In addition to your basic dragon powers, each controls a different element and uses it in battle as naturally as they do their claws and fangs. But to know who can do what you'd have to see them in action, since they certainly aren't telling.Personality: Both exude a large amount of energy and always have an air about them that they know something you don't. Both are pranksters, but not in a mean sense; it's their idea of fun. They often switch back and forth when talking or speak in unison, which can be a bit unnerving at first. While they both seem the same to begin with, Amethyst is more laid-back and willing to socalize while Sapphire is the tomboy who prefers to stick with her twin.Their past: Amethyst and Sapphire were born in the black dragon world of Togu Ma Talka, where choosing the form of a human is a sentence of immediate death. Their mother, Maya, loved them dearly however, and kept them hidden from the rest of the world. As they got older they learned to hide themselves from others, even some of the most powerful of dragons. After 10 years though it became clear that they were suspected, and it was only a matter of time before the King himself came down to investigate. To protect her daughters Maya sent them to the only place they would be safe; Earth. Before they left she told them there were possibly others like them on Earth whoes existence had been kept hidden as theirs was. The King had even banished his own son there 20 years ago.
The girls adjusted well on Earth. They missed their mother dearly, but were used to being on their own since that was how it had been since their birth. Their first interactions with humans were tame, greeting travelers in their forest home and even occasionally going into towns. After they figured out the rules were different here, that they didn't have to hide all the time, their trickster sides kicked in. They love to pull pranks on anyone they come across, their own odd form of entertainment.
In their 89 years on Earth they had never attempted to seek out the banished Prince, prefering to be on their own. Though reluctant to socialize, they realize the only way they'll be able to see their mother again is to put a new King on the throne. That and that alone is the only reason they now search for their prince.
There is only one way to tell the girls apart when you first meet them; their eyes. Amethyst has purple eyes and Sapphire has blue eyes. Everything else about them is identical, right down to their scent and souls, so all other methods of identification are a waste of time. The eye trick does have one flaw however; the twins will sometimes close their eyes and can keep them shut for days. Lose of sight does not seem to hinder them in the least. This isn't so much a prank as a way of bonding and training for them. Once you get to know them you see the subtle differences in their personalities that make them easier to tell apart.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~JinxGender: FemaleAge: UnknownSpecies: Wind spiritAppearance: Human, True, WerewolfAbilities: She can manipulate the winds, from something as delicate as picking up a baby bird to something as powerful creating storms that can bring down anything in their path. It goes without saying that she can fly. From her natural form she can change her 'body' into that of a human or wolf. She can also project illusions, but those can easily be broken if you walk right through them.Personality: Very easygoing and laid-back. She tries to help solve everyone's problems as best she can, and doesn't like seeing people unhappy. She can be serious and over-dramatic sometimes, but usually never for long.Her past: Despite her age, Jinx has always had a slightly childish side and likes pulling pranks on those who are snobbish, stuck up, and full of themselves. This meant that several angels were the target of her mischievous side. She managed to anger one of the more powerful angels, who gathered a group and used their combined powers to cast a spell over her. Jinx was locked away in a human body, incapable of using even the simplest of her powers. Unable to return home, Jinx was sent to Earth, the only place left for her to live.
It seemed fate, however, wasn't so kind as to let it all stop there. Not even a month after being sealed away, Jinx was attacked by one of the most powerful werewolves on Earth. For the safety of others she had to live in seclusion, a hard blow for this social wind spirit. She spent years researching how to break both curses upon her. It seemed the only thing she could do for now was to hunt down the werewolf who had changed her and slay him. Jinx searched for decades without any luck, though through intensive training she was able to bring her wolf self under a degree of control, and had even managed to regain some of her wind powers. She had found a bar, Pandora's Box, which catered to unusual creatures like herself and had made it her home. She met Wolf, a young dragon also sealed in a body not his own and banished to Earth. The two instantly seemed to get along and eventually fell in love and married.
When Wolf was away on his own missions, Jinx would continue her search for the werewolf who turned her. With the help of a friend, Mingyu, who had excellent connections, she was able to narrow down her search greatly, and eventually found who she was looking for. The intense battle raged for many hours, but Jinx eventually won. There was a sound akin to glass shattering and her senses were swamped with power and light. She fainted from the intensity of it. Later she learned it was merely the backlash from both the werewolf curse and the seal placed on her by the angels breaking at the same time.
While back in her old body, it seems there are two side effects from her ordeal. Before, Jinx was nothing but an etheric being, a glowing orb of energy. She could cast illusions over herself to achieve a form, but she could not produce a solid body. Now she could transform into both her human and wolf bodies whenever she liked.
Jinx returned to Pandora's where she awaited the return of her husband. A long time passed without any word from him. Jinx assumed he had been killed, having already had an encounter with an assassin sent to kill Wolf. Full of sorrow and grief, Jinx turned to her friend Mingyu. She broke down her very being to little more than a powerful sorce of energy with minimal consciousness. She entrusted Mingyu to look after her, who later stored Jinx in a crystal. Mingyu one day found the bar that Jinx had told her about and decided to hang around for a few days. By complete and total chance she happened to encounter Wolf! She placed the crystal containing Jinx against Wolf's heart and got a wonderful reaction, Jinx even coming partly out of the crystal, but soon retreating back. She was awakening, but still not out of the crystal.
