Seeing as how the Yellow forest event opens up opportunities to catch Pikachu that know fly and pikachu that know surf....
My question is that, Would hacking a pikachu to know Fly or Surf be a no-no? Or would it still be semi fair unless the pikachu was taught Fire Blast or some other unlearnable move? Not saying that I've done that, but i do have the ability to do that if i wanted to lol.
