity take over so that he may take a acrobatic front flip from the trunk and land back into the shallow water. The monkeys that loved to throw items missed Zin by a mile from the summon's might but it didn't mean the......fruit that should be restricted to private facilities, didn't lightly stun him from the revolting smell. Shaking off what his nostrils took, he looked up in amazement at first to see what Yamatano had brought to the arena, before pure hatred erupted when he saw what was displayed. He stood up slowly as the child slowly pushed the mask to the side of his face as his pale head looked up to the beast that glared up at him. Despite this danger although,Zin rather ignored the eyes of the serpent and glared at Yamatano,"You made a mistake.....Yamatano-san.......You dare....bring a snake....to attack me....A snake that my father used?!"He said as those long fangs took another few inches of ,dripping in deadly Naga poison,as Nagi hissed venomously to the large Kyodaija despite the intense size difference. That little, silvery serpent believed him higher than any one else that wasn't directly of his kind. Zin returned to bouncing on his right toe once more,Zin prepared himself for his attack;it was already known what he was going to do as his anger, which was constantly being suppressed as he hissed his final words,"Time....to put you in your place."The small child hissed darkly as,instead of pushing off with his right foot like before,Zin hopped onto his left foot and seemingly vanished. Well,he vanished, but his movements most definitely didn't. In fact, after the initial explosion of power from Zin's starting point subsided, the water spread apart like a lighting bolt was charging through it as Zin took another speed increased the breached the first one by a long shot. This, was the power of 'Two Steps Under Shukuchi'. In fact,if one were to try and compare the child's speed to a rank,it would be more along the lines of a low leveled Chuunin. How could this mere Genin gain such speed? One,would say it is all the weights the child hoisted around on his limbs. Some would say it was the weights, plus the angellic although in Zin's terms demonic, destruction of Shukuchi...Who is correct....depends on you,but the child rather never tells his secrets of power.
Heading fearlessly towards the almighty serpent that Zin intended to cut down,he pushed chakra into 'Amaterasu' while jumping towards the serpent in the same manner he did when he charged at the tree. Trying to utilize his 'Tree Walking Technique on the belly of the Kyodaija, while Zin's newfound blistering speed would cut up his body, the snake would find that something else was cutting him while the Prince of the Rice climbed his form. As Zin ran up,he attempted to stab Amaterasu in the snake's belly as he ran up,but the deviant child didn't just let cold metal run through him. No,the boy activated the true power of 'Amaterasu's' blade and turned the cold metal to now be inflamed with red flames. Hoping to cut the snake open like a fish, while letting him feel the flames that resonated inside the child's heart. Not breaking a stride as he charged up the serpent with chakra laced feet,Zin would make a sharp curve when he reached the trachea area,he split off to the side to try and attack Yamatano who stood at the top. Hoping, that with his increased, destructive speed would make the strike as he closed the distance. Holding the hilt still down into the snake that caused him so much hatred for Yamatono and once more put the silver-haired one in thoughts of wonder;if Zin was going to strike from the right or left. If his,'friend' had a dojutsu or specialized in the way of the sword,he might be able to take the child a little better. But,with Zin pushing his stamina to the limits with this full out quite rage attack, the child wanted to push past even what a Dojutsu or a swordsmen could handle at his rank.
Inches by blistering inches of the image-less Zin,except for the fine single line of lighting like lines from Zin's little feet slamming into the skin of the serpent, would be seen. Right or left...right or left...Left or right, left or right. The boy's emotionless intent gave no direction of where he was going to attack until Zin swung his blade up to strike Yamatano at the last second;letting him see Zin's venomous slits as he appeared the second he struck, while that pearl blade whipped out from the snake that needed to know who that his father's death changed nothing, before the weapon moved to the.....left.He also hoped, that by pulling out the blade with such force, some of the blood from the Kyodoija would hit Yamatano and possibly provide for some version of distraction. Attempting to cut from the hip bone and straight up;in which the child kept an eye out for his evasive opponent. As,if he in-fact was able to somewhat break past this speed that Zin was now exhibiting,he held his right handed long ranged weapon in the ready. If,by chance,he tried to jump or dodge away,Zin's right hand would whip around for a strike from that ninja string in hopes to either cut him once more with the kunai that sped about the end;but mostly to wrap him up with the string and bring an end to this. Your moving too fast. Also, based on the recent debate about summons, and the water jutsu I used for the non reduced chara cost, my chakra points will be revised for this post.) xxxxYamatano's fears were confirmed as the boy spoke, this boy WAS related to the snake saanin, Orochimaru. By birthright, these snakes belonged to Zin, but Yamatano didnt care: He had been chosen to wield this great power, so He would be the one to utilize it. As Zin exploded into motion, Yamatano simply got into a ready stance, weapons sheathed, hoping to score a blow on a nerve or pressure point.
