Sailor Perseus's hells clicked on the pavement lightly as she walked through one of the nicer neighborhoods of Destiny City. She didn't particularly expect to find trouble, but it was nice to be in a neighborhood where you wouldn't get harassed by guy's who liked your short skirt a little too much. She run into that particular problem the night before, and while she'd restrained herself from kissing any of them, Perseus preferred to avoid the problem.

The neighborhood was fairly lovely at night. Classy street lamps lit the area with a clean white-blue glow, and the tree's were well kept and flowering. They let off a lovely scent, and the girl was glad it was spring. Thankfully, the area also seemed to be free of the nagging feeling of evil somewhere nearby.

The sailor sat on a bench underneath a particularly lovely tree, stretching out her legs a bit. It was hard, adjusting to her new workout and training schedule, but it was beginning to show. She was in better shape than she had been in a long while. The girl leaned back on the bench, keeping her eyes open for trouble. Sailor Perseus had this nagging feeling that she should be looking for something. She'd had it since the awakening, but only recently became really aware of it. The cat ********* had never mentioned some kind of hunt for anything, but then again, the cat had also left her with more questions than answers. Perseus sighed.

Perseus looked up towards the voice immediately, relieved to find that it wasn't another senshi or a negaverser. After the move she had pulled on Zinkenite, the senshi was suspicious of trees. The girl did blink however, seeing a cat at first. She looked beyond the cat for another body, before remembered that talking cats where now 'normal'.

"Oh, yea, I guess." She took in the appearance of the cat, down to the little star residing on her forehead. It was pretty cute, but Perseus had always liked animals. "Are you...a guardian cat?" She kept her voice low and hesitant, just in case. Apparently, the magical cats were serious business.

Though, this one didn't have a senshi escort like ********* had, so maybe that was just on account of her being injured. The girl really couldn't be sure. Perseus stared up at the siamese cat with a strange fascination. Last time, Perseus hadn't really focused on ********* mouth, and she had changed to be a human before Perseus could see her cat mouth. She was more interested in watching the cat talk than anything else.

It was strange, watching a cat talk like a human. The mouth moved the same as hers did, only it was fuzzy and had whiskers surrounding it. She blinked a few times before she realized she was staring, and moved her eyes elsewhere.

When the cat jumped down next to her, she was rather pleased. Perseus had a feeling that if the conversation had continued with the cat in the tree, her neck would have been very sore. The girl blinked her eyes a few times when the cat addressed her by name.

"Oh, you know my name?" Remembering her manners, she smiled. "I guess for now I'd like to know your name? I would prefer not to call you cat." Especially since ********* had mentioned that Guardian Cats usually liked to be called by name. She didn't know much about the cats that awakened senshi. ********* seemed affectionate as a cat, but Perseus guessed that was probably more of a personality quirk than anything. Perseus looked down at the Siamese next to her, smiling and awaiting an answer.

"Well thats certainly useful, Chloe." She smiled. It was not every day you had the opportunity for a private Q&A session it seemed. She turned her body towards the sitting cat, hoping to get some answers to fill in the holes of her knowledge.

"I must admit, that I'm rather new to this. I don't feel like I had a lot explained to me when I was...awakened?" She thought she got the word that ********* had used right. It seemed like an apt description anyways. "I was given my name and powers, sure, but little else. Like why are we fighting? And who exactly the negaverse is? I know they create the youma, and have... lieutenants, but beyond that, I have not much of a clue." She knew it was a lot of questions to ask, but if the cat was willing to answer, she would be more than happy.

Adira smiled when the cat pulled out her cellphone again, but didn't interrupt her speech considering she was learning more about it anyways. "********* did give me the cellphone rundown, or at least part of it. Showed me how to scan people and all that. I didn't know cats had cellphones too though." She really shouldn't have been surprised, considering that you know, they could talk and all. Regardless, like ordered she scanned the little cat in front of her and it popped up on her screen without much trouble. Chloe would be a good contact to have.

"Whose Astraea?" She'd never heard the name before, but apparently she wasn't the nicest person (maybe cat?) ever.

So Astraea was the first guardian cat then? She would have liked to ask her some questions, but from the sounds of it the cat wouldn't like answering them too much. Perseus listened quietly to the cats explanation of the Negaverse, and tried to remember it all. Military rankings, General King Charonite, and they don't know why starseeds are collected.

"Aren't the Negaversers inhabitants of this planet as well? Aren't they human too?" It was a small worded question, but at least she had a mission statement to go by in general. Protect seemed to be the word of the day. "Also, if they are so militaristic, why doesn't our side have a hierarchy as well? I assume Astraea tends to be the head of it all, being the first, but who organizes our side?"

"If they aren't human because of magic corruption, are we as senshi human?" It seemed logical that any magical interference would lessen the amount of human in you, especially considering that ********* had said that senshi had been born with the power.

"So senshi are just in self made teams so far? And people are just waiting for the princess and moon court to come back? That doesn't seem to make a lot of tactical sense." Her brow furrowed a bit. If everyone was simply waiting for a princess, what would she say when she was reborn and saw the disarray in her ranks? Seems like it would be more efficient to organize first. Regardless, the idea of teams was interesting, especially considering her own power. "It is discouraging to learn that there is not any structure, though I do have another unrelated question."

She paused, trying to figure out how to word it correctly. "Is there any particular reason that we are named after stars and constellations? As senshi, that is."

It still hadn't particularly answered her question of whether senshi were human, but it was enough to know that they were made, and not born. So that answered the question of whether people were born inherently good, anyways. "Governs over, huh." It was interesting to think that Adira as a senshi actually DID get her powers from a constellation. And all the other senshi too, it seemed.

"Any other senshi basics you had, oh Chloe-guru?" She gave the cat a smile. In reality, she wanted to give her a scratch behind the ears, but didn't know if the cat would take to it. ********* had been considerably affectionate, but that didn't mean that all of them were, of course. Cats were people too....wait....so, maybe that wasn't the right statement. The sentiments counted, at the least.
