Quincy Abilities: his speed is greater than most and leaves a trail of black lighting when traveling at fast speeds and when anyone gets near it the lighting shocks them, when the lighting hits them it leaves a black mark that allows him to track the victim

Bow Name:Kuro kaminari (Black lightning)

Bow appearance: the bow is black with a lighting pattern all over the bow it is charged with black lighting so that anyone who touches it will get shocked
Bow Abilities: the arrows the bow shoots are charged with black lighting that shocks the body as well as the soul of its target
(well it is a longbow but i do need some help with the abilities sweatdrop )


Quincy Final Form Bow Appearance sad ok i hope that this is good) His bow can shoot lighting at a unhuman pace, he gains the speed of lighting as well

Biography/History: When he was a kid his parents went out on a misson do kill hollows, but when they did shinigami arrived, they were furious that they got there before them and killed them. that is when his rage got the better of him and he killed the shinigami with his awakened quincy powers



Other:his quincy cross is shaped like lighting, symbolizing his bow's powers. Skills he is a marksman, he is able to hit a target from miles away
Weaknesses: his power has one big weakness.when he uses his speed it makes a loud thunderous noise which tells the opponent which general area he is in at that moment

Matsuo@: Im not sure what your profile is.. I don't understand what your profile says. I think you need to make more detail how you use your bow stuff.

He cannot have final Bow Form until He must be 2 or 3 Rank. Lower Ranks cannot have it. Sorry its my rules and If he want to learn it then He must rp with my character and his character will have to ask Tsuna first before his character learn.

Haseo: I realize he doesn't have the rank to be one, but if he puts it in now, it will prevent him from having to re-approve it later. It's just like how we do the Shinigami, the just put Not Approved and move on. His bow is aparrently Lightning based, so it just shoots Lightning. And that is it. I am willing to admit that as far as Quincies go, I have very small knowledge of them.

Keep with this profile. The final bow is just as it states a bow. The quincy doesn't gain any abilities aside from greater speed (I believe) so your bow would gain a second ability not you.