Untortunately, he never got the chance as his snake howled in pain, and looked down to see Zin's katana buried within the Kyodaija and him running upward, slicing his snake in the stomach and coming fast. Yamatano knew he couldnt beat the boy this way if he made it. If only there was something he could use, something in the terrain, or- "Wait, what the heck? Are those things...it is!" Yamatano suddenly thought as he saw two other Yamatanos walk out of the treeline, the water clones from earlier! Thinking fast, for Zin was now facing Yamatano with the intent to kill, he made a short string of handseals before crying "Kawarimi no Jutsu!" Yamatano was instantaneously transported away to the ground, while the other clone was slashed by Zin's mighty sword, bursting to water and soaking the more than likely severly ticked off child and his blade.
On the ground, Yamatano forced the other clone to wait in the treeline should he need to do that again, while he made handseals for his only other jutsu that required them. As he completed the jutsu and allowed his chakra to ebb out into the water he was standing in, Yamatano raised his right arm to the sky. Water coalesced into his hand, forming a ring with a blade at one wnd that, with a flick of Yamatano's wrist, revealed it's true form: A deadly fuuma shuriken, glowing the purest white due to the inluence of Yamatano's chakra. Within the water, 3 similar shuriken formed, all to be released at Yamatano's command. Yamatano, however, decided to wait to see how things turned out.
Back with Zin, the Kyodaija, hurt but still very, very much alive and kicking (because lets face it, a katana to a Kyodaija is like a butter knife to a shark) reared it's head back as Zin sliced at the now fake Yamatano, sending the child flying backward, hoping to have him smash into the rock wall of the waterfall behind them. The deep cut from that fiery blade had indeed hurt the snake, but it was more than ready to kill this reincarnation of the man who had so willingly sent so many of its bretheren to their death like pigs to a slaughter.

Zin was quite sure of himself that he'd catch Yamatano off guard with his battojutsu. The child started to notice that Yamatano couldn't truly fight against it very well and he could tell that he was pushing Yamatano to his limit's with him having to summon this monstrosity into the fight. But why,one would ask or think,is this highly skilled Genin of the Mist having such trouble with this pale complexioned child? One might ask this but there were only three people that knew of the true secrets of Shukuchi. That would be Zin,his uncle, and his grandfather who pushed the style towards Zin during his younger days as a Shinobi. You see,Shukuchi is built off of the 'illusion' that the distance between the opponent and the user is shrinking;in which, before they know it they are struck by the user with a killer blow. But,many shinobi can counter this technique with simple things. One...would be ranking and experience. If Yamatano was a Jounin, like the proctor that was overseeing this tremendous fight,Zin would look nothing more than a rather fast Genin that was surely pushing past that of a speed oriented ninja of his rank. To a Chuunin,Zin would be quite blurred but still very visual. But in Yamatano's place he was only a mere Genin so performing this high ranked technique,at least for Zin,against Yamatano is quite deadly and would only look as if Zin was invisible and having the movement mannerisms of lighting;in fact,if Yamatano had given himself to the ways of the blade or had particular Dojutsu's,Zin's technique wouldn't be nearly as much hassel though still deadly if the user was of Genin status. So in all,it was not that Zin was moving at such speeds, but to a mere Genin and Chuunin,it would indeed seem like this little child had abilities surpassing what most would stereotype of a Genin.
But Zin,ascending to his target could nearly visualize the blood spraying from the perpetrator that summoned his father's material against him. Closer and closer he came to swinging his blade up his corpse until he heard the irritable scapegoat technique called the 'Substitution Technique.' When Zin found out that his blade was tasting water, which sizzled lightly from the heat that had once released from 'Amaterasu's' gorgeous white metal,Nagi hissed to express his master's anger while Zin oddly.....remained quiet. Though, from the manner his fangs were protruded and the slitted eyes that were devilishly narrow as he stared at Yamatano,it would be known that the child was highly hostile. For Zin,in his mind, should be! Yamatano basically slapped the boy in his face by utilizing his deceased and beloved father's techniques. If Yamatano wasn't of use to Zin and showed some manner of kindess in the cafe,he would basically say to 'hell' with the competition and turn this into a personal manner.
