((Battle plan, after talking to Krys, will go as follows: 2, 3, 4, 3, 4
1 - Miss 2 - Bide 3 - Small hit 4 - Big hit
Keeping this for our own ref.))
Rhodizite was not sure whether or not to be surprised that people were still stupid enough to come out of the safe haves after dark. Not only that, but some of them actually had the gall to walk down dark, secluded alley ways (which he thought was beyond moronic - there was absolutely no explanation for such behavior, even if the Negaverse had not been around).
Still, people's obvious lack of common sense worked in his favor, he guessed. He also figured that wiping out the idiots would leave the gene pool in a much better state than it'd started out as; if there had to be causalities in this war, he might as well take out as well take out the least needed ones. That in mind, he silently tightened the metal chain around his victim's neck, to the point where the woman was gasping for air, making choking sounds that interrupted the otherwise silence of the alley way. He was holding one end of the chain down with his foot, while his free hand sunk into his victim to retreave her starseed.
As his hand retreated from her chest, holding the seed, the body went limp. The woman had stopped struggling and seemed to have fallen asleep; Rohan knew better. He knew she'd die, sooner or later without what he'd taken from her. Thus so, he paused only a moment to put the seed away before he frowned and set about to finishing the job quickly; he planned on killing the woman off, thinking it the more merciful option at hand. After all, it was either tightening his chain just a fraction further till her neck snapped in her sleep... or leaving her there in the dark to rot.
Silence had settled around him now that the woman was no longer struggling and gasping for breath, so he never once thought to take a look around. Instead, he took a deep breath, position his foot firmly to hold the chain against the ground, and got ready to pull.
It would all be over soon.

((Note: 4,3,4,3,1))
She had already henshined up at the beginning of the night's patrol. Nemesis had considered calling Flora to invite her to come with, but in the end decided against it. That would be putting herself a little too out there for her group - if they needed her, they could call her, and she would come after making some irritable remark on how much the team clearly needed her. Nemesis' opinion of them was growing for the better, though. She still respected Pegasus the most out of the bunch, but the rest of the girls no longer seemed as... useless. They all had an idea of what to do now, though Nemesis still didn't think they were really achieving anything. She could take a few youma out per week, but more would just replace them. It was the Negaverse agents that they should be after... but even Nemesis hesitated at the idea of removing them permanently from this game. Perhaps it was because they were human, normal people, essentially (never mind being evil and the cause of so much pain and suffering for Destiny City).
Nemesis' favorite route of transportation were not the roads or sidewalks, but rather the tops of small buildings. It was easier to move this way... and considering that she could actually do it, it was nice. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary this evening, and though once upon a time, when she was new she would turn in for the evening if she didn't spot anything within the first few hours. Now, the idea of turning in when there could be a youma roaming about was unsettling. While she seemed to hate almost everyone, she was actually incapable of not coming to the rescue. If ******** Alkaid was in danger, Nemesis would do everything she could to help her. Of course, she'd point out that Alkaid would owe her one... but at least she did the right thing in the end by helping her.
The dark-themed senshi approached the edge of a rooftop, her large butt-bow nearly skimming over the concrete. Something had made her stop, had made her dark blue eyes narrow. Nemesis didn't have time to think, didn't have time to process the situation as she saw a strangely clad man with a chain around an unconscious' woman's neck. It was enough to raise multiple red flags. If Nemesis had time to think, she would have thought of some sort of plan. As it was, she was suddenly jumping down from the edge of the building. She didn't land in front of Rhodizite, nor behind him, nor even to the side. No, she ******** pulled a DFA (death from above). Nemesis crash landed into Rhodizite, feeling the man cave underneath her... which of course meant she was also going to be meeting the ground.
A plan would have been really nice right about now.
Rolling off of the man, she quickly stumbled onto her feet, pulling her hands into small fists. "Give up, or I ******** swear to Nemesis that I'll break you apart, piece by piece."

As Rhodizite had gotten ready to tug, he'd caught sound of... something or other, which had inevitably caused him to straighten up in an attempt to figure out what had disturbed his 'work'. Of course, the fact he'd straightened up only served to strengthen the senshi's impact as she collided with him (or rather, pretty much fell out of the sky and onto him, with the added force that the speed of that fall had created).
He'd buckled over and crashed on the ground with a loud curse, his hold on the woman broken as he let go of one side of the chain he'd been using to keep her bound, "God, ******** damn it," he hissed through clenched teeth as he managed to sit up, finally facing his opening. He wasn't really used to cursing, but he now felt thoroughly pissed off, "Don't you senshi follow protocol anymore? What is wrong with you?"
He took a moment to eye the girl, watching her as she introduced herself as 'Nemesis'. Her introduction phrase was mildly off putting though it didn't really give him a hint of what to expect from her, "Charming," he murmured as he grabbed his chain, giving it a yank so it slithered off from around the woman's neck, the body falling limp on the ground, discarded and forgotten in favor of the senshi in front of him, "It felt more like a ton of bricks had fallen on me, not a girl," he mouthed out as he finally stood up.
Still, for the time being, he decided to wait. This one seemed to know what she was doing, and he didn't quite feel like rushing into a battle without at least an ounce of information, "You can try."

"If there's a protocol, I clearly haven't been informed of it," that or she did not care to listen to it. Now that she had made her spectacular appearance... she had no idea how to advance. This man was definitely not being warded off by the presence of a senshi - and that he knew what she was indicated that he had to be a Negaverser. She sucked in a sharp breath, watching the other teenager recover as she was recovering from her sudden and brash appearance. "Nothing is wrong with me, the question is what is wrong with you?" She tilted her head back, taking on a holier-than-thou attitude. "Oh," she gasped, "that's right." It was as if she had stumbled upon some great truth that she wasn't going to be kind enough to share.
Her gaze flashed down to the unconscious victim - she had arrived too late, it seemed. At least the woman still had her life right now, she had hope for survival... by some miracle. Nemesis could look her over later, once she dealt with this portion of the infestation. That was all she could think of it as. Negaversers and youma plagued the city, and just like a horrible infestation, the more you tried to fight it, the stronger in numbers they grew.
If Rhodizite thought she would be some cunning opponent, that wasn't the case. She had become more powerful by being upgraded to Super, but it hadn't changed her fighting style. Nemesis preferred fighting with her fists flying, she liked a hard, physical fight. It was the only style of fighting she could adapt when all her attack did was immobilize her opponent for a short time span. Nemesis had learned that her attack was officially her back-up plan. If things started to turn away from her favor, she could use it as a last resort and escape when her enemy couldn't pursue her. She had done it multiple times, because no matter how much she liked to think of herself as one of the tougher senshi around, she lost.
She lost as much as she won.
Nemesis suddenly moved into action before Rhodizite tested the waters by attacking first. She closed the distance between them rapidly, but instead of flat-out punching him, as she was usually given to do, she went with a subtler route. Maybe a small part of her was giving him the chance to back down and run still like the pansy-a** Negaverser he was. Maybe she wanted to be ruthless in a different manner. So, she charged him, bringing herself right into his range of his attack, mindless of the chain weapon Rhodizite was holding.
If she had been mindful, maybe she would have hit him harder. As it was, she splayed out her fingers, pulling her hand out of a fist so her nails could bite into the flesh of his cheek, drawing four short, sharp lines across the side of his face.
