Catzi's Home A warm feel emanates from Catzi Whitten's home. It's a place often filled with laughter and loud music. The walls and rugs are cool earth colors, often being changed over night. The floors are an assortment of different woods, and the lights are always soft and golden. The smells of incense and cooking fill the air giving off a slightly exotic feeling. Though it's resident's might not always be at home this place seems to give that feel. 'Come in' it seems to whisper 'we might be crazy but at least we like you.' *There are also an attic and a basement to this home. But the attic is nothing but a storage room, and the basement a winding passage way no one knows how to navigate through. **This floor plan only accounts for the 'Victorian' (the blue piece in the opening picture) section of this house. The back door leads to a larger housing area where the young girls live. It was unused until their arrival and thus unlived in. Cat, Owner of the house, she takes care of the gender confused bishoujo before they are adopted. She wears different wigs, and outfits, so it is hard to pin down her look, but lately she has been very attached to a black skirt, dyeing her hair white, and a large black puffy shirt. She is cheerful, odd, and does her best to make everyone comfortable. Ptah. He's a rather hansom kid, and a total flake sometimes, but he's truly intelligent and kind hearted. He's young and has yet to fall in love ... but he will; after all he's had enough people hit on him at all the raves he goes too. He's been going to quite a few on his own of late and even has a job as a party organizer and bouncer. He is the adopted son of Cat. Ceridwen, a teen vampire. She's pretty, quiet ,loves the woods and raves. Being lost in all that color and movement makes her happy in both instances. She's quite passionate though you'd never be able to tell, she's hidden it all. Blame that on her parent's death, in the vampire wars going on. But she's happy, well adjusted and very smart; she's a fine example of her race. She is the adopted daughter of Cat. Abidemi, the family pet. He's blue and came in a weird egg that we just placed in a little toy bed and it hatched... odd thing. He's mischievous and never speaks beyond squeaks and grunts. He's very loyal to the family but plays tricks on them all the time. He's often found sleeping in a hanging potted plant. Ethan. He's a odd child, quiet and soothing without moving a muscle. He looks like he just walked out of another time seeming more like a Shaman's son in the woods of the early American's conquest, then a boy coming from a manson in the new century. He's says very little but every word seems to count ... and he seems to be able to see the future. Nereus, a budding demon from Cat's subconscious. He's a trickster, hiding and speaking in people's minds. He arrived in a small Chinese food box and has quickly made a name for himself, ordering over 200 rubber chickens off Cat's credit card. Expect him to be making faces at you over Cat's shoulders every now and again. *in order of arrival to the home

She was tired, angry, but most importantly, wet. It had been pouring outside for what felt like ever, and Sauda had trecked through the forest until she had finally stopped in front of Catzi's manor. She had walked all this way as soon as she had gotten off the school bus, determined not to go back inside that building despite what her mother said. Then, about half-way there, a storm had brewed up, and she had been forced to run until she was able to slip under the cover of the forest. Muttering, Sauda slipped around to the back of the house, knowing where the back door was.
Sliding it open cautiously, the girl peered inside, her eyes trailing around the seemingly empty place, feeling calmer at the scent of incense and cooking. Since she had been adopted, she hadn't gotten to see Catzi. She didn't even know if the woman was around. She didn't know if ANYONE was around for that matter. Shaking herself off much like a dog before slipping inside, the girl removed her shoes, feeling more comfortable in her bare feet. Well, she could hide here for the rest of the day, and hopefully slip out unnoticed.
Sauda headed to the left, quietly moving towards the fire place before settling herself in one of the arm chairs, legs curled up to her chest. School, she decided, was stupid. The learning part wasn't so bad, but the other kids...? Well, she wished that the Nemesis would come and punch holes in their faces.
Or at least a zombie could nibble on them or something...

Eyes focusing on the crackling flames, Sauda let her mind wander, soothed by the heat that settled on her wet clothing. As long as she didn't think about being bored, then she wouldn't be. She'd be able to sit here all day and pretend she didn't exist. She'd only need to get up every once in a while and check the clock to see what time it...
Suddenly, Catzi came down the stairs, wandering into the living room before stopping to stare at her. The girl returned her expression, eyes wide, wondering if she should make a break for it. Catzi was a nice lady--she sort of looked like Tsunake, yet they were both so different, personality-wise. When spoke to, the girl shifted, swallowing slightly before replying in a quiet voice. "Nothing..."
When Catzi sat down, smiling softly at her, Sauda felt a bit better, straightening up in the chair some. Maybe she wouldn't get in trouble after all. Catzi didn't seem to mind that she was here. The girl chewed on the inside of her cheek, feeling like she owed the woman an explanation as to why she was here--dripping wet, too.
"I should be in school right now..." Sauda admitted quietly, kicking her feet back in forth. "But I hate all the kids there...No one's nice at all."

Catzi looked at Sauda, the girl was soaked and seemed very distressed indeed, arguing semantics that ‘they just weren’t nice to her’ didn’t seem very appropriate. In fact a great many things seemed appropriate to Cat at that moment, calling her mother for one. But looking Sauda over once more, Cat thought better of it, after all Tsunake would just make her go back to school without really knowing how to help the girl through the oblivious issues at hand. Hell Catzi didn’t blame her, she only had and inkling of how to help because she had Ceridwen. That precocious girl was enough for five mothers to learn on.
Smiling Catzi stood up and held her hand out to Sauda. “Hmmm well, ok. I had the same problem as a kid. First let’s get you into some dry cloths; I still have some pretty nice stuff my girl grew out of a long time ago.” Smiling as warmly as she could she waited for Sauda to make a move.

Sauda wouldn't blame Catzi for calling her mother--but she certainly wouldn't be very happy about it. Tsunake had simply told her to fight back, to not let them push her around....Diago had said the same thing. But the girl was apprehensive; she hadn't told her mother that she had already physically attacked one of the idiots. She didn't exactly wish to get in trouble for that, either. Hands pawed at each other in her lap, one eventually rising to tug at the long strand of green hair that Sauda refused to let her mother cut. She liked her hair as it was--though she had a few ideas of what she could do with it...
"...You did?" That just seemed strange; Catzi was always so confident and nice. Why would anyone make fun of her? Sauda took her hand, murmuring a quiet 'thank you'. And then another thought occured to her. "I didn't know you had a daughter....Well, I think I've seen her, once..." She really didn't know anyone in Catzi's home that well. She had seen Ptah and Ethan a few times, and had nearly been scared to death when Nereus had been talking to her mentally. She thought she had gone crazy. A quick glance at one of the hanging potted plants also reminded her of Abidemi. He was a crazy little blue thing, that one...

Cat had to laugh at that sweet little “You did?” As a young thing her social life had sucked in school. She had always been the outcast the only person in school to be outwardly Pagan and out spoken about many political topics. She had always had to fight (sometimes literally) to get along.
“Oh yeah I’m Pagan and I grew up in a heavily Moron state, I had trouble all the time as a kid, I was always the outcast. That’s why I try to always learn about people and give them a chance before I judge them, because once I was the one being judge, ya know?”
Leading her by the hand Cat lead Sauda up the stairs and into the closest room to the stairs, Ceridwen old room. “And the reason you only saw Ceridwen once was because the girl’s a bit a-social. She’s a vampire and that tends to hamper your social life.” Laughing Cat motioned to Sauda to sit on the edge of Ceridwen's large white bed, while she rummaged through Ceridwen’s closet tossing out any items that looked like they would fit the drenched girl.
