I'm new to this guild and I wanted to share with you all the perfect bath!! It helps with my acne and redness, dry skin and it's good for your body all around!!
Take 6 bags of all natural green tea, 1/2 cup of honey and 1/3 cup of sea salt and mix it all together in a nice hot bath and let it sit there until the bath water turns into a nice golden brown color!
Then sit in it and relax for about 30 minutes to an hour so you can soak up all the good natural-ness of the tea bath!! Light some candles, listen to music or read a book!
The honey naturally moisturizes your skin and the sea salt helps pull out harmful chemicals while the green tea has anti-oxidants to fight aging!

Strangely enough, this also sounds like some really weird delicious soup thing. eek
Thanks for the tip. I'm sure a lot of my female friends will appreciate it.

Shower and scrub every orifice before the bath so you can also drink it. *awesome*

this sounds SOOO nice for when TOM visits me again When T.O.M. visits, its the only time I soak in a tub(darn cramps), the rest of the time its showers.
I'll have to try it w/o the honey(it was also said that it was good w/o it anyway)

I wish I read this earlier, just got out of the bath.

http://products.mercola.com/himalayan-salt/bath-salt.htm
himalayan salt is better than normal salt, and has enzymes and minerals your body's cells need, so a bath in this stuff is super healthy for your skin to absorb (so when you dry off, pat not rub to leave the salt on your skin). i don't have the money to buy it, but i will one day smile

This sounds lovely! Currently I'm broke so my tea and honey must be saved for consumption, but I'll be trying it soon!

I will surely try this out!
I normally just take an herbal baht containing sea salt, neutrogena body oil, and a lavender oil. That usually helps me to relax, any aching muscles to be relieved, and clears up my sinuses. It also helps with any imperfections in your skin =)

That sounds really relaxing ^^ I've used Sleepytime Tea in the bath before so the relaxing herb smells would make me sleepy, it rocks.
