[Environment:] A large room with normal gravity. 3000ft x 3000ft x 3000ft
[Tundra Nighttime] Adv - Ice/ Water/ Wind / Darkness Dis - Fire/ Earth/ Light Hibiki Kirisho entered the artificially created training room, located inside the 12th Division's building complex. "Hmph." he let out as he looked at the environment of the room, the computer had randomly generated their sparring environment, a cold tundra during nighttime, he regretted the fact that his customized uniform provided no insulation whatsoever from the cold winds inside the room. "Honestly, I'm gone for a month or so and he manages to pull off this doo-hickey." he spoke, scratching his head figuring out just how Hei managed to create such a mechanism for the room. "And yet his always the last to submit Squad reports. I swear, he must hold some sort of grudge against me or something dammit." his voice grew louder, and carried a bit of anger with it-- most likely due to the fact that the room's low temperature.

Then again, I don't like anyone. Όλοι σας κάνει να άρρωστο. Usted señor son un bastardo, et ce n'est pas très beau." Came a voice from the door, and in four different languages to boot. The 12th Division Captain slid into the room, hardly paying the other Captain any attention, aside from answering his idly spoken statement. Shutting the door behind him, Hei looked down at the ice and rolled his eyes. "Perfect." Hei hated extreme temperatures and this winter air was doing absolutely nothing to make his foul mood any better. A mood that had been generated by his sister nagging him to spar with the oh-so-very comical captain in order to "make him a better fighter" as she had so put it. Hei was reluctant to do so, but when he was promised with all sorts of dirty things, he simply was unable to pass it up. Still hardly willing though, he took chiding from his sister to even enter the door, which he finally did with great reluctance. Upon seeing Hibiki's face, Hei's lip pulled back in disgust and he looked away from the boy. Distaste was plainly etched into his face and the way he carried himself. Hei faded from sight and reappeared some feet away from Hibiki, nastily staring him down. "Come. Let us get this over with." Hei demurely extended his right hand and flicked his finger towards himself, indicating advancement of the Captain.

'What? W-was that German? No I swear it's French... then again could be both.' Hibiki thought as Hei commented on his previous statement. His showed utter confusion and irritation at what Hei had just spoke, confused as to what languages he used and as to the purpose of using them, and irritated at the probably answer. His look of irritation worsened after seeing Hei's reaction to him "You're not much of a looker yourself dammit." he mumbled to himself, not really caring if Hei heard or not as it probably wouldn't affect his already foul mood. He was interrupted when Hei provoked him to start the battle, as if Hibiki hadn't already been provoked enough "Geez, you could at least fake enthusiasm you know." having said that Hibiki became more serious, he was aware of Hei's capabilities and God knows what add-ons he has created to his powers, he'd have to size him up first. Drawing his sealed zanpakuto Hibiki made a dash towards Hei 'First the speed of his Kuromojin.' in mid-dash Hibiki pointed his finger towards Hei and began the assault "Hado #4; Byaku--!" however he disappeared and reappeared to Hei's left side, his palm open having stopped casting Byakurai "Hado #31; Shakkaho!" a bright red blast sphere then sped towards Hei at near point blank range. '1 second...' in his mind, Hibiki then began counting the speed for the Kuromojin to react, or whatever else Hei had in store.

