Haha, well I keep thinking that Sasuke had a TV in his room right? Same with Naruto (I think) but why do they choose to run or walk to their destinations for missions? When they can just drive. If they can make toasters, ovens, stoves, TVs, they should be advanced enough to create a car. Even a really bad one, it's still a car. Where's the Industrail Revolution in Naruto? I don't really remember if it has phones but if they do, Naruto could have somehow got Sasuke's number and bother him from there.
-Main question: Why are there no cars in Naruto?

Perhaps because it would be to noisy and restrictive on missions?
Also because cars cost a lot of money that would be put to better use in other equipment? Not to mention the maintenance.
I would love to see Naruto or Sasuke in a car though.

(Though tanks might be useful. lol)
Also if you think about it guns would be useful in fighting.

i think i covered this with a random person.
if they do have vehicles i think naruto would have more things to worry about then sasuke being evil and all.

Maybe, though Naruto is loud enough to disrupt the peace in any village. I actually don't think weapons cost that much. Depending on how well each ninja work on their mission they do get rewarded right? With great amount of money too, so if the Hokage can provide such great sums of money, I think they can at least make a $10,000 for the upper class. Oh my god, I just noticed this XDD I love tanks! Especially the ones I use in Call of Duty XD Mwauahha.
