well i want to get eyes that looks like Axels or Roxas (prescription contacts) do you guys think a person with dark brown almost black would be able to??

yes they sell those!!
if you want more anime-ish eyes.. then maybe you want to try circle lenses. They make your eyes look bigger, with the colour you want, and some even have different designs on them.
They're prescription-ed as well.

i say cosplay as well.
Ive seen booths that do it in conventions. I plan to go to the Anime Fest or Conneticon this year.
I think its like 30$ for one set of color. but idk about the anime style ones. might be more.

they are around 30$CAD for like 1 year ones
There are many online stores that sell them. just search up circle lenses on google.
If you live anywhere near Toronto, Pacific Mall sells them.
or if you have any chinese/japanese/korean mall near you, it may sell there too

since im getting them from the eye doctor i go to and ill get sample pairs :3 and its awesome if i wanted to could get Sharigan eyes (its naruto but still -.- )