It was far from the truth: he was a very good looking man and he knew it, as did everyone else. It was perhaps the air of malice that he exuded constantly that drove people away before they could realize this. It wasn't so much of an opinion as it were a fact. Hei's eyes followed Hibiki with relative ease. His sense sprang to life, ears catching the sounds of his robes against the frosted winds, nose catching whiffs of his odors, and eyes catching glimpses of Hibiki himself as he moved about. The beginning of Hibiki's Byakurai was duly noted and Hei was already well prepared to deal with both the firing of it and it being used as a feint. His contingency plan was put into action once Hibiki vanished into the air with an audible Shunpo. Hei's eyes watched his feet: he was a master of Kendo and thus knew well how he was going to move just by looking there. Unfortunately, his hakama stopped this process, but fortunately, his footprints did not. Taking note of the distinction in the direction of the foot, Hei knew where to look. "To the left." Hei's gaze slid to the left as Hibiki reappeared. He flashed a small smirk, one that held all the arrogance in the world. "Amateur." He remarked, batting his paltry Kidō to the side with the back of his hand: interesting enough was that his arm became a blur as he did so. Lowering his hand, one could see that he sustained a mild burn to his skin, but it was nothing he was concerned with for the moment. Sliding his left foot towards Hibiki, he hooked it around his own foot, tugged it toward himself, then demurely and with little effort involved, brought his left hand down on top of Hibiki's head. His only intention was to make Hibiki trip and fall, and he was clearly mocking him. "Are you quite finished?" Speaking in a seriously bored manner, Hei stared down at Hibiki with a cold indifference.

Hibiki did indeed trip and fall down as Hei had intended, however "Jerk." he shouted as he threw a snow ball at Hei's face. Meanwhile he stood up and brushed the snow off of his uniform "Guess I should've expected that, huh?" he spoke, taking off his Captain's haori, not wanting it to get damaged in the fight. Having done so he slowly went back to his usual stance, his left foot placed trailing behind him as his right foot supported his weight, bending it to lower his center of gravity and storing up potential energy in his legs to propel him forward. "Anyway, sorry, but you're going to have to put up with my antics for a little while longer." he then made another dash towards Hei, this time faster than before. He Shunpo'd behind Hei as he got closer and attacked his legs with a quick low sweep kick, intending to force him to move from his spot, one way or another.

Hei answered, with a more-than-apparent sarcastic tone and a look of disgust plastered on his face. His gaze slid further to the left and his head went with it ever so slightly such that he could now partly see behind him. It was not perfect, but it was certainly enough to get the job done. Hibiki went into a sweep kick, which was easily noted by the lowering of his body to achieve this. Hei, however, did not jump out of the way. In fact, what he did was quite unorthodox indeed and the only reason it would be successful is because he was the stronger of the two and also the one with a better knowledge of the body. Lifting his right foot, he brought it down with significant force, just as Hibiki's foot was coming in for the kick. He dropped his foot right onto Hibiki's ankle with the intent to both fracture the medial malleolus and the lateral malleolus, which would inevitably serve to give him a bimalleolar fracture, and pin his foot to the ground to prevent further movement. Shifting his weight onto his right foot without moving it, which would obviously put more weight onto Hibiki's ankle, Hei pivoted his body, spun and aimed to bury his left foot in Hibiki's chest with a hard kick. He had the strength necessary to send him flying with his strike, but since he was still to be standing on Hibiki's ankle, the force would tug his leg out of socket. The pain would be quite significant in both regards. "I told you, that you were acting like an amateur. Such tricks will not work on me. Please, feel free to either get better or just die."
[The leg he stomped with was just because I assume he came from the right with his kick...]

"And I told you, you're going to put up with my antics, whether you like it or not." spoke Hibiki as he disappeared from in front of Hei, using Shunpo to get behind him in a flash. Still at a relatively close distance to Hei, but not close enough that the 12th Squad Captain could reach out and grapple him, which he knew he was capable of doing so. Immediately he began another assault, casting two Kido spells in unison "Bakudo #9: Geki. Hado #4: Byakurai!" he spoke as his hands moved simultaneously, one activating the Bakudo that would paralyze Hei for even a split-second and the other casting the kido attack that would reached the 12th Squad Captain within the Bakudo's time period. The speed at which the low level kido spells were performed, coupled with the speed of the Byakurai's lightning would allow them to hit Hei squarely on the back. Though Hibiki was aware the damage would be minimal, it would be worth it to land an attack on Hei. Already after casting the spells, however, he was already planning to move, should the spells fail to do damage, but he was still confident that they wouldn't.

