Were is a good place to find Gastly? in there or other pokemon that raise sp attack?

I do Unkown, there weak give decent exp, but they also give some attack ev's but still, there good for raising pokemon like Infernape, and Houndoom

No problem, just put on the Ev raising item of your choice and you should get more of that Ev, but still get some of the other.

Edit: I ev trainer my houndoom there here is its stats and how it turned out so far

Houndoom Mild Nature Lvl 28
Hp:80
Attack:59
Defense:34
Sp.Attack:85
Sp.Defense:52
Speed:77

Oh btw i did do some speed training till i hit lvl 15 then i Sp. Attack ev trainer with Unoun
