Mr. XIII sports the appearance of a tall figure, with very thin limbs, and pure white skin. His face is very long, very unhuman like, and holds the shape of a skeleton. His teeth are very unusal, much longer than most, and rotten. His teeth, when he smiles, take up most of his ugly face. His eyes are frammed with cole-black rims, and whole black eyes. He has several wrinkles around his eyes, not eye brows, or eye lashes. The left side of his face is completely burned, making one eye covered. The other eye has a large scar running down from his forehead to his chin. His lips are chaped, and he has several black lines running from the lips. He has a long white neck, completely whiter than bone. He is very musular surprisingly, especially in the chest area. His clothing are tatters, he sports a long tattered black cape, a crimson shirt that flickers like flames, as well as his cape. He has cole black boots that end in a swirl at the ends. He carries a large double-headed scythe on his back.

Personality:
Thirteen is a person of crude humor, who enjoys eating apples and making puns that usually aren't very funny. He is usually cool-headed and sarcastic, but when angered his reistsu destroys everything around him and his shouts can often tear garganta voids throughout the world. He sometimes acts strange and hates people who don't laugh at his bad jokes and puns.

Summoning Appearance:
Thirteen grows two horns from his head that have black rings around them. His burned portion of his face returns to normal with a tattoo of a thirteen over his eye. His tuxedo's coattail extends into a long coat with burning ends. Three chains connect to his lower coat. His chest and hollow hole is exposed. His scythe vanishes, becoming a ten-foot black katana that howls like demons when swung through the air. XIII gains a cloak of black mist, that covers his whole body and appears like black flames. His body is not seen, and when his limbs are revealed they have crimson marking on them. His face also has the markings, mainly on his foreheads. A crown is placed on his head that appears to be made of bones. When he turns into this form he causes death around him. The ground he walks on crumbles. He carries a axe called Mangekyou, that forms from his cloak's flames. Mangekyou takes the form of a bone-axe that attaches to XIII's arm and is as strong as hierro. Two slender bones protrude from the back of his shoulder blades, both of which are hollow to release steam into the air that weakens kidou spells and cero.
Abilities:
Uncorrected Fatality
Thirteen performs a sixteen attack sword combo that moves at such a speed that he appears to not be moving at all, while his sword clashes with his foe. This ability does not incorperate the death aspect, but he can make the foe age threw contact.
Seven Realms
Thirteen summons seven clones of himself. Each of the clones possesses it's own strength, slightly different appearance, and it's own personality. These seven each hold a special ability based on which of the seven sins it represents. Wrath, pride, envy, gluttony, greed, lust, and sloth.
Burning Apples
Thousands of burning apples rain from the sky, causing whatever they touch to age and rot. Touching a foe's head causes the entire body to age and decay.
Death's Kiss
Thirteen grabs the enemy and, with light care, places a kiss on their forehead. Upon doing this the enemy with explode if contact is made. After the body is imploded, Thirteen gains the reaitsu of the enemy, and he becomes a bit stronger.
Hollow Forest
Summons a vast forest of crystalized trees that impale their foes. If blood touches them they are able to absorb it and allow Thirteen to absorb the reistsu.
Grande Lance
Doubles the size of Thirteen's Mangekyou axe and infuses it with Thirteen's blood to increase it's power.
Surgery
When Thirteen's bones have been broken, Mangekyou activates a increased speed process that quickly repairs or regrows bones and tissue.