As Zin saw Yamatano prepare for an attack, which wasn't good on his part seeing as the boy knew nothing about summons. Not knowledge wise,as he studied about them quite frequently during his days at the Konoha Library but skill wise. He never believed one could obtain such powers as a Genin but obviously he was wrong on that cue. But unfortunately for Zin,he didn't have much time to give Yamatano the death leer. Maybe if he gets closer he'd perform it and let him enter the child's chamber of horror. Feeling the snake taking it's rage on the child by trying to buck him,it only further fueled the darkened anger the resonated quietly in the fragile box that was locked away in Zin's soul......and oddly....he giggled. The sort of giggle you'd not like to hear when walking into a unlit room,"You can't spell slaughter without laughter snakey-san!Let me make you laugh some more."Zin hissed to the snake,in which by 'laugh' he meant it crying out in more pain,as that over-grown reptile attempted to slam him into the wall. Zin quickly sprung off to the side of the serpent's head and slung his right arm as his left re-sheathed 'Amaterasu'. What was the boy attempting to do? Put that bloody serpent in it's place of course! As Nagi leered at Yamatano for any actions he might produce,he hissed loudly out in the arena they valiantly fought in,while Zin's custom kunai creation took an attempted strike at the serpent's eye. Wanting to show that animal who was the boss, now is the boss, and forever shall be the boss of it's miserable life. But the child didn't like being vulnerable for too long,as immediately after he re-sheathed 'Amaterasu',Zin left hand reached into his over-sized kimono and cracked one of his smoke bombs. Having it envelope him in it's thick grey mist before taking a hopeful plunge into the water.
What you say? Why was Nagi hissed so loud during he and his master's descent? Why,that deviant serpent was taking command of his soldiers of course! They had been waiting on the ground floor the entire time and with Yamatano looking in the opposite direction, they believed it was their time to strike. Slowly, dipping into the water they slithered upon the shallow water's floor to take aim at their target. Three snakes taking aim at Yamatano's leg's as the mud and dirt kicked up lightly in mixture with the possible plant life that surrounding the shallow waters to further hide them. When and if they got close enough would strike at the same time? No! At few second intervals. Meaning, one snake would strike, then the other would wait only a few mere seconds before the next snake would strike and then so on. Why this method of attacking was quite simple. Going how people hear and react to things, the first snake would be caught first and is practically on a suicide mission to act as a distraction;or merely a decoy. As the other two snakes sprout up and strike, they would pose a hopeful startling to Yamatano which would bring a hopeful direct hit to his ankle and calve region to receive their poison. If all goes well,at least one of the three should succeed as death was nothing to these Naga created animals. They did their duty for the glory of their master's approval! They would be honored to die for the Prince of the Rice if it was to help him succeed.Chakra: 17E Ranked Techniques: 16 D Ranked Techniques: 10 C Ranked Techniques: 6 B Ranked Techniques: 3 A Ranked Techniques: 1 S Ranked Techniques: 0 Equipment *Amaterasu sad Un-Sheathed) Heat Level:Normal *5 Feet feet of String. Yamatano had once sworn a personal vow that he would never use his snakes as mere tools, like the legendary Orochimaru, but as equal allies. Allowing the snake to fight the child of its former master was tearing him apart inside, but Yamatano knew it was necessary in the long run.
The clone next to Yamatano kept a watchful eye, making sure Zin didnt try a sneak attack. As he looked down to Yamatano's feet, he noticed something: the dirt underneath the water was beginning to cloud, despite Yamatano standing perfectly still. The clone didnt have time to wonder as a snake lept out of the water, followed closely by another. Both were brought back to earth by the clone's daggers, one through each head, but before the clone could react, a third snake popped out and went for Yamatano's leg, the clone already in no position to go after it. He was about to yell, when a blur of purple and black shot down from Yamatano's shoulder, biting the creature on the back of the neck, to make it impossible to turn around and bite him back. What was it? Kuro! The 18 inch long son of Manda clung to the other serphent as it hissed in pain and anger, desperately trying to turn around to bite Kuro back, but to no avail.
At the source of the main fight, the Kyodaija glared angrily in the direction of Zin, who had just lept off his head. They Kyodaija sprang forward, mouth open, fangs protruding, until he felt a very painful poke just above his eye. The Kyodaija had shifted position as it attempted to strike Zin, causing the Kunai to miss its mark, but embedd itself in between the scales above its eye. A kunai to the Kyodaija was like a pushpin to a human, but it still hurt like a b!tch. In it's pain, the Kyodaija whipped it's head to the side, attempting to free the kunai laden in its skin. Unbeknowest to it, however, the Kunai was tied to Zin's arm, forcing Zin to come along for the ride. Enveloped in the smoke, Zin would not see this happen until the ninja wire became taut, and by then it would be too late to escape without some sort ofchange in direction, probably for the worse. If Zin could free himself from the wire before the kunai freed itself, he could escape the full force of the injury, but would probably still be hurt. And if he couldnt..........Yamatano would probably get quite bored before Zin was able to walk back to their arena.
Down in the water, Yamatano held his still spinning shuriken above his head, the other three in the water spinning as well. Rather than fire now and possibly hit his Kyodaija, Yamatano would wait and see what Zin would do, ready at a moments notice to unleash his signature jutsu.
