So yeah, yet again, Nintendo have said that there's gonna be a new Kirby home console game named Kirby of the Stars. It's not actually confirmed to be a US and UK release, but it probably will be released there. The question is, will they actually release this? I swear they mentioned a new Kirby home console game many years ago...

They have mentioned a new one. It's probably the same game, in all honesty. It's probably changed a lot, though.

Linky? Any new Kirby information is good to me. I still don't think he shines as brightly on home consoles, but I could be proven wrong. This game has been in the works for a long time and I just really hope that it still has four player co-op play with stacking. That s**t looked awesome. Maybe now it'll have online play too? One can dream.

That's real, and it was shown a long time ago, at E3, I believe, before the Revolution was even announced. It's legitimate, and since this trailer nothing new for this game has shown up. Yeah, but how many Kirby games have come out for handhelds in that time? Kirby was born a handheld mascot, and that's how he lives on today. Granted, I'd love to see a new console game; the handheld games are great.

What I'd like to see is the first proper 3D Kirby adventure. As in being free to move around as you wish in a full 3D environment like 3D Mario games. To be honest I've had enough 2D Kirby.

Kirby of the Stars? Isn't that just the Japanese name for the Kirby games?
Also, i'd love to see a new Kirby adventure. There's just something i really like about its setting and characters.

Not a hoax, just a canceled project. Nintendo didn't think it would be lucrative enough, somehow. I was furious when they did cancel it. Dreamland 3 art style, Crystal Shards 2.5D platform, Superstar engine. Was gonna be phenomenal. Edit: Four player, as well!