True From Appearance:
Thirteen's coat becomes ragged with seven guillotines hanging from the end of his coat. A third horn like the others grows from the back of his head, giving him the appearance of a jester. The hilt of his katana transforms and extends into a black shaft, becoming a large scythe. This allows him to use one end as a piercing blade and the other as a beheading scythe. His high collar curves up like a crescent moon in the back. Over his left shoulder he wears a large skull pauldron that can fire cero from it's eye sockets. His thirteen tattoo also vanishes, releasing his true power. His black cloak becomes a flamming garment around him. The flames are almost a outline to him that cause rotting to what they touch.
Abilities:
Shinigami Hunter
Reistsu is charged into his scythe and used to behead his foe. The reistsu allows it cut through even the hardest hierro or kidou shield.
Chronic Angel
Thirteen gathers the dreams of thousands and forming them together into a crude image of an angel. Ironically it looks like an angel from someone's worse nightmare that possesses all the abilities, strengths, and thoughts of the foe it faces. Yet it also possesses that person's weaknesses.
Dreamscape
Thirteen gathers the dreams of the entire human world to form one million chronic angels that attach to foes and explode with 5000 kilotons worth of TNT.
Aftermath
By sonidoing at a foe at high speed and stopping suddenly he charges a massive force of reistsu into his index finger and touches his foe, unleashing an instant form of World Cero.
Red of Anger
XIII activates the first of the seven Clones. This causes his foes to be pain sensitive, causing a single cut or touch to cause unbearable pain.
Yellow of Embarrassment
XIII activates the second of the seven Clones. This causes his scythe strokes to absorb the reistsu around a foe.
Green of Envy
XIII activates the third of the seven Clones. This summons thousands of blades of grass to fall from the sky. If they touch a foe, they attach and grow to coil around their foe, trapping them. They are nearly impossible to take off without burning them.
Blue of Sorrow
XIII activates the fourth of the seven Clones. This allows XIII to cover himself in his cloak and vanish through space and appear again from any material, including solids and liquids; though not through air or gases.
Violet of Joy
XIII activates the fifth of the seven Clones. XIII spreads his cloak and fires one-million black petals at his foe. The petals can become as hard as diamond to slice enemies to shreds.
Black of Hatred
XIII activates the sixth of the seven Clones. XIII unleahes his black petals, creating a clone of himself for every petal, counting one-hundred in all. Then XIII and his clones impale their foe with their katanas.
Pink of Love
XIII activates the seventh of the seven Clones. XIII summons a colossal black cherry blossom tree that sheds it's petals. The petals seal the foe in a box. Then by command they fill the inside of the box, slashing the foe with diamond-hard shards before the sakura box implodes with the force of 500 kilotons of TNT.
Bio: At the beginning of time there were three. Shinigami, the God of Death;Izanagi, the God of Worlds; and Izanami, God of Life.
Together they created the three worlds, the mortal world where humans lived was created by Izanagi. The garden of Eden where animals lived was created by Izanami. The realm of immortals where souls lived was created by Shinigami. Together the three gods and the three worlds kept the balance. Izanagi and Izanami, satisfied with their creations lived in harmony with each other. Yet Shinigami was not satisfied by a single world. He plotted to rule all three worlds and become the one, true God. He tricked Izanami to come to his realm and speak with him. When she did, Shinigami cut off her head and threw her into the Underworld. He went to Izanagi and told him that a demon had dragged Izanami to the Underworld and he ran swiftly to save her. Shinigami had concieved a cleaver plan and sealed the gateway to the Underworld to keep both of them locked away forever.
Izanagi soon found Izanami, decapitated and rotten to a corpse. Izanagi quickly reliezed Shinigami's plan and raced back to stop him, but the entrance was sealed. Desperate to save his world he spoke to the lord of the Underworld and by sacrificing his soul to him was given access to the mortal world. There Shinigami ruled each of the worlds. The worlds had become filthy with darkness and demons roaming freely.
The mortal world was in decay and humans had gained evil in their hearts. The land of souls became a barren land filled with demons. The Garden of Eden had rotted, turning the land into a desert.
Upon seeing this Izanagi confronted Shinigami in a battle that shook the worlds, bringing them near destruction as the war raged on. In the end, Izanagi was able to put a forbidden seal on Shinigami by cutting a thirteen into his forehead, causing his full strength to be locked away.
With his powers drained, Shinigami was defeated and fell to the Earth. Though Izanagi had won, he was bound by his contract to return to the Underworld. So to prevent Shinigami from destroying the worlds again, he cast a powerful spell over the worlds that sealed the gods away from the worlds and preventing Shinigami from directly affecting the world. Shinigami returned years later to discover the seal that prevented him from entering the world and so found means to affect the world indirectly. By reaching out to a shinigami named Asura he was able to affect his heart and drive him into darkness. He had hoped that Asura would destroy Soul Society, but after his first failure he saw that it was hopeless. Thus did he assemble three powerful former shinigami who would aid his conquest. His ultimate goal, to send the worlds into a dream where he would be able to directly affect people and their minds.
