Quote: The Hunt for Saren DrahkFaerun... A place where magic and battle are like brother and sister... Long has passed since the great exile of the drows, yet now, a Drow named Saren Drah'k has returned to the surface to wreak havoc and conquer the lands... He has mocked the surface-dwellers of Faerun by burning their towns and violating their lands and people, all in the name of profit and glory. And the people have had enough... Kings, Rulers, Bandit Leaders, Cult Figures and Order Founders joined together to counter this threat, their solution, to hire the most willing mercenaries around to bring the Drow's head. Now laying there, A group of mercenaries have banded up together for the high reward. A true mix of Humans, Half-Elves, Eladrins and Other Sorts. May the hunt begin. Banner and Armor! Be their witness! Narrator: "At thier meeting point, the men and women were planning on what to do when they found the infamous Drah'k. As the Mercenaries prepared, they would often talk about their great exploits and thier past missions... Little did they know that due to this, Drah'k had learned on how to kill each and every single one of them..." *looking at the mercenaries through the waters of farsight, a smile grew on Saren's face.* Saren: "Finally, my hard work really paid off... Heh, this will be interesting..." *Saren then turns to the Teifling beside him* Saren:" Ren, get me my blades." Ren: "Yes my lord..." *Ren then is about leaves after bowing to his master but stops as his master calls once more to him.* Saren:" And prepare our demons... set them loose when the hunters are nearing the castle, we'll leave while they are being distracted..." Ren:"Why?" Saren:"Because, the more frustrationwe give them, the more their unity collapses... and that is when we strike at them..." *Ren then nods and leaves the room, and Saren reminisces on his past with Ren and his other subordinates..."

OCC: I may decide to add a character or two later, but I have a little too much on my plate as it is, in and out of Gaia. This post is more to get the thread on "my posts".

*down at the mercenaries' camp, they discussed the matters of Drah'k.*
Man: "We should send a group of archers to bring down his companions, along with a group of warriors to cut down the weight. Then we should hit him hard after that."
Woman: "What do you say? We get brought down by his two legendary blades? Do you know how magical and powerful those are?! They'll rip us to shreds before we can even get to land a blow on him!"
Narrator: "As they kept discussing, their enemy was getting ready for their assault."
Saren: "Blade Knight, get to the armory and check the weapons, you, go and get the archers into practice."
Ren:"Saren, you should get ready aswell, a man is here to talk to you for a job."
Saren:" A job? alright then... I'll go."

OOC; if you don't mind, I'll stick to the literary type of roleplaying (if you do mind, just say so).
Seleni was inspecting the string on her bow when the door opened, admitting a familiar figure, his red-gold hair damp from the perpetual rain. "Curuin," she remarked, surprised, going over to help her uncle to one of the tables at the house the travelers were staying in. He wasn't happy at her help, of course, but he didn't protest, his angular face set in its usual expression of displeasure. "Cheer up, Uncle, this may be our ticket out of the old trap," the quiet half-elf said encouragingly, sliding her near-untouched mug of ale over to him. He accepted it without a word. "Bren isn't happy about you chasing after this notorious dark elf," the elven wizard said warningly after a short time of companionable silence. Seleni sighed, eyes downcast. She appeared no older than fifteen. "We had this discussion before," the ranger said, voice steely. "He didn't say a word at the business I was mired in down at the docks." Curuin accepted her words with a nod. "We neither were meant for that place," he replied thoughtfully. Their reunion was interrupted as the door opened yet again, admitting an exotic looking young man of dark complexion, with a fierce stoic expression and all manner of wicked looking weapons and vile potions strapped to his belt and spilling out of his pack.

OOC: Good point... How bout we stick to that? Anyway, please continue RPing when ever you wish, I'll aslo not make it on weekdays due to classes.
Saren looked upon the man. Human, Male, a disgusting sight to the dark elf.
"What do you want human?" asked the dark elf, obviously irritated.
"What I want is for you to know about something important. You know the elf named Garrus 'Felin Hwendle?" asked the man.
"Yes, a weakling hunter, I angered long ago, I'm guessing he did something stupid enough to drag you here?" replied Saren
"Yes, and more importantly, I hear he's one of the people helping the mercenaries get to you... so, here's the deal, I tell you where he is, you kill him, and we're both happy cause the man's off our backs." said the man.
"Sure, now where is he?"
"He's in Waterdeep, getting at informants... that's where he is"
"Alright then..." replied Drahk, he then stood up and threw a dagger at the man's neck.
Dead.
"Ren! Get the men ready, we're going to hunt down our little friend, Garrus!" he screamed smiling.
Garrus had been fighting Saren for years now, foiling every plan Saren had made whenever possible, now it's time to bring him down.

OOC: Im going to try to do what Yucale is doing X-x, tell me if It gets annoying
He was sitting off away from the main camp, stiting up in a tree his hood drawn, and his face cast in shadow. His sword was in his hand. It was a beautiful piece of weaponry. The blade had a blue hint, and was inlaid with gold. The hilt had a ruby at the base the rest was made of finely worked mithril. It didn't even look like a fighting weapon. Looks are deceiving tho. he sighed as the sword vanished with a small popping sound. Dust lifted his gaze to stare at the camp. He had already informed the leader earlier of his presence. Slipping into his tent probably wasn't wise, but, far to many people would be hunting him, he knew. He pulled a simple wood mask out of his cloak. It was nowhere near as fine as the blade of his sword, but he didn't care. He placed it upon his face and continued watching the camp.

The young man went over to sit at Seleni's table. Feeling overcrowded now, the young ranger stood and left, with a brief explanation to her uncle. The rain was getting worse now, and not wanting to go back inside, she went to sit under a tree some ways away, humming a haunting tune under her breath. Curuin had played it for her before, and he said it used to be her mother's favorite.

Dust looked down to see to ranger under him. He was surprised. It was a half-elf. His surprise was short lived however. Even if she was a half-elf, she wasn't half-drow. He paid no more attention to her, and once again focused on the camp, the rain coming down harder.

Drah'k looked at the massive army of demons below him. He jhad already sent a group of his most finest assassins to kill Garrius. Yet the happiness was short lived as Ren reported to him. Failure. Well no matter, He'll just have to find another way to kill Garrius.

Seleni ignored the rain, looking up to see if the sky gave any signs of clearing, but happening to spot someone perched in the tree above her. Since whoever it was obviously didn't want to talk, she paid it no mind. Curuin hobbled out of the tent, looking for her. "Over here," she called quietly. He hobbled over to where she sat. "I could see that. Why the heck do want to sit in the rain like this?" She shrugged. "It's too crowded in there."

"Something isn't right..." He said quietly. Something felt out of place, and he didn't like it. It was probably the rain, but still. The air felt wrong to him. Dark vibes.

Both Curuin and Seleni looked up. Curuin was going to say something, probably bordering on rude, but Seleni nodded and said, "you could be right. Saren has, after all, magic users in his employ." Curuin shrugged. "Well, I have felt on edge since coming here," he began. "But you thought that was just you," finished his niece. He shot her a glare.

Drah'k looked over at the side... the a group of saboteurs stood there, silent and ready. "Go, cause chaos my friends... And remember... If you're caught... No, witnesses."
