Hello everyone so lately I’ve been noticing all these advertisements online and on TV about taken this pill and lose that over night, get this machines and blah blah 30 mins a day. Well guess what I know a real easy way to lose the weight without false advertisements. Yes I’m a real person and yes I am a FAT person. Yes that’s right I am fat, over weight and obese. I Used to be extremely over weight then I just told me self no more. I was tired of being tired. Tired of hurting and tired of not getting to go on riders at the fair. Every notice if your fat your tired a lot? So any way this is a list of ideas that have helped me lose some pounds, it might not work for everyone and I’m not a doctor. This isn’t going to work over night and this isn’t going to be a magical thing lose 10 pounds in a week and your not going on some diet that you don’t like, matter of fact you can pick the steps you wanna pick, but first you have to be willing to do something about your problem its going to be some hard work evolved and some easy work. Most important thing to remember love your self and do it for you not for anyone else!
1. Use stairs when every time you can instead of elevators or escaladers. sweatdrop
2. Dance around to music, this is fun to do when no ones around. rofl
3 Clean the house anytime you want it burns a lot of calories. Do your spring cleaning early.
4. Do not drive to the store if it’s only a block or so away get up and walk. sweatdrop
5. Something easy to fix in the house that doesn’t require a repair person fix it your self.
6. Try to avoid eating a lot of bread, rice and noodles.
7. When you go to a fast-food restaurant instead of getting that doubles cheese burgers meal get 1 burger, 1 small fries, sprite Gatorade or water and a Salad is they have the option. cheese_whine
8. If you have children plays with them get down on the floor and play and if you don’t have kids maybe you have a pet.
9. Never go shopping hungry.
10. Never put off what you can do today and wait for tomorrow, just take care of it right then. biggrin
Here’s one other idea write down on a calendar exactly what you want to eat. Only do this a week at a time and only buy those products. Plan for breakfast that evolves fruit, plan for lunch that involves fruit or vegetables, and remember at dinner it’s always good to have a rainbow on your plates this doesn’t mean junk food!

Something too that I've found out. It makes no difference whether you walk or run that 1 km or mile. You still burn the same amount of calories. One just gets you there faster smile
