A three story mall with alot of attractions. Many young people come here to socialize and to express themselves in postive manners.
Some couples come here for the movie theater within the mall for their dates.

He found a parking space under a nice tree. He got out of his car and walked towards an maintenance entrance. Before he entered he set up his mental wall around him that span about one foot." Now was see what I can do" A man walked around the corner. "Who are you. You should not be.." The man suddenly stop. He turned around and walked to the circuit breaker. The man then heard inside his head Turn off the power to the cameras. Then the alarms. Raven made sure he was never on camera. Now should I burn a few stores or cause a riot.

At some point, Candle mandaged to come across the mall and then she saw strong psychic waves and they intensified as they neared the mall. She willed to follow the wavelengths, a childish curiousity leading her forward. Candle followed the wavelenghts to a maintance space, the door was slightly ajar. She opened the door further and she walked inside of the mainstance and entered the darkness.
The lights were dim already. She moved foward into the room, she looked around. A expression of confusion came across her face as she traveled further following that save wave length. Then she stopped hiding behind some pipes watching as a male, much older then herself it was appearent he was mind controling the maintance man. Candle stepped out from behind the pipes, pink hair flowing and odd eyes shimmering upon him. "What are you doing? You shouldn't use your powers on people like that, and what are you talking about riot? I known from your outfit you don't work here. I would suggest that you turn around and leave. As for harming people. No one will get killed or severally harmed as long as nothing interferes. " Raven narrowed his eyes. She seemed different. She seen him who obviously not supposed to be here. So she must have powers of her own. The only questions were left is what will she do and what can she do." And by the way your acting I can tell your like me. You have these umm gifts. So unless your volunteering to help you should leave."

Candle looked at him with a more serious expression on her face, she took one step back from him trying to evulate the situation. "I thought it was understood that I knew because of reasons such as yours... I see psychic wavelenghts, its hard for me not to know and I do not approve of people misusing powers for such pointless reasons... Cause I just deiced to burn this place once it closes down and everyone leaves. But if your going to try to stop me I not going to let you laying down." Raven held out his hand." I warn you. Candle perked up at the mention of burn, ever since she came into this world she had became addicted to fire somewhat and was fasinated with her power to control deadly fire and wanted to learn to master it. Her skin turned dull again and he had finished. "Do you say burn the place... without people inside? I could mandage that if you start the fire. You have a really good reason for doing it right? I can bend fire to my will," She replied as she looked at him with those odd eyes looking at his psychic wavelenghts, trying to determine if he was going to go forth with his attack.
She reached down into her bag and pulled out a creepy looking doll that looked like a jester or joker, a demonic one at that, it had an unusaul expression on its face. It was a puppet a nice size, strings hanged down from its body parts as she held the doll close. It's scary face staring Raven down and for a moment, it almost would seem it blinked at him. ╚════════════|✖|• A N G E L I C A ' S • ♥ • S H A D O W •|✖|════════════╝

I order everyone to leave and then I have the sprinkler system turned off. I have one of the works set a small fire. Once they leave you can take care of the rest ok."Raven got everyone out of the place and had one person firebomb a store before making them run away.Raven turned to Candle. I think we should get outside now"

Candle watched him carefully rid the mall empty and everything just faded away into silence. Then the fire started; she heard his words but ignored it. She drew closer, placing her hand out and as she stepped her skin turned diamond again. She waved her hand closing her eyes and focusing on the flame, loosing herself in the flame. The spirit that the flame seemed to hold, desprate to spread. She mental coaxed it out to spread more in a gentle manner, her thoughts talking to the flame. The flame almost like some living enity monster started to crawl and hope along the floor. Filling the area until the flames ran all across the walls and moved across in front of her. She then opened her eyes as the smoke started to begin to bother her a little. She started to calmly walk away from the flame and the creepy puppet doll then came to life and ACTUALLY started talking like a little person as she walked away. "Ew!!! I just love distruction!! Lets do some more Candle!!! Come on lets play," the puppet announced waving his arms in her hands, he said it in a male high pitch creepy tone. Now it was time to see how long the DPEI would responded to this event. Raven was now outside the building near his car. He had decide to give this girl a lift as a ride home. A way to thank her for her help. But it would have to wait. he give the DPEI a time limit of 30 minutes to respond. if they did not show up by then it would be clear they were still having inter affair issues.

Candle walked out of the building and stood there, beside Raven. The doll laughed like some one who had compeletely lost their marbles. Candle just kinda stood there like she was zoned out, like she wasn't all there. She watched the flames move and burn. "Ha! Ha! Let it burn! Candle turned and looked at Raven with a calm expression as he introduced himself. Candle then grew very curious and she rubbed the face of the doll looking down. "My name is Candle... That is the name that she has given me. I live with Phoebe Bluejay... She is one of the main doctors for that local clinic," She replied softly.
Candle looked over the face of the doll, the doll then she turned her head to look up at Raven. Candle's eyes were shimmering in the fire light; she turned back to the fire and it started to dance with the the movement of an outstretched hand of hers. She then suddenly closed her eyes as there was another flashback of Angelica's, the loss of someone to a fire, or atleast Angelica had thought she had loss someone to the fire. Don't tell me that she lives with Taylor's nutty sister. Raven quickly held his head in his hand to hide his angry face. Phoebe who caused much pain to Taylor by blaming her for their grandpa's death. Now it seems she had been replaced by this woman here. Raven quickly gathered his composer together." So Candle where do you come from? Where were you born?" Raven was suspicious. Phoebe would not let anyone but people she trusted a.k.a family into her house That or people who would be pawns to her Raven never heard of Taylor mentioning she had a sister or relative named Candle. It was like Candle was created out of thin air.
