8 oz Self-raising flour
1/2 pt Vegan Soy Yogurt (unsweetened plain wouldn't advise trying it with strawberry )
xd
pinch of salt
1t Lemon juice
1/2 pt Vegan Soy Milk (unsweetened)

mix it all up, whisk till ya get a smooth batter if it looks a lil thick just add more soymilk as ya want it runny.
then just pour the lovely runny batter into pudding tins or a loaf yin whatever works for ya. if you prefer toad in a hole just add some veggie sausages at this point and just pop em in the oven.
You’ll want to cook your vegan yorkshire puddings at about 350 farenheit (180 C) for roughly 15 - 20 minutes. Make sure they are nice and golden brown on top. They will start to rise a bit in the oven and then sink when you pull them out. You might want to cut one of your vegan yorkshire puddings open to make sure the inside is not still uncooked, which can ruin teh texture a lil, Everyone’s oven is a little bit different, and it can be very easy to over or undercook them, so you might want to do a trial run or two to find out exactly what works best for you!
and a word of warning, a lotta folks like to nick em outta the oven before they're done so be prepared to tell em off .
