Female owner: Lural
Female name: Omen
Male owner: Dreaming Wide Awake
Male name: Curse

Entry:

Curse lifted his head to look over at her. His eyes soft despite how evil he looked. "Will figure this out Omen." He whispered to her gaining himself a smile from her ghostly features. "I know Curse. Its just been a long time. And each fail lowers my faith." She whispered as the people around them gave each a large birth. "I know, but, you must never lose faith Omen. There is a answer out there somewhere. And... in the end we will bring them down." He said softly before turning and starting off again. They had heard of a little shop around here somewhere, it dealt with problems like theirs. OR at least it claimed to deal with these sorts of issues.

Curse padded along paying little attention to the whispers and the gasps from people around him. Having grown use to it over the years. His ghostly white fur that was forever stained with her blood. That no amount of washing would ever take off. He looked over at her again as she walked beside him. Sometimes he wondered if this effected her more then him. She still hung her head when they walked down the streets and shied away from the horror in the eyes of those around them.

He pushed this thought down as they entered into a little shop shrouded in shadows and darkness. "Hello?" He called looking back over his shoulder at Omen before entering fully. "Why hello children. Come tell me your story and ask me what you will." The voice came from everywhere and no where all at once. It made Curse's hackles rise and a shiver run down his spine. He was about to demand the woman present herself, for the voice had been that of a female when Omen stepped forward. She looked over at him. Smiling at him comfortingly before launching into their story.

Curse was so familiar with it, he had told it so many times. In the beginning Omen had been unable to speak of it. Right after she had been unable to even be in the same room when Curse told the story. However now, now she could tell the story from start to finish without so much as a flinch.

"It started quite a few years ago. I was alone and walking home from tending to some work. I can't remember what it was I had been doing but I remember it had been important. Which is why I was out so late." She paused and shook her head once before continuing. "Anyway I remember hearing a strange voice and then something hit me. It was in the back of my head and I only had a few moments before I lost all consciousness. When I awoke I was lying bound in a circle of robed people in the middle of this pattern. There were, twelve I think? I don't remember and I... I can't remember what it looked like exactly. Curse?" She asked looking over at him and snapping him from his daydream.

"It was a runic circle. Sacrificial, in its markings and its use." Curse supplied without so much as a second thought. Omen nodded at him her smile soft. He always got so upset when it came time for the story. "I was lying in it. I screamed and they only laughed. They were talking amongst themselves for a long time. At the end though they all stood in a perfect circle around me and started chanting. It was I don't know how long. But at some point one of them walked forward and lifted up a dagger... which he plunged into my stomach and ripped upwards." Omen's voice wavered as she spoke. It was always such a gruesome part, and the pain had been horrendous.

"I heard her screams. I had been passing by..." He trailed off before shaking his head. "I came to investigate, I had some friends with me. Unthinkingly I ran into the circle with her. Trying to save her, it was to no avail. I got her blood all over me. We don't know what happened after that, but the chant was completed. However it didn't go according to plan. She is now chained to this plane of existence and my body. Her blood will not wash from my fur and skin." Curse spoke softly.

"I see my children." The voice said as a rather old female stepped forth from the darkness. "Alas my dears, I know nothing of how to help. But perhaps I can direct you towards someone that can. This spell, this curse. Its far beyond my range of expertise. And no m'dears I don't know who those robed people were. I know not of a cult like that." She said her voice was sad as she looked at the pair.

"Her name is Otaku. I do not know where she is now, for she is a wanderer. But if you ask around I am sure someone will have seen her. Or be able to direct you in the right direction. But for now my children take these. And go with the gods my little friends." She placed a necklace around each of their necks and then seemingly vanished into thin air.

Curse looked around, the shop they had been standing it was now empty and dingy. Broken down and looking like perhaps it had suffered a fire. "Come on Omen. Lets go find this Otaku." Curse said turning from the shop and stepping back out onto the street.

They were off again. Always searching and always wandering. Looking for the answers to all of their questions and never finding them.

Male owner: 0-HELL_HOUND-0
Male name: Sang (Means “Blood”)

Entry:
Did they have to meet in a market place?

Even though either one of them truly cared about their appearance in public, they weren’t too keen on the idea of navigating through crowded places. Especially Sang, who would curl his lips or growl at anyone who came within a distance of a tail-flick of Deva. Deva, who had always been a bit more independent, would just flick her ear at him at his remarks. She didn’t really want to hear it, and she didn’t want anybody stalling them from their destination.

She just wanted to find this so-called “mage” already. She just wanted her soul to come back, and to have her old coat back. Even for her brother, she wanted him to have his beautiful white coat back, and not have the bloody marks of his protective spirit painted over his body. They were both so tired of looking in their reflections and seeing some other cursed Illumen which they were not, one that’s very soul ate at them every day. Not even, Deva felt herself becoming darker and darker within every growing minute.

Carelessly, someone bumped into Deva. “Watch it, fleabag!” Sang hissed, showing his teeth at the oblivious illumen.

“Knock it off, Sang!” Deva growled. “I just want to get where we need to go, alright? We gotta find this ‘Mage’ guy. You know, the one we’ve been tracking down for the past few weeks?” She added sarcastically. Sometimes, it was as if she wanted to have her old appearance more than her brother. She missed her beautiful sky-blue eyes, her white coat, and her pretty silver glow. Ever since then…well, now she had these horrid colors and markings, and people looked at her and her brother with fear instead of adoration. And she hated how Sang was now overprotective; she’d rather him just be only a little shielded of her being. “I want to just get these stupid ribbons off!”

“Deva, you know I want to shred their face off just as much as you do,” he said to her, his voice slightly strained from holding back another growl. “But the ribbon’s hurt enough, I don’t want others to hurt you, too.”

Deva glared back at him, feeling as the ribbons constricted around her neck and legs momentarily once more, but merely continued to walk on, weaving in and out of the crowd. Her glare didn’t waver as she looked into the eyes of the other market goers, and neither did its intensity. A weird, new feeling arose in her chest, and she felt as Sang nipped her tail tip. That was his special way of telling his sister that he sensed something, and that he was wondering if she was feeling anything, too. She ignored him this time: they were too close to finding what they wanted to play around.

“Hello? Are you Deva and Sang?”

(( Sorry for the lame entry! I worked on it at late at night over the past week... gonk ))
