Stacie was busy with work lately, so his big brother, Bovi, was taking him to meet the other side of his DNA today. Unlike most of the DNA donors, Ballare got a call when they were ready to be met and talked with, and today was a meeting with a very famous deer.
"I hope he likes me..." Ballare said, holding tightly to his brother's hand. Bovi laughed.
"I don't think you'll have any issues with that," he said with a smile.
They found the room that had been mentioned by the lobby worker where his father DNA donor would be located. Ballare gulped and took his free hand and opened the door, and the two went inside together.

The reindeer was a rather grand animal to look at. Apoxi and Jillian were standing beside him, one holding his harness lightly and the other feeding him special hay curiously. Upon Ballare's arrival, the girl waved and darted away, giving him the hay now. "Have fun!"
Apoxi smiled to the boy, "Hey Ballare. This is your Daddy." she said, pointing to the large buck with the glowing red nose. It wasn't exactly like the movies, a little ball on the end of bambi's nose, but it was still a strong glow to it just the same.

"Woooow..." Ballare stated with great awe. He scuttled closer to the grand looking deer, amazed that he had such a famous father.
"Um...Hi Mister Rudolf sir. I...I'm Ballare. It's nice to finally meet you..." he stammered nervously.

The deer nodded his great head and seemed to smile a little down at his "son".
"He can't really speak physically, but I can understand him so ask whatever you like and I'll try to help."

"Golly...I don't even know what to ask first..." Ballare said, eyes shifting back and forth.
"Um...is it hard for you to fly? I'm really having trouble getting the hang of it..." he admitted sadly, feeling silly.

The big deer pondered this for a moment. He was a good creature - particularly since he lived with one of the jolliest and good hearted men in the north pole - so he didn't really want to upset the little one, but he also didn't want to lie to him.
After a while, he gave Apoxi an answer. "Rudolf says he didn't have as much trouble, but that's because he hasn't got human upper portions to deal with. You'll get it eventually though, he's sure."

Ballare sighed a bit. "I had a feeling that was part of the problem. It's hard to swim to like this..." he said, seeming down before perking right back up again.
"But once I learn to fly, I won't have to swim!" he said, fixing his own problem.
"So, what do you do when your not working?" he asked.

Rudolf smiled at this, nudging Apoxi's hand with his answer very fast. "He likes to relax and spend time with his reindeer family and see places in other parts of the world. They fly to the alps sometimes for skiing."
