This is the current Lord/Lady and his or her mate.
Have complete jurisdiction over the Empire, with the Lord/Lady able to deny things made by the mate.
The Mate can control up to one Army. (1,000 NPCs)
The Lord can control as many NPCs as he likes.
Beta Wolves
Beta wolves are nobles with talent reconginized by the Lord.
There can be up to 5 Betas at one given time.
They can give out mission, and often do the more high level missions of the lord.
Can control up to 750 NPCs.
Delta Major
The rank of Delta Major can be obtained by a Delta Minor who has participated in one major battle in a position of command. Act as field commanders for most battles.
Can control up to 550 NPCs.
