Even though it has TONS of potential to it, it seems a littel cluttered and unbalanced. The weapon in his hands pokes out to far and stands out. The wierd, tail looking thing really does it no good at all...

The top part is great though. The eyes, shirt, hat, cat tail, band etc.. Are all really cute and good looking.

6/10.
