Ryuusei had once more left Balcombe Curiosities, striking out into Durem to once more get to work in searching for his 'missing thing' which he was certain was out there somewhere. He felt that he was getting closer though why exactly that was was beyond Ryuu, perhaps he passed by it during one of his outings? He wasn't certain but he meant to find it, today if possible! His star ended tail was swishing in a rapid manner behind him, to the point that it was little more then a blue blure. Since picking up this floating ability life had seemed to get so much easier!

He was racing forward, dodging through the area, giggling happily as he dodged over, under, and around the people. He was loving this power like none other, made the world so much better because he was able to explore it faster. Before he could only shuffle along and it left him so exhausted and he didn't ever get to far. It never helped that he always seemed to run into...

Ryuu was coming around a corner when he ran smack dab into a the muscled chest of a dog that could likely eat him in one bite without even trying. He had bounced from his chest and landed at his enormous feet and starred up at him, his dark eyes going wide, "AH!" He shuffled back quickly, trying to get farther back that he might be able to get a look at the giant animal's face, "Please don't eat me!" He pleaded, not wanting to be devoured by the dog, though... it did seem to have a collar... that was good, maybe. Depended on the owner and if that person would let their doggy eat him.

Ryuu flinched, as though he were certain that the giant dog was tasting him. His eyes squeezed close and he awaited his terrible Fate... then after a long moment it seemed as though nothing other then some licking was going to happen and he gave a sighing sound of relief, "Other dog chased me around, tried to eat me!" He told the girl, looking passed the dog to where she was standing.

His eyes went a bit wide and his tail set to wagging as he looked up at the pretty girl that was standing there, "Hello there." He said, shuffling from side to side before he pushed up of the ground to float up into the air so that he would be able to see a better look at her.

Ryuusei floated a little bit closer to the one that called herself Jezebel before he smiled, a few little teeth showing as he did so, "My name is Ryuusei." He said, tail wagging behind him in a happy manner. So long as the girl was here he wasn't as worried, he didn't like dogs much because he seemed to be constantly bullied by all the strays that ran across when he was on his own. He was a little on the small side so it would see as though he just asked for it.

"It is nice to meet you." He said, then glanced down at the dog for a long moment, "And you too, Jeff." He was a little nervous still regardless of the fact that he seemed nice. When he was around him for longer and more used to him he might be more likely to trust the giant of a dog.

He glanced down at the dog again before he hovered there in front of the pair of them, tail wagging, and then he tilted his head to one side, "What... am I?" He asked, tilting his head to one side before giving a bit of a happy smile. He wondered what she meant by that as he fluttered in closer to her, "I am Ryuusei!" He chirped, not knowing what else the girl might mean. He couldn't think of anything else off hand that he was.

"What about you?" He asked, figuring that she must be something special if she was ask him what he was.

He gave a smile, head tilting to the side as she told him what she was and where she came from, "Oh! Binoculars are your star, aren't they?" He asked, turned to open up his backpack carefully and took out the silver colored, lifeless star that he carried around with him. It was his own clue that might help him to find his 'missing thing' so after showing it to her he tucked it away so that it would remain safe.

He gave a nod of his head, "I just left there, I camp there from time to time." He told her, giving a smile before he tilted his head to the side. He was a little curious about what opera glasses were, he would need to ask someone later he decided. His tail started to swish, "My star is a clue, will lead me to my important 'lost thing'."

Until then he was happy enough as he was aside from the nagging feeling that something was missing. The more that the dragon hovered there in the air the more of the glittering, rainbow colored stars that started to gather around him like a prismatic cloud. He was a very sparkling and almost painfully cute little creature, his size only added to it, "Is your Doggy from there too? Is that why he is nicer then the other dogs I meet?"

"Oh, that is sad." He murmured, wondering why the dog was going to be sent away just because he'd been somewhere for some time. Seemed odd to him, "Good that your Mom got him for you." So this was yet another person that had parents then? He found himself more and more confused, why was it that only he and Mrrh didn't have parents? There were days he seriously wondered if the pair of them were broken somehow...

He gave a smile as he looked at the stars, nuzzling against one of the pretty colored stars, "Yes! Special stars." He said, tail swishing behind him, he couldn't explain why. It wasn't within his power to tell people what he was capable of. He could only grant wishes by being around when someone spoke one out loud. He didn't offer things to people, he gifted them to people, to make them happy was his greatest joy.

Ryuusei gazed down at Jeff for a long moment, his skin prickled and he turned to look at his glittering stars for a long moment... then it clicked, "AH!" He reached out to catch hold of a yellow one that seemed to call out to him before he fluttered down and handed it to Jeff by dropping it on his paw before he floated quickly back to watch and see if it would work. He couldn't translate dog but he could tell that the dog was wishing with all his heart for something, giving cute puppy dog eyes, and starring up at his girl as though she were the one that would grant the wish.

If the girl had such powers he would apologize for taking her job but for now he waited to see if this worked, if he could grant wishes for animals it had him wondering idly if that was why all the animals chased him all the time... though how they might know was a little beyond him. He was certain the crows picked on him just for the fun of being mean but maybe the other dogs were different?
