ugh. So I came online today and wasn't able to log in to my account... I dunno why, but mules work fine and other accounts log in for me. My name hasn't disappeared or anything and it doesn't say my account has been banned or anything when I try to log in.

When I try the password recovery thing it says that there aren't any accounts associated with my e-mail and i'm sure that i'm using the right one. D:

I PMed a mod about it, but haven't gotten anything back yet :/ Nothing weird looks like it's going on. I'm still clothed, no weird marketplace sales have popped up and no posts have been made, so I don't know whether i'm just glitched out in gaia's servers, or if something terrible has happened and i've somehow been hacked.

neither of those works.

My name still shows up in forums and posts and stuff, and my avatar is still there and everything. D: So i dunno, it's different than the last time when there was a glitch that wouldn't let me log in.

Try logging in with your Facebook account if you have your Gaia and FB linked. o3o

I tried that D: it says that they're unable to connect that way right now, and asks me to try logging in normally. It knows that the account connected to my facebook is Heart Shaped Toastie, but it says that it's unable to log me in that way at this time D:

6 days since I've been able to log into my account... :/ 6 days since I sent in the report. I realize it's not going to happen immediately, but it's getting a little disheartening sitting here and waiting without any way to check on things. -lesigh-

Got a PM today from an admin about my account. Obviously have access to it again, and it's kind of interesting to see what the dude was up to when they were in it. I'm pretty sure the trading pass and everything got blocked fairly quickly, as they were only able to get two trades sent through and confirmed, it looks like they gifted my OMG out to another account while they siphoned stuff off in trades to someone named The Trombone Ninja. Not sure whether they're the ones who were in my account or not, but most likely were.

Everything is back where it should be as far as I can tell. I wigged out a little when I went to my inventory and my OMG wasn't on the first page, but it was on the 5th page with the rest of the stuff from the trades. It looks like everything was pretty quickly cut off for them though, since the majority of my stuff hadn't been touched.

All in all, I'm still a little shook up about everything, but I'm calming down now and so extremely glad that everything worked out the way it did. I think I was very very lucky. Even though I'm still completely clueless about how anyone got in in the first place!
