Rosalind had a somewhat determined sort of look on her face as she walked along in a manner that was ever so careful. Swamps were not her thing... the only mud the woman was used to dealing with was the sort that was part of a spa visit, and the bugs... she gave a sighing sound as she swatted one away sending it flying to bounce against a nearby tree, "I think we are almost there." She said, checking the directions again. Every time she did her eyes went back to the photo that was sent to her of Gabriel's family and the more she looked at the more she wanted to go and see Gabriel. She understood now what had happened, why he hadn't sounded like himself.

Hector glanced back at his Mother and gave her a sharp toothed grin, "Come on, come on Momma!" He said in a sing song voice, bouncing along so that he hit every puddle he came across, sending water up in huge waves. He chuckled as he looked around the area, "Man this place is so cool! Mom! Mom! Look!" He pointed at a rather large bird that was pretty sure was called a Heron. He waved his arms before charging toward it, attempting tackle the giant bird which danced out of the way, gave him a peck, then flew off across the water to the other side to resume its search for food.

There was a hissing chuckle from Alejo, "Very sssmooth, Hector." The eel tail taunted the other part of himself before it looked around, glancing at the water for a moment before it snapped forward, grabbing up a fish and swallowed it down with ease.

"Ack! Stop eating the wildlife Alejo! Mom brought lunch!" He scolded his tail. He felt a little guilty when he saw the fish get eaten since he himself had pieces on his body. He stretched his arms out and turned suddenly as he ears a familiar voice. His ears gave a twitch, turning toward those voices and he turned to race forward toward them, "I hear them Mom!" He yelled over his shoulder to the unicorn woman who was following along behind best she could with the bag that contained lunch and a bunch of water bottles.

"H-Hector! Alejo! Wait for me!" She called after them before hurrying forward best that she could after her son.

This signed posed a bit of a dilemma as she reached out to catch hold of Hector by his scruff and pulled him back to her. It said that masks were needed from thsi point on which had her to look at Alejo in an uncertain manner, "Hrm... what to do with you." He was strangely shaped so he wouldn't fit into a normal mask... but he would need a mask to protect him from breathing in anything dangerous.

She dug around through the various masks to find one that was the right size for Hector and one for herself... and she found herself wondering if perhaps this was a bad idea. If the area was so dangerous that masks and warnings were needed she didn't know if she was comfortable with leaving her son here. She would wait until she saw the boys and talk with them, once she knew exactly what was going on she would make the call on whether or not she would be taking him.

The woman got out another mask to stick it on Alejo before she took off her scarf that was hanging decoratively around her throat and set to stuffing the area around Alejo with it to keep the bad air from leaking in, "That should for now. You both will keep those masks on or we are going straight home, understand?" She used a very serious tone of voice with them to make sure they understood her very clearly.

The pair sighed almost dramatically before nodding at the same time. Once they were ready she put on her own mask and the were once more walking along. Rosalind was a very beautiful woman and this proved it, despite the fact that she was wearing such a contraption on her face someone she was still able to look good. Hector trotted along ahead of his mother, looking around eagerly for his friends and when he spotted them he set to waving his arms in the air eager, "Hey! HEY!"

If Rosalind noticed that the girl didn't seem to be her biggest fan she didn't show it as she got closer to the group that was now gathered. She smiled, reaching out her hand to take that of Jamie and shook it, "It is nice to meet you as well, I am Rosalind Arianrhod." She introduced herself to the girl, giving her a smile that was hidden behind the mask she wore though it could be seen in her eyes.

She then turned to look over at the boys, "It has been awhile, Autumnus, Ephesians, how have you darling boys been?" She asked, unable to help it as she cooed at them. The women unconsciously did so when she was around them, she just preferred men to women, likely due to the job that she had. It was very rare that a woman came into Rosa's place of business that wasn't complaining about a husband or boyfriend that had come to Dream.

Hector look up at the guys who he was getting closer to in height to his friends which made him rather happy, "We came to hang out!" He chirped, looking around the swamp for a moment and looked a little put out, "Didn't know it was in this condition... though we might have been able to swim or something."

"You don't need to swim in a swamp, Hector. We live very near to a beach, remember?" Rosa reminded her son who only shrugged. The beach was well and fine in his mind but the swamp swimming sounded new and fun to him!

Rosalind clapped her hands together, "That is a wonderful idea, Ephesians, best that Hector is brought to a place that is safer since he is still quite young." She said, one hand moving to rest on her son's hair, ruffling it gently. While she loved Hector dearly she didn't know if the boy really understood how bad off the swamp was and he might step into it were he to forget what they were doing here.

At the cool act that Autumnus was putting on Rosa gave a soft giggle behind her mask, find it quite cute before she turned to look over at the girl as she gave her name. Jammie was it? A cute name she thought to herself before she looked between the three, "Let us go and find a nicer place then to speak and enjoy our meal then, shall we?"

Hector looked between the group, oblivious to anything going on other then a nice conversation between a group of friends, "Not much, the usual." He said, glancing over at Alejo who was moving over closer to Jammie to look her over but given the way that the eel tail was wrapped up and kept in a mask as well kept it from being able to really move as it would like. In fact the way that the tail was glowing showed that Alejo was rather irritated, "Ahh, everyone should be careful. Alejo doesn't like the mask and hes starting to gather a charge." He warned them, so that they would know what the eel was doing and why he was glowing in such a manner.

There was a grumbling sound from Alejo followed by a sort of crackling sound in the air around the eel which was a secondary warning that was in fact charged up.

Rosalind was happy when they were moved away from the messy area of the swamp where the spill had occurred, getting Hector away from it. She looked to the twins, then to Jamie, then back to her boy again. She couldn't help but to be kind of amused by the fact that the girl seemed to be a touch prickly over Rosa talking in such a friendly manner with the twins, given she rather liked them though she saw no reason not to be friendly.

At the mention that they were allowed to take off their masks the pale skinned woman did so happily, breathing in the fresh air without it then lifted a hand to neaten her hair, "So much better. It felt like more of an adventure with the mask but I can't say that it was a wonderful fashion statement." She said in a joking manner.

Hector followed suit, taking off his own mask before he turned to do so for Alejo, seeming to be the only one that could touch him without getting shocked since they were one and the same, sharing a body, "There you go! How's that?"

Alejo tossed his head from side to side, "Better." The eel tail said with a grumble before turning to look over toward Ephesians, Autumnus, and Jamie, finally able to see them better since the heavy mask was no longer in the way. He seemed to crackle for a moment before he released a bright flash of electricity into the air so that he wouldn't risk releasing it at anyone later.

Hector moved over to stand with the twins while Jamie went with Rosa to get their picnic food and the sheet that went with is so that they could set up the lunch of everyone, "Do? Hmmm. I want to see some of the swamp animals! What do they have living here? Anything big? Oh! Are there lions?" As though a lion might be in a swamp but Hector was young and didn't quite know that yet.