"Yata no Kagami..." The result was a wall of solid light that seemed to drop from the heavens in half a second, putting itself between Hei and the Kidō, functioning in the same manner a Danku would, just with less power behind it. The wall of light shone brightly, then Hei bent the light, giving it a reflective property to turn the Geki, which was no more than light, back onto Hibiki. It was a simple matter of reflection, and knowing hw the Geki worked: the one bathed in the light was the one to be paralyzed. As Hibiki's Byakurai struck the wall, it would shatter into dozens of jagged pieces, almost like a mirror. Those pieces would then turn back into light and fade into nothing. Dropping his foot, Hei turned his body to face Hibiki, then quickly moved himself to Hibiki's left. "Hakase Ryū: Fuyuhana." Bending down on his right leg, Hei took his left foot and slid it behind Hibiki's left leg, then pulled his leg towards his own body, aiming to catch Hibiki's leg and trip him. Simultaneously, he brought his extended arm and brought it down upon his neck. The two actions coupled together had the sole purpose of throwing his balance off and knocking him to the ground in both a fluid and powerful way.

Hibiki was surprised, to say the least, at Hei's use of his Shikai ability so early in the duel, he found himself temporarily paralyzed by his own Bakudo and his Byakurai proved to be worthless as well. 'Sh--' he had not even finished cursing when Hei appeared to his left, apparently wasting no time in exploiting Hibiki's current status. Before he could even comment on what Hei said, he found himself being dragged down towards the ground by Hei's maneuver, realizing that he would be at more of a disadvantage should this happen Hibiki had no other choice but to release his zanpakuto. "Cut, Oni no Kaze!" he managed to do so, before Hei could bring him to the ground, the movement of his body by Hei placed his zanpakuto behind the 12th Squad Captain as it released, bombarding Hei with the violent cutting winds that came with its release. At this point, Hei could either block Oni no Kaze's winds, dodge them or endure the damage brought about by them. Either way, it would distract him long enough for the Geki to wear out, allowing Hibiki to attack Hei or escape from the area.

Hei muttered as he expelled an excessive amount of Reiryoku from his body to push the winds away from his body. He got a few nicks here and there but nothing too alarming. Now that Hibiki was nearly parallel to the ground, Hei twisted his body, sliding his right foot underneath his own body and towards Hibiki's falling body. Shifting his weight onto his left foot, Hei contorted his body, lifted his right foot, and brought it straight up in a fluid motion that would result in a kick to Hibiki's lower back and cause Hei to assume a position where his right leg was straight into the air and most of his weight was focused near his upper body and left leg. Hei vanished from this spot only to reappear above Hibiki, opening his palm to release a volley of high-speed light bullets: this particular attack had a burning property to it when it came in contact with objects. He timed his movements so that the Geki would wear off after Hibiki got struck.

Hibiki's eyes widened in shock as Hei was undeterred by the rush of wind from Oni no Kaze. His body was paralyzed by his own Bakudo, and he could do nothing as Hei kicked him into the air, and Shunpo'd above him, firing a volley of bullets towards him. The situation seemed hopeless, until from Hei's side-- from the direction he traveled using Shunpo-- came Hibiki's zanpakuto, nearing his neck at an alarming rate. Hibiki utilized Oni no Kaze's Tsume ability-- the ability that allowed it to follow an opponent wherever it went, by riding the air currents left by its movements. In a last bid, Hibiki released Oni no Kaze as Hei disappeared using Shunpo. The large shuriken followed Hei's air trails which leaded it straight towards the 12th Squad Captain. Know, the two combatants were faced with equal threats, the paralyzed Hibiki with the threat of being singed to death, and Hei with the threat of being decapitated.

