The plains grass whispered as the wind blew by and a form stood in the mix. Soft pale green hair adorned the body of a deeper green then that of the hair. Stars, bauble things, littered the mares up do and the pinned up tail. The body was lean and muscular but not to the point were the mare seemed to be a male. She was small in stature, standing lower then many others but sometimes her snappy attitude and such made her seem bigger then she was. Lips of green nipped at the tanning grass as the ground was lined with a orange glow as the sun slowly lowered to the ground, kissing the grass with each minute. Lips closed over an unlucky branch and soon the head moved up like a wave rolling.
Strands blew over her face as a early winter wind brushed through the area. Fly's buzzed around her ears which caused them to do a dance, listening to them as the soft sound came close then disappeared. Quite annoying. Chewing the grass slowly, she let her dark eyes look over the land with a soft purse of the lips as her teeth chewed the hard grass. Winter was probably moving in earlier then a few months ago and she could feel the trees preparing for the fun that was to happen this winter. Ears twitched back as she felt one of the flys land on her coat. Snapping teeth she snorted causing the fly to move away but not to a point were she couldn't hear that soft buzz. Sucking her teeth, she begin to move away from the center of the tanning grass moving towards the long march towards the woods. A nice warm spot was in the middle and she had help finding it considering she never normally goes in the place without being nearly frozen to death. Soft hooves hit the ground in a slow walk as she listened to the earth around her.