A constant traveler and about to leave the bar, Mingyu entrusted the crystal to the care of twin dragons Amethyst and Sapphire, who were also searching for Wolf. The crystal seems constantly aware now, but Jinx has yet to show herself again. She breathes underwater and on land. She can swim better than most water dragons. She can swim to depths that only other water dragons can follow her to. She has a little control over water, but there's not a whole lot she can do with it. She can move on land if she must, but prefers her dragon form for that.Personaltiy: She's like a mother, sister, and friend rolled into one. She's always looking out for everyone and will help her loved ones no matter what, even if it puts her in harm's way.Her past: From the moment she was born, Maya had never agreed with the laws of her world. She is an extrodinairly kind dragon and didn't care about what forms other dragons took, be it animal or human. The death that was a daily occurance in her world broke her heart, driving her to do something about it. The opportunity finally came when she discovered what was to be her cave home. The enterance was under extremely deep water, which opened to an air-pocket that was the cave. Plants grew in the crevices of the rocks and amethysts and sapphires glittered from the walls. Only other water-based dragons would be able to reach it. The lake it was in was huge, so the chances of someone finding the entrance were slim to none. Thorough examination of the cave revealed a secret back entrance. It was located in the mountains, through a small fissue in the rock. It was big enough so that humans could barely fit through, and high enough in the mountains that it would be nearly impossible for other animals to reach it, if they could even spot it. There was a long swim to her cave through the secret passage, but underwater pockets of air make the journey possible. Maya began smuggling dragons with human forms to her cave. They would live there until more permanent hiding places could be found, or new worlds for them to live on. Maya was responsible for saving a great many dragons, and she was never suspected for the longest time.
One of Maya's rescued dragons, an Eastern-style dragon, had stayed with her longer than most of the others and eventually they mated. They were together for 1,000 years before he was captured and later killed; he had left the cave to gather some of Maya's favorite flowers. The time was a somewhat traumatic one for Maya. Her previous cheer seemed to have deserted her until nearly a year later, when she laid a beautiful egg. It was the same color as the stones that coated her cave walls, amethyst, veined with the beautiful blue of sapphire. The egg lay dormant for years, but it was Maya's most precious treasure and raised her spirits once more. She was only 4,000 years old at the time.
It was shortly after this that she came across an ice and water dragon, named Rain. She knew of him, used as a servant to all the black dragons and said to be dangerously crazy, yet she had never met him before. Looking into his cage, she couldn't see a trace of insanity that was said to possess him. Instead she saw a kind and loving dragon, brutally treated. She would visit Rain often, telling him stories and bringing him gifts, and, eventually, listening to his stories in return. Everyone in her world said she had tamed the rouge dragon, though Maya knew it was because she was the only one who actually saw Rain for who he really was. Rain was soon released and made a servant to one of the higher ranking dragons. Maya wasn't visiting as often, keeping close to her egg. Years had passed before Rain's rage grew too much again, and he went on a killing spree. Maya was one of the only two dragons able to stop him. Since then she always sticks close to Rain.
Thousands of years had passed since Maya had met Rain, 2,901 years, to be exact, passed before the egg hatched. Inside were two beautiful little girls, identical in every way except for their eyes. Maya named them Amethyst and Sapphire. The girls were mirror images of their father, from their dragons forms to, unfortunately, their human forms. It was difficult to keep them hidden, especially when they got older and would venture from the cave more often. By the age of 10 it was clear something was going to have to be done. Maya had kept her girls, even the fact that she'd had an egg, secret from everyone. Even Rain. The girls had been spotted swimming or even lurking in the forest near the lake a few times. In order to save their lives Maya sent them to the one place she knew they'd be safe; Earth.
Eighty-nine years have passed since that day, and not a moment goes by that she doesn't miss her girls. She finally told Rain about them, and begged him to keep it a secret. She hopes that one day she will be able to see her daughters again, and that they can all live together as a family.

With the correct amount of focus and willpower he can limit his transformation to certain areas only rather than a full-out transformation.Personality: He has no social skills to speak of since he's been wild a good deal of his life. First and foremost he thinks like a hawk. In that aspect he's actually wiser than his human side. When he does look at things from a human perspective he is somewhat of a child, having never really grown up past the age of 10.His past: Jasper is an only child; his mother died due to complications not long after his birth. His father, a scientist, did his best to raise Jasper on his own. His father had brought him along to work one day as they were expirementing with animal DNA. No one knows what caused it, but a freak lab explosion left Jasper an orphan at the age of 10 and with odd powers in one move. Though shy to begin with, Jasper completely avoided people since that day. He moved into the forest located a couple miles near his home. In this form she has all the senses of a horse combined with those of a human.Personality: Very amiable and gets along well with just about everyone.Her past: Jen pretty much seems like a normal child. There was a time for a period of a few weeks that she went missing, but she offered no explanation when she finally returned. She's extremely independant and left her aunt and uncle's home to live on her own once she turned 18.
Not much is known about her past. If asked she'll say her parents died the time she went missing, around the age of 10. After she returned she became obsessed with healing. She doesn't make friends easily or lightly. Once she has decided you are one of 'her' people though she will defend you with everything she's got without hesitation.Her past: Zephyra can't remember much of her life. She can recall being passed around from foster home to foster home, back when her name was Manisha. Her quiet and secretive personality never made her many friends, and she was fine with that. By the time she turned 14 though Manisha had been passed around to at least twenty different homes and was tired of it. She ran off and began living on her own. She changed her first name to Zephyra and gave herself the last name of Nagendra.
