Rosa is the kind of person who cannot decide on one thing or another, he always wants something but is never sure what it is and this gets him into problems.
Usually, he comes off as a kind although slightly erratic person ad doesn't share the same kind of anger management issues or arrogance of other Arrancar. He seems to be able to take a joke or an insult to the face and laugh it off, however, on the wrong day he might decide that he isn't being respected and that now that this is an issue just blast the person who said the word into kingdom come. However, the chances of this happening are slim as he is also complacent with what he has now.
For some reason he is decidedly heterosexual however, probably because he's completely unaware that there's any other way to be, having lost his memories when becoming a Hollow.
Also, unlike most Hollows, he's not fond of rampant destruction and prefers his kills to be clean and perfect.

- Bio: Rosa was born to a small family and for all of his life as a child was an only child. His family was a normal, working class family and so, he did not always have the best options open to him from a young age, although he worked hard at school so that he could later support his family.
When he left to go to work, his qualifications were not amazing. They were decent, but not amazing, no matter how hard he had worked. They were however, able to get him into a job in mechanics and so he worked as a mechanic for most of his life.
Unfortunately, he did not have the kind of pay with which to support his family although he could support himself and his parents were expecting a new child to come soon. He knew that they probably wouldn't be able to cope and so decided to go into a less than legal side of things.
Skip ahead a year and Rosa, although that was not his name at the time, was on the floor dead. He'd got involved with the wrong people and he'd paid the price.
And so did they.
The Hollow, Rosa, now without a purpose simply lived by the example of other Hollows. It ate and it ate until it was full. Rosa didn't know why he ate. He just ate.
When he saw the Gillian, that would become him, being formed he just joined in out of thinking this was what he was 'supposed to do' not because he had an incredible urge to eat hollows or anything like that.
He became the central brain of the Gillian because his mind was like a blank. All the other Hollows had emotions running wild, however, a blank like him stood out more than the other Hollows causing him to become the controller of the body. From this point onwards, his life was once again simply based off the example of others.
It was only once he became a truly concious entity, although he was concious always, that he gained his personality today. It had been years and years from his growth from Hollow into an Arrancar and when he became a Arrancar what he had seen shaped him.

 - Character Skin Color/Ethnicity: Tanned White/Caucasian.
- Character Height: 84 inches
- Character Hair Color: A very dark green, bordering on black but still quite noticeably green. It is quite thick and is difficult to actually style.
- Character Hair Length/ Style His hair is rather long, coming down to the back of his neck and about a centimetre after that. It seems to have no style and is actually just the kind of hairstyle that adapts over the course of a day and changes whenever he goes to sleep. Basically, it's messy and completely unstyled and so changes daily. Usually though, it's rather spiky in some form or another.
- Character Eye Color: A darkish scarlet red.
- Character Description: Tall and not skinny but not particularly muscular either. His body seems to be perfect and untarnished from the looks of things. Like a sculpture.
- Character Hollow Hole Location: One going straight through his gut.
- Character Number/Rank: 38

- Character Attire: Mostly it's the standard Arrancar attire, not with any design changes or colour changes. It has a hood on the back which is used for keeping his identity secret and his face not shown. Although it's useless against most other Arrancar because they don't wear hoods. It's also useless against most Shinigami because he's one of the few Arrancar wearing a hood. So it's actually a nearly useless attachment.

- Zanpakutō Sealed Form: Unfortunately pictures of this weapon are hard to come by on the internet.
To put it simply, it looks like a gigantic pair of scissors (the blades are each about the same size as three swords in thickness and about two in length.) with the blades going outwards instead of inwards like is expected of most pairs of scissors, that said, the inner part is still dangerous. The two blades going each way are shaped like the wings of a butterfly and regardless of their shape they are still sharp enough to cut someone in half cleanly. The handle is like that of most longswords, except the handle is a fair bit longer, like it's supposed to be used by someone with two very long hands. It's actually wielded in one hand however.
The weapon is usually sheathed within thirteen separate realities at the same time, meaning that, the only one who can draw it is the wielder. When it is unsheathed it just appears in the wielder's hand, as though it was always there.