He knew enough about Hibiki to determine what was going on. "Following me..." Hei leaned over and used a short Shunpo to close the gap between himself and Hibiki in a matter of seconds. When he was visible to the naked eye, namely Hibiki's he was mere inches from him, parallel with his body and looking at him with sheer indifference. Then he was gone quicker than he had appeared: his body flickered as he used Raisoku Shundo to move away. He appeared several feet away in a fraction of a second keeping his back turned to Hibiki. The idea behind his movements was that the shuriken would follow the shunpo air trails up to Hibiki. Normally the shuriken would turn since Hei had moved away, but with Raisoku Shundo, his body was light, thus no air trails due to movement were created because light wasn't physically apparent and was incapable of moving the air. Since Hei had led it straight to Hibiki, he was at the mercy of his own weapon, not that Hei doubted Hibiki could stop it, it was simply the smartest alternative to make his own weapon go after him. The smartest and also the most malicious. Turning, Hei looked on at Hibiki to see the results of this little maneuver of his.

Hibiki's eyes widened as Hei suddenly appeared in front of him, a mere few inches separated the two combatants. His arrogant face was enough to make Hibiki spit on him, if it weren't for the Geki that still paralyzed him, he cursed his own Kido abilities that were being used against him. Hei, then disappeared from in front of him, behind him was Hibiki's fast moving projectile weapon, Oni no Kaze. Hei's goal was now plainly clear to Hibiki, he wanted to strike him with his own weapon, similar to how he paralyzed him with his own Kido. Hibiki grinned at the thought "Hane." he muttered causing the projectile to appear in his hand at speeds similar to a Shunpo, in its wake it easily tore apart the light bullets Hei had sent towards him. Now with his Shikai in hand, and the effects of the Bakudo fading, Hibiki Shunpo'd back to the ground to regain his balance "Heh, it's one thing to use my Kido against me." he spoke, being quite proud of himself "But don't think it'll be that easy to use my zanpakuto against me." he brought the Shikai to his side and faced Hei, ready to attack or defend. "That move you just used, it wasn't Shunpo was it? Heh, looks like I learned something new about you, not that it'll matter, right?"

He wasn't like Hibiki in the information department in that he had many times over seen what Hibiki was capable of and also had a thorough understanding of his style. It was simply that Hei paid attention to everything, both major and minor details. The cuts he had sustained earlier had already stopped bleeding, and aside from those few wounds, Hei had sustained no other injuries thus far. Hei slid his foot forward and vanished, closing the gap between himslef and Hibiki in a fraction of a second. "No, I don't think it will. Hyakuretsu Ōkazan..." His voice carried across the air currents as he spoke while he was invisible to the naked eye. By combining his speed with his overall mastery of Kendo, Hei executed a series of one hundred strikes with his blade, each in rapid succession. He moved about as he did so, striking from all sides and aiming for vital points to drop the Captain on the spot. His final strike was one just across the chest, going up and to the right, just before he completed his maneuver and appeared several feet away with his back turned. "Dōshitan Hibiki? Temee wa Bankai desu?* He asked, in hopes that Hibiki would use Bankai already.

Hei's one hundred strikes all went through Hibiki, slicing him up-- or rather slicing up the haori he had left behind when he executed Utsusemi. He knew that Hei possessed a speed faster than Shunpo, and so he took no chances and immediately executed the maneuver when Hei appeared virtually beside him. As Hei provoked him to use his Bankai, Hibiki appeared a few feet in front of him, his two palms outstretched, already charging up a Kido spell "It's up your a**, that's where it is. Hado #33: Sokatsui!" he yelled as a torrent of blue fire erupted from his two outstretched hands and hurdled towards Hei at intimidating speeds. At this close a range, Hei would not have time to dodge the assault, Hibiki was a bit confident that Hei couldn't possibly block such a point blank attack, especially something of this caliber. However, even with the torrent of scorching blue fire erupting from his hands he could still feel the cold of the tundra around them, he cursed under his breath that Hei's computer system had generated such poor conditions for him to fight Hei in, then again there was nothing he could do about it, not right now at least.
