Well state what squad you would like to be in in the captains forum and then you can go to the Soul Society sub-forum and start to RP.

also, btw, i was thinking that you should add a suggestion thread, for things like topics or thread ideas. we had one in our SRof the SS guild, it worked pretty good, although since the place is crowded now, nobody really uses it
