Sunbathing by the river Blaisen was looking up at the sky, beautiful peaceful and so invigorating. He had left his sister to seek out his own life after all she had her own with her own family and he was old enough to be on his own. He twisted off his back and watch a butterfly pass him. To full to follow it personally he let his eyes do the walking as it followed the small flying thing, a sound rustling in the bushes though made him quickly jump up despite the fullness of his stomach.
"Hello?" He asked cautiously.

Rosette noticing it was a warm and beautiful day decided to take nice walk near her den examining the flowers she had planted and those growing nearby. Sometimes she thought the flowers could talk to her or at least understand her. As she was taking her lovely walk she noticed that she was getting parched and the sound of a bubbling brook could be heard nearby. Rosette turned towards the sound and her way through the tall grass and bushes until she came through a clearing where a male fox was located. She jumped back startled, not because she was scared but because she was suprised. "Uh, hi....I am sorry if I startled you..." Rosette said softly. She was so shy around other foxes that she was not familiar with.

Blaisen looked at her, "I...Its ok." He stammered horribly. His blue eyes were gentle as opposed to scared. "I'm Blaisen." He grinned widely and pounced at her with a wild step. "And you are?"

"Hi Blaisen...I am Rosette..." Rosette responded as she stepped back a step as he suddenly came close to her. She had to get over being so shy.

Carefully he went to her, watching her with his blue eyes before pouncing at her playfully, "Wanna play? I was coming out here for the fishes in the water and to play with the other animals but they didn't want to play back. I came to live out here because its peaceful and my sister doesn't live around here." He grinned his biggest grin and lowered himself to the ground.

As he began to talk to her and come closer, she felt this overwhelming feeling of calmness take over. She grinned, and quickly sidestepped so that she avoided his pounce and he landed on the ground beside at her. "Sure, lets play!" She laughed, "I live out here too!"

He gave a playful growl and swished his tail back and forth. He was glad that he at least had a playmate now as opposed to just the wild creatures.

Before she could stop herself Rosette giggled at his antics. She was getting excited. She knew this would be a great adventure!
"So what do you want to play?" Part of her felt childish preparing to embark on an adventure do to the fact that she is an adult, but she ignored it. This was the closest interaction she has had with any fox in so long that she can't remember the last time.

"What do you think of hide and seek?" He asked with an bold voice, as if stating that he were the leader of some expedition, "Or we could go climb something tall and see who gets there first!" And then darted off like an arrow shot from a bow to its target. Though Blaisen was an adult he felt and acted more like a child as his own defense, but he wasn't always like this.

She thought for a moment..."How about both at the same time?" She dashed after Blaisen.."Hey wait up!" She laughed at how fast they were running.

Blaisen stopped in his tracks, ears perking forward at the sounds of a limb snapping. He pressed himself against the ground and had his ears folded back. There was no way he was going to get caught off balance here but the sound was light footed which meant something smaller.

Rosette was enjoying the feeling of the run that she wasn't paying attention to Blaisen and she crashed head first into Blaisen when he came to a sudden stop. The impact caused her to fling in the air and land a few feet away on her back. "Ouch!" She cried out, and carefully tried to get up. Her back hurt from landing on her back. "I have to remember to watch where I am going..ugh.." She muttered to herself.

When she toppled over him Blaisen couldn't help but laugh however he stifled it to go help her, "Sorry, I heard a twig snap and was alert!" He gave a sort of gasp, "I'm still sort of hungry I haven't really had food yet and its already past afternoon." Almost in unison his stomach gave a loud growl.

She laughed as she got up...."I am hungry too!" Rosette said as she heard Blaisen stomach growl, "How about we go get some food?"

He nodded vigorously for about a good minute before going, "What shall we catch?" Making this seem like a game. He liked games, but at the same time he did want to get food quickly as he hadn't eaten anything before going out that day. He had just decided on skipping breakfast to take a walk, now it was catching up on him. "Skipping breakfast is definitely a bad idea." Blaisen laughed.
