Notorious for the very best dances in all of Los Angles, Night's Embrace was never empty. During day light, mortal party-goers would stream in and out, scantily clad, and ready for some action. When dusk arrived, their immortal counterparts arrived. It was easy hunting grounds. Immortals, vampires specifically, had the best time. Their attractive appearances allowed them to dance with absolutely anyone at all. Dance for a few hours, drink a few shots of straight whiskey, then take a girl back home. Not a bad night for most vampires.
Unfortunately, one evening began fantastically and ended on the most sour note. Vampiress Elder, Akina Svit'Kona, received news that the next morning's newspaper would be revealing the existence of immortals. The DSS Warehouse and Night's Embrace were somehow leaked to be casual hangout for murderers. The raving, dance club was evacuated as quickly as possible before morning light arose. Unfortunately, human heroics caused the building to be trashed and desolated.
