Appearance: Tall and saintly air of benevolence, wears white flowing robes. Wears a metal spaulder that is ornamented with small metal trinkets. A large metal ring in the shape of the sun ornaments his back. Seven foot even, slender build. A full metal mask conceals his face.

Personality: Saintly and quiet, yet assertive. Carries himself in a dignified matter, portraying his deep wisdom and experience.

Weapons: Carries himself on a long metallic staff that is visibly charged with electricity. Powerful electromagnets inside are capable of both containing and propelling a plasma based, ball-lightning projectile. The top of the staff is pronged into three separate sections.

Loyalty: Loyal to the nation of Prometheus.

Position in Society/Occupation: Chancellor of Prometheus

Back-story and any Additional Information: Was at one time human, but is almost entirely robotic due to the many surgeries and replacements he has had. His mind is still entirely intact, despite his old age. Became leader of the nation at age 34. Although he had maintained peaceful relations with Rhea for some time, he took their theft of technology as a personal betrayal and ordered their destruction.
