Former Akatsuki Member: Blue Rinnegan
Manner of Death: Killed by Zane Hajime
Circumstances Leading to Death: Caught in Kirigakure while training a student, Blue was trapped within a forest cave by the Mizukage's dragon summons and was finished off and killed by Zane.

Former Akatsuki Member: Kai Hana
Manner of Death: Killed by Konaga Sai
Circumstances Leading to Death: After leaving the base without a purpose or partner, Kai was caught in Rice country by a member of the Konoha ANBU. On being brought back to Konoha, her arms were cut off at which point she was moved to the high security Otogakure prison. After hearing the Kai had been imprisoned, Sai moved to find her and finish her off as a punishment for her incompetence and to assure she would give no information to the enemy. Finding her in the Otogakure, walking around freely, (presumably due to certain deals she had made with the village to be released) Sai killed her and sealed her body in a scroll for removal.