- Zanpakutō Resurrección Appearance Unfortunately pictures of butterfly people are hard to find.
When this Resurrecion is activated, the user first of all has their entire body disintegrate on the spot. This can be used well for quick escapes and such but is not foolproof and has no immunity to large energy based attacks.
Then, on a central point a maximum of ten meters away from where the user exploded, their body begins to reform but instead made entirely of glass.
However, there are a few changes to the user's body. First of all, their attire is changed for a white piece of cloth which goes round their lower body and shrouds it from view. The cloth is quite thick although it's got no special properties. They wear nothing else apart from this. Of course, there are also a few physical changes. First of all and most noticeably, the user now has a pair of magnificent white wings with a large black spot in the centre and a black rim going around the outside but not touching it. The user also also has two black antennae sticking out of their head, like those of a butterfly but scaled to a human size.
In this form, the user is made of glass and is capable of spreading glass and reforming their body from glass. While they are made of glass they lose the brittleness of glass (as well as all the other less favourable properties of glass) and actually move and look like a normal human save for the wings and antennae. They basically work like a normal human apart from the fact they're capable of melting at the right temperatures and also they crack when they take wounds usually.
- Zanpakutō Resurrección Abilities
Dust: If the wielder flaps his wings during Resurrecion then a gust of glass dust is blown towards whatever direction the wielder is facing in. The gust is about the same span as the wielder's wings which is quite large.
Encroachment: Any solid surface the dust touches is turned into solid glass. This works on non biological and biological forms alike. The glass then encroaches until it changes the entire subject's makeup to glass. The glass used here is normal, standard glass and has the properties of glass. It only works as a film however over a person or object and so you can break it like normal glass.
Cocoon When the wielder's wings are either shot off or ripped off, it activates a special ability to not only regrow them but to reshape the surrounding area.
From the ground in a circle of about 100 meters comes a glass cocoon, which you cannot see through and that blocks out all light. Anyone caught in it will get stuck inside it for the next three minutes.
For three minutes, everyone inside has their level of reiatsu increased by over one hundred times, it does this by searching for one hundred other universes, copying the person inside them and then adding the level of reiatsu to that person. This might seem completely useless as it just adds the same multiplier to everyone however though, it actually does have some use.
The reiatsu copied from alternate planes of existence is then used to completely reform the area that has been covered in darkness and recreate it as something entirely new fused with what was there before. It also allows the wielder to regrow their wings. The power doesn't work on anything that holds reiatsu of graduate Shinigami level and so most people cannot be changed using it.
So a 100 meter of Hueco Mundo that was once a desert could spring up into a tropical rainforest with a desert floor.
It is possible to break into the cocoon although people who break in do not get the multiplier and because of this it can be fatal to break in due to how vast the reiatsu is inside being quite literally a liquid although people inside will fail to notice.

Glass. It's a very good idea, unique and creative and all, but I can see a few problems with it. Pad Chief While they are made of glass they lose the brittleness of glass (as well as all the other less favourable properties of glass) and actually move and look like a normal human save for the wings and antennae. What the user is made of is, according your description, glass with all it's unfavourable properties eliminated. Sounds like an unbreakable and otherwise idealistic material. You probably didn't mean to make it that way (at least I hope so), but it would be good if you wrote out the specific characteristics of the material, and gave it one of two minor unfavorable property as well. Pad Chief Dust: If the wielder flaps his wings during Resurrecion then a gust of glass is blown towards whatever direction the wielder is facing in. A gust of glass - glass in what form, what size, and how wide /strong a gust that is? Pad Chief Encroachment: Any solid surface the dust touches is turned into solid glass. This works on non biological and biological forms alike. The glass then encroaches until it changes the entire subject's makeup to glass. Either you have to limit the dust, or this ability. Just turning everything to glass sounds a bit too much.. Also, is that actually changing the material or just creating a film of glass over it? Because if it's only a film, then it would be passable, given that it would be breakable under certain circumstances. Also, is the glass in this ability "normal" glass or the one used for replacing the user's body? Otherwise, a nice profile all in all, although the bio could be expanded a bit.

Done.
Unfortunately a lot of this comes down to me being useless with heights and weights and such soooo. Yeah.
I gave him two unfavourable probabilities like you asked.
Made it wing span size.
And made it a film. A film of glass is still hard to break out of right? You'd also suffocate in it right?
Also I can't write backstories. So my bios are going to be s**t really.
So anyway. Changes have been made.
Is it erm.. passable now?
