Pokemon Specialty: Fire/Ghost
She's a very easily cold person, hence her preference for warm clothing and fire-types.
Oddly enough, she had an irrational fear of ghosts as a child. And still does, to be honest. The only reason she's such an efficient trainer with them is that she's determined to control them, 'cause if she's the boss, they can't go about scaring her all the time.
She also doesn't like bugs. AT ALL. Not even the pretty flying ones! (Tychno: BURN THEM ALL!)
Main Party: Maggie :: Quilava, Unique : Female
Maggie is a careful girl. She's always looking out for Tychno, to make sure that she doesn't get into trouble. They have that "Semi-incompetent-human and intelligent-pet-that's-keeping-them-from-getting-hurt" kind of relationship, especially when Tych is too busy with her face in a book to notice trip-overable objects in her path.
Specialty within TR: For the most part, just a trainee for now. She aspires to be either a scientist or a full-out agent someday.
Physical Description:
Hair :: At the moment, hot pink and purple dreadlocks in pigtails
NATURAL Hair :: That's for her to know, and you to... not find out (Even her eyebrows are dyed). Maggie suspects she doesn't remember.
Eyes :: DUDE EYES WHUT?? (Who knows, really? She's always got welding goggles on)
Build :: Kinda on the lanky side, only not extremely tall
Clothing :: Mostly black. She somewhat wears the normal Grunt uniform, pants not skirt, only she had the top modified so it has short sleeves instead of long, wears her own heavy, black boots, and a top-hat with a red band instead of the newsboy. She's rarely seen without a black leather trench coat on.
Extras :: She paints her nails to match her hair. Right now, they're alternating pink and purple.
She usually has a huge, maniacal grin on her face as most things are freaking hilarious to her. (Maggie thinks her face is just stuck that way)
She always carries around a plain silver lighter, though she has never been seen smoking. Sometimes she'll flick it open just to watch the flame dance.
Personality: Tych is... a little off. She's very much a swinger of moods, in fact it's hard to tell where she's going with something until she gets there. She's very intelligent and clever, but rarely has the attention span to complete most of her projects, unless specifically assigned by a higher-up and also likely under careful supervision. One of her most common appearances is mumbling into a book before flinging it onto a table or into a corner to grab a different one to mumble at.
She's a cool character in a battle, though, her commands precise and quick. Only when it's over does she resume her normal, Pachirisu-on-crack mannerisms.
Once every so often, she gets extremely withdrawn and mellow. Be careful of her during this time. Her lighter can be a dangerous thing.

All in all, Maggie is a very level-headed Quilava, but she does have a "******** you." part to her personality. Insult her human, her intelligence, or disagree with her abilities (To a degree where the disagreement is absurd/false), her patience will wear thin and she will light you up. She is also one to hold a grudge for as long as necessary to obtain repayment. If she's angry at you, never put your trust in her paws. She'll stab an ally in the back at the first opportune moment if you've injured her in the past.
